Extremely rude and disorganized front desk staff. They were unable to correctly verify my insurance, gave me conflicting info regarding my copay and lost one of the payment checks I gave them and then harassed me for payment threatening to not let me attend my session. They were unable to verify my script after I returned to the location for the 2nd time - to avoid the hassle I decided not to go back. I communicated with HR but things did not change. I enjoyed working with john would continue if the facility gets better front desk management. I enjoyed going there but they lost a regular due to mismanagement.

I hurt my shoulder 6 months ago. My orthodontist told me I needed surgery and Casey saved me from having to go through with it. Started going to Jag-One Noho for 6 weeks now and I am feeling so much better and stronger. Casey and staff, Will, are so helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like I am in good hands and on my way to full recovery. Update: Yesterday was my last day at Jag-One Noho. My 10th weeks. I feel 99% back to normal. Just a little more to work on with one position. Every week I felt stronger and more mobile. I am so grateful for Casey, Will and everyone there. They gave me my normal life back.

Casey Epstein at Jag-One Physical Therapy is nothing short of exceptional. He knows how to effectively treat patients. He is attentive, thoughtful, well-organized, and plainly has a deep pool of knowledge of physical therapy techniques. Nice space with all the bells and whistles. Welcoming and thorough support staff (dealt with all the insurance and other logistics stuff over the phone really well, so I didn't have to schlep or waste time in the visit). And most importantly: incredibly talented, knowledgeable & inspiring therapists! So glad this location opened right in time for my knee rehab!

I’ve been receiving physical therapy for knee pain from Casey Epstein for a few weeks now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My pain is decreasing and I can feel my knees getting stronger. The practice is fresh, and clean. John is a very good PT, the exercises and care he gave me have been a great help for my issue. The rest of the staff is nice and friendly. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a great PT to help their own wellbeing!
