Awful service! Never ever going there again!!! The staff is rude and have no manners & the manager even worse! They all need to through an intensive customer service training as they completely lack the knowledge of what a customer journey is! I have been to so many JD stores and this is the first time I ever experience this!

Went to the South Harrow branch today, and found the service first class. A girl who gave her name as "Terry", served us at the checkout and my wife and I found that she was a shinning light, with her enthusiasm, smile and positive attitude, and genuine personality, made our shopping experience the best ever.

Went to buy 2 pairs of trainers asked an assisstant for advice he was most helpul and got me several different pairs to try I got exactley what I wanted went home happy. Congrats. JD thats the sort of staff you need. Other retailers take note! In case its not mentioned above this store is in Harrow.

Customer service non existant in this place. Manager is worse than we'll nothing can be worse than his customer service. Would not recommend purchasing from here. Apparently his verbal communication is policy of the company. Over the years JD has lost its Ppeal ever more today with abysmal service.
