It is with a heavy heart that I am leaving this one star for what I consider to be my masjid. I called wanting to arrange a a marriage appointment with my Fiance. I reached what Sheik Bassam referred to as a “no body” his office assistant. This “no body” had the audacity to lecture me, yell at me and call me a liar after he asked me what my fiancés current religion is. I did explain she was born Christian and currently was seeking clarity. He proceeded to raise his voice in very aggressive manner escalating to almost yelling and said there is no need to lie God knows all and we have to answer for our lies. Excuse me, can you say disturbed human. Incredibly inappropriate. I did reach out to Sheikh Bassam after a few days of contemplation. He was very apologetic and assured me I would receive an apology from the “no body”. No call, no apology, no marriage at this masjid. In my opinion this seems to be acceptable behavior at this masjid. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

People there were very welcoming and I felt so comfortable doing my prayers there. I was traveling from Massachusetts to Charlotte and I needed a place to pray and feel comfortable before I continue my journey. After finishing my salat they invited me to their lunch and it was very delicious. I would go there again and again. A lot of parking spots and a clean bathroom and wudhu area. مكان راقي وحلو وتعامل الإخوة الصوماليين جداً راقي وممتاز وعدهم طيبة نفس . صليت وتغديت وياهم وإن شاءالله ازورهم مرة ثانية

I love this masjid mashallah. When my family visits Charlotte, we stop by here for Jumah or prayers throughout the day. The people are very kind and welcoming with smiles. The masjid is on the Quran and Sunnah, I never experienced any form of biddah. May Allah swt bless the community to prosper, Ameen.

I call cause I wanted a masjid to join here in Charlotte nc am from sc and they guy was so disrespectful wouldn’t give time to say anything cutting me off and etc am like well. Allah bring people to the each other not run them away and maybe it may just be him

I truly believe that Sheikh Bassam, the Imam at ICC, is rightly guided and He adheres to the Qur'an and the teachings of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ,(sas), to the best of his ability! May Allah Bless him and his family and keep them near to Him. AMIN.

I have attended this mosque since 2005. I feel at home here. The sisters are friendly and the imam and administrators are very helpful and knowledgeable. I can honestly say this community has been great to me and my family.

I love this place. It's a good place to visit and tour every day of the week. It's a place that's open for people of all faiths and cultures. I like the hospitality of the people there.

Very welcoming place. Was invited to see what Islam is about during Ramadan and learned. Am thankful my parents raised me to be an open minded cradle Catholic

I used to go in for Salah and always felt some attachment to this beautiful Masjid. It has ample of parking and brotherhood seems to be eminent here.

Friendly very clean and welcoming all, I recommend to everyone who wants to worship God "ALLAH" to visit this place.

I miss being close to ICC walking distance to home. friday prayers were good and much better than ISGC and MEC.

Well organized and United. Friday and Saturday night lectures. All are welcome regardless of religion.
