Your staff at Gallions reach in front of the door is very rude on your website it’s written that your store close at 19.00 pm on bank holiday and I reached their 18.00 pm and he didn’t let me in just to exchange an item even their was still customer inside . I don’t think I’ll buy anything from that store again.

Store was empty barely any customers come to til 3 customers in front of me. Three member of staff behind till hanging closes in hangers rather then serving us, another member of staff come to side saying good bye finishing shift n took another member of staff with them when they could have been serving.

Decent store just a little disappointed every time I go there stock is an issue either ran out of popular items and sizes which means need to order in store for collection or send for delivery. Ample free parking though. Nice food stalls setup nearby to have brunch lunch or breakfast.

The stuff took the item bought by me back, because they have had problems in their system, saying that there was no transaction, however the money from my bank have been transmitted to their store. Meaning they stole my money. Also was no excuses from stuff for the system problem.
