We had a great experience. Service and timing from drop off to pickup a week later was very good. Office staff/counter person was a bit stiff in regard to personality. Joe was very helpful over the phone. Our first driver (didn't get his name was friendly and helpful. Our return driver "Rupe was on fire" - he made the return home welcoming and fun! Clearly enjoys his job and wants customers to have confidence in the service. We took pictures upon leaving and double checked vehicle on return, body did not show any immediate signs of damage, and odometer appeared to be at the mileage we had when we dropped our vehicle. Recommend, especially of Rupe is your driver. ;-)

Inspect and take close detailed pictures before you drop off. Picked up my car with a dent in the bumper. The comments I got were. “Well it is a parking lot so these things happen” and well “we can’t see it far away so we can’t help you” and an angry one “there is nothing there, it’s a shadow “. I did have him run his hand on it and he changed his tune a bit. The actual airport long term was same price - use them. We aren’t from NY and don’t fly out of there (this was a unique situation), but they were gonna help me out and buff my car next I am using them. A buff won’t fix a dent. I will not be using them.

This is by far the best long term parking facility in the JFK airport region! The prices for a week+ stay are at a minimum $100 - $150 less than the other competitors and the staff is incredibly nice, professional and friendly. The parking area and office is safe, well-lit and very clean. My car was well taken care of and parked out front when I got back from my trip. The shuttle drivers were great too! I only waited about 5 minutes after calling for a pick-up, and the driver was very helpful with my luggage. I highly recommend using this service whenever traveling from JFK airport! 5 stars for sure!

Used this place for the first time recently after finding them through the JFK Airport website. (Tip - it was a few dollars cheaper to book through the lot's website and not through the Airport site). We had a great experience! When we got to the lot the check-in was quick, and a shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport. When we got back from our trip - we called for a shuttle that just so happened to be waiting curbside already. Our car was pulled up to the exit of the lot when we got there and checkout was quick. I would recommend this lot to anyone.

Terrific option for long term parking at JFK. Pricing was among the more competitive places I researched and better than the main airport options. Preferred their shuttle service as opposed to taking AirTran at the discount LT parking. Even though our return was slightly delayed price stayed as advertised. Our arrival was easy as we pulled in and got right on a shuttle. During our return a shuttle arrived within a few minutes of calling and our car was sitting there waiting for us. Would definitely park here again.

The boy working the front desk is by the far the rudest & most disrespectful person who should not be allowed to communicate with customers over the phone. I was trying to ask how long I would have to wait for my shuttle after arrival and not only could he not give me a time frame he was so abrupt and hung up the phone on me. As a mother traveling with her children & family this is a company I will never use again. The drivers who took us to and from the airport were great, helpful and nice.

Great to see a place that still understands what it is to provide great customer service! Travel is stressful enough and to be able to come back after a delayed flight to an immediate pickup and our car all ready to go was awesome!! Our driver was really great also. He had a very positive and pleasant demeanor and took great pride in what he was doing. Really refreshing to see!! So happy with the service we got!! Keep up the great work!

I highly recommend recommend them, I have parked there several times it’s so convenient whether I left out of JFK or LaGuardia, the shuttles run all the time so I never have to worry about getting to the airport on time, and I know my car is in good hands. The service is impeccable and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would they deserve it.

We did the prepay for parking. Got the notification on my banking app that the purchase went through. Got back from our trip only to find out that “we didn’t prepay” so we got charged for that. Had emergency money on my keychain that’s not out in the open they stole that and they also stole one of my keychains. Very disappointing service. Don’t recommend coming here for your parking.

I was nervous at first because this was my first time leaving my car in a parking lot for more then 3 days. The service here, 0 complaints. They drop you off and pick you up. Your car is safely park and is not park dumper to dumper. It is safe and ready for you to pick her up. I would park here again and again. Great people and great service. My car was parked here for the previous five nights. Very important rosary beads were stolen from my car (pictured below)-have called numerous times and spoken to a “manager” who said they would look into it-did not seem to care at all or display any sense of urgency. Highly disappointing-the rosary meant a lot to my family. Will be filing a police report if I do not hear back.

Convenient shuttles to and from JFK, great costumer service and the most important thing to me, keeping my car safe while I am gone. Love it here don’t hesitate trusting them with your car.

Best place to park when traveling out of JFK. The staff is professional and courtesy. They make my traveling experience less stressful knowing my car is safe while I am out of town. Also the shuttles run constantly so no need to worry about making a flight. I highly recommend using JFK long term parking.

Courteous and prompt service. I was at the airport within 15 minutes of dropping off my car. And was back to my car within 15 minutes of getting my bag at baggage claim. My car was running and waiting for me when we arrived back at the facility. Prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

We have used this parking lot several times and they are so great! Drop off is simple, we’ve never waited to get a shuttle to the terminal. At pick up we never wait more than 10 minutes and the car is ready and running when you return to the lot! I highly recommend parking here!
