There are many JB HI FI Stores that I have frequented over the years but the BEST IS JB HI FI PENRITH WESTFIELD. The reason being in which I did not know for my first few purchases was a beautiful and amazing young woman called RACHAEL. I also did not realise that Rachael was a manager of her department at JB HI FI in Penrith Westfield store. Rachael’s knowledge is exemplary. Rachael is one of the most beautiful young woman inside and out that I have had the privilege of being taken care off when purchasing or enquiring about a product. Rachael I can see personally as a customer is loved and respected by her team of staff. Rachael if I am lucky enough to be able to be looked after by her when looking or purchasing a product is the most vibrant, happy and knowledgeable young woman that JB HI FI is fortunate to have as a manager of her department in one of their store’s. THANK YOU RACHAEL FOR BEING THE BEST MANAGER OF YOUR DEPARTMENT AREA THAT ANY JB HI FI STAFF WOULD BE BLESSED TO HAVE YOU AS THEIR DEPARTMENT MANAGER. I would also like to mention that all JB HI FI staff at Penrith Westfield are amazing and that is I feel is because of the way Rachael supports and guide’s her team and all the members of other staff teams and the way she respects them. I have ordered a MacBook which i have already paid, Its now 3rd week going on but when i call them and ask about it they have no clue or tracking information when will they get it in store. I have been informed to get it in 2 weeks and since now i really need it to use it at my work. I did not want to put review but after calling them several times i am exhausted. Instead of that they say keep calling until we get your order. Update: I did ring back again and got an update that I may receive it now after 7 weeks from the original date ordered and Alex promised me to receive it on 8/12/2023. No one informed me it would take that long, this is ridiculous. As I have mentioned before I really need it at the moment and I have no option but to wait that long. Well after all finally when I got it I was quite happy still but wait for the twist that it has wrong name on my receipt which is my fault shouldn’t have trusted and should have checked the receipt. Even though I presented my photo ID and wrote my full name and signature on a paper for formality. I live hour an half away can’t even change it without going back to store which will take me 3 hours of traveling. I can’t do anything but have to go back there again.

I had ordered a vinyl online that was sent from this store and extremely disappointed with this experience. The item was sent in a plastic satchel with no padding and received it damaged. Jb Hi-fi always send vinyls in a cardboard box as they are fragile. This store obviously takes no responsibility in handling with care after a customer pays the funds. I had to return it to my closest store and get a replacement. I hope i never have anything else sent from this store ever again. Management really need to lift their game.
