Very poor customer service. I have ordered an IPad and delivery should be in 3 days 28.09.23 and I even took a day off from work for this delivery. But up to now, no delivery. The item is lost in transit according to their courier. No words, no explanation , no update from this store as when can I receive the iPad. I have to contact the store 3x in a day. Jack & Jim said they have to wait for the investigation done by the courier. Not fair at all. Am the customer and this is not my problem. This is the problem between the store and their courier ! I am not interested dealing with this store anymore. I am asking now for a refund for the iPad I have paid but they cannot deliver. Who knows when can I get a reply or update for this delivery order ??? NEVER ever again will I order from JB HiFi. Better go straight and buy from Apple Store !! JB HiFi - please do NOT sell if you do NOT have a stock ! I wonder if I get any update or call from this store today Please just give my money back, if you cannot deliver ! Thank you.

Had terrible service here from one of the girls darks hair was abit short .wanted to buy earphones girl showed me one pair I felt like a burden and so she said other headphones are on the other side so I said ok then she showed me a bit walked off I was like umm ok as a person who works in service it's good to give someone there full attention especially if I want to buy but not at JB hi Bondi you won't get that So I decided to walk out and not buy then I saw her walking in she like did you find anything I was like nah are you busy she then replies with a yes like customers aren't important anymore hahahahahahaha So I decided to go get some in Kmart and actually I got great service and $25 earphones that are actually brilliant. Definitely not spending money in jbhifi bondi again.

Went to purchase a Sonos 2 days prior to Xmas. Sonos were selling for $60 less than JB HIFI. I asked if they would price match, the JB young fella said yes. The website for Sonos stated that they couldn’t guarantee pre Xmas delivery, which considering it was the Friday prior to Xmas Sunday, is understandable. The JB sales guy said they wouldn’t price match as the goods would not be delivered in two days. Which would be near impossible on a Friday afternoon and second, the two day delivery window is not part of their terms via their price match t&cs. He was also quite rude. Won’t be shopping at JB again. Harvey Norman upstairs obliged. And really resent also spending my dosh there too..rock and a hard place.

Worst store I have ever dealt with. Their inventory is not updated, their team do not know what is there on the website, and when you ask for the refund they said its an online order, we can't do anything about it. When I asked for online support number they said its of no use as you have to wait hours and hours in the queue to speak to a person. Finally I decided to check with the online team via chat and they said it takes 3 business days to process a refund and that too via a gift card. So, basically you are stuck with them even if you know they are the worst in the world. If it would have been 100 aud I would not care much but it was 3k aud.

I generally don't post reviews about retail stores - but this is a massive exception. On 07/12/2021, I bought an iPhone 13 Pro from probably one of the most professional yet chill worker, Jed. You definitely reminded me of me back in the days when I used to work in retail - we need more of us in the industry - you were super kind and patient! I just want to say thanks again mate and hopefully head office notices this! I hope good karma comes your way. To the rest of the staff at Bondi, thank you for being patient and understanding (even after you officially closed)! Hopefully, the holiday season is easy on you all and stay safe!

Security guard at front door made my wife and I feel uncomfortable. We said hi when we walked in and he just stared at us as if we were criminals. We purchased a MacBook and a few other items for a gift. When leaving 3 customers in front of us walked out with their JBHIFI bags without being checked, when we approached we were stopped and searched our jbhifi bag, after a one minute inspection of our receipt and items he asked to check all of our grocery bags and wife’s handbag. We just turned back into JBHIFI and returned our items and went to a different store. We won’t be returning.

Very frustrating service. I called up to find if they had a product in stock, they said yes, so I made my way over. I was then informed in store, by the same person I spoke to on the phone, that they keep the stock in the warehouse (not on site) and it would need to be delivered the next day. If I wanted it the next day I could have ordered in online and saved a trip, completely wasted half my day (which is why I called in advance before going). They get the extra 2 *s due to good price and product.

I went there and stood waiting for over 20 minutes. Then a young male sales assistant approached me and with no smile and a surly attitude asked me to wait while he logged onto his device. I asked about a product, then I turned to put my glasses on and he had just walked off. I waited for another 5 minutes then walked out. The staff there are young with no idea of customer service or common courtesy. I will never shop there again.

I'll tell you I went in there no idea what I was looking for. That's when Etienne appeared like a hero in your time of need. He walked me through the different options and solutions in TV's and I had a good time while I was at it. It was such a good experience I am currently en route to purchase something else it was such a pleasant experience. Thank you my friend and I'll see you soon.

A normal jbhifi store but feels very crowded, I was waiting at the phone section trying to get 3 employees attention, the first one was dealing with a customer and said he'll be back in 2, the second said they were about to help people looking at the powerbanks who were there after me, the third looked at me and again daid they'll be right back. Not a nice experience in this store.

Deals are ok but staff is Rude, they focus on female customers, most of the time staff is gass baging in groups and pairs including the manager, ignoring the customers. I went in to buy a computer but since I didn't get any attention for my queries I went to HARVEY NORMAN. It is not good that you're letting down the business like that, you guys need to filter the staff efficiently.

I always shop IT stuff at JBHIFI because their service is excellent. The staff in Bondi is great. I lost my receipt for a Laptop purchase from two years ago and they found it for me. Printed it for me. Then I got the technical advice and useful tips as well. I highly recommend.

Great store. Very friendly staff who are always able to help. Their range of products is expansive, and I'm a big fan of their products on display such as gaming headphones or keyboards and mice. Very unique and haven't seen done at any other store this well.

They have all sorts of memory cards but their staff has very less knowledge about the specifics. Also, when it gets busy you will have to wait for a staff member and the wait could be above 30 minutes. Not recommended when busy

Sold me demo product as brand new. The salesman sold me the S8 ultra, took it home and found the circle sticky mark on the back of the pad, and we all know it is from the demo holder to prevent theft in jbhifi.
