My Experience ⚠️ Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 stars) I recently visited JoyBox Fun Park in Ahmedabad South Bopal and had a somewhat mixed experience. While the game zone offers a variety of attractions for children, several issues significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of the visit. One of the primary issues was the maintenance of the machines. I noticed that some machines, like the teddy pick-up machine, were not functioning properly, and it seemed like the staff didn't care about resolving the problem. This lack of attention to maintenance was disappointing and detracted from the fun experience. Another drawback was the absence of adequate sitting arrangements for parents. As children indulged in games, parents were left standing without any relaxation zones. Providing some seating areas for parents would go a long way in enhancing the overall comfort and experience. Furthermore, I encountered a problem with the payment system. On occasion, the machines deducted money twice for a single play, and when brought to the staff's attention, they simply brushed it off, insisting that I had to play twice. This is an issue that needs to be addressed promptly, as it creates an unfair and frustrating situation for visitors. The food stall offered a decent variety of snacks and refreshments; however, the self-service setup was inconvenient, especially for parents with young children. Juggling between managing a child and self-service can be challenging and might lead to dissatisfaction among visitors. Parking at JoyBox Fun Park was another major concern. With only 5 to 7 car parking spaces available, finding a spot can be a real hassle, especially during peak hours. This limited parking capacity creates unnecessary inconvenience for visitors, and management should consider expanding the parking area to accommodate more guests. Lastly, the cooling system within the game zone left much to be desired. While areas near the fans were adequately cool, moving away from them resulted in discomfort due to the inconsistent cooling throughout the facility. This can be particularly bothersome during hot days or crowded hours. In conclusion, JoyBox Fun Park offers a range of games and activities for children to enjoy. However, the lack of attention to maintenance, absence of seating for parents, payment system issues, self-service food stall, limited parking space, and uneven cooling throughout the zone negatively impacted the overall experience. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the appeal and comfort of the fun park for both children and their parents.

Guys this place for kids play area (closed box area) inside is horrible. Let our kid in the play area which are guarded there by 2 ladies there to take care, we asked them to just make sure the kid does not leave from their box which they said ok. We came back after 10 mins and our kid was gone... most horrible experience if you think like a parent. When asked both the ladies were on their phone and they said we dont know where he has gone. My mind flipped but had to find my kid first, by the grace of god he had gone outside the playzone and was in the open area but i found him. Went to the Manager and told him that these 2 ladies could not stop a 3 year old kid from going out of the closed box where they were sitting right in front on their mobile continously and did not care about the kids. The managers horrible and careless answer was you should be there.... I said if that was so then you should write there that parents please be with the kids as other malls and play areas always take care of kids not leaving till the parents come. The 2 ladies could not stop a 3 year old from going out of the closed playing area where they are sitting right in front. Anyways most horrible experience for the gamezone. DO NOT LEAVE your kids in there guys. These guys have the most horrible management and the manager also cares less just sits with his friends outside and talks. Instead of asking the ladies why did they not do their job, he was taking their side. Rest for food its a great place!

Joybox South Bopal A foodtruck park for the residents of South Bopal that can house kids, adults, seniors all under one roof. There is a brand new indoor game zone which has all the latest video games it is a great place for children to enjoy Banging Cars, Basketball, Hit The Hammer and much more. You can recharge for ₹1000 and then get extra points on every charge and redeem it with the games. There is also seating space as well as stand & eat stools for others to have food. Somedays they have live screening for matches and movies and songs over the weekend along with seasonal Flea Markets for shopping. In terms of food - In Starters Soya chaap, paneer tikka and much more along with sandwiches. The very famous Pav Bhaji and full fledge North Indian Main Course items are also available. To beat the summers, slushies and cone icecream as desserts. Juices and fruit dish from 9834 along with Cold Coffees and shakes from the next stall. Every foodstall offers decent options for you to indulge with friends & family. It is located in a prime location at South Bopal hence accessible to everyone in the area.

Multiple food stalls available. They do organise exhibitions during festive season. I had worst experience with Urban Hut, I had ordered Stuffed Naan with Daal Makhni, And they Served it Tasteless, also I Found 2 to 3 Cutworms in Cabage , when I Showed them , they Took the plate and responded very casually, like nothing is happened. So Be careful while having Food from JOYBOX at night time. They don't have enough Lights in Dining area. Kids game zone costs Rs.1500 per card. For 5- 6 games. Nice games, and they are focusing on Safety for kids. all Rides , built Quality is Superb. Must visit during Weekdays / weekend.

If You are in Bopal or in South Bopal and wanted to real Manek chowk taste of Pav Bhaji and Sandwich then Joy Box is the place.. Jashuben Ghugra and Pineapple Sandwich is must try. Pavbhaji outlet there serves you really tasty delicious Pav Bhaji. There is food truck who has Jamun , Guava and Mango shots.. It will give different kick. There is one restaurant ( I think Urban Hut ) , try punjabi food. One Chinese restaurant, there Hakka Noodles are too good.. Overall experience of Joy box was satisfying.

We recently visted this amazing place where you get everything at one place. From shopping to food to games at one stop destination. You can visit here with your friends and family and enjoy here. One of the best thing about joy box is that you will get multiple varieties of cuisine. Each stall has its own speciality and serves the best dishes. The amieance and vibe of this place is lively and exciting. The open area seating is spacious and comfortable. The parking area is also available

It's a good option to enjoy with your kids here. I would like to go with 4 stars with the hope of improvement in case of 1. Car parking, 2. Washrooms availability and cleanliness. 3. Also, it is compulsory to provide your name and contact number while entering the premises. 4. Not suitable during rainy times. 5. They should provide enough time in the games otherwise your 1.2k will disappear within an hour. 6. If you will recharge on Wednesday then you will get 1.5k on paying 1k

Recently visited this place with friends. The most thing I loved about this place is Gaming zone. The best Gaming zone in SOBO also it has lots of food stalls and shopping stalls where you can have delicious food while spending beautiful time with your friends or with your family. In food I had Chole bhature from Smoky BBQ and 4 Cheese Pizza from Fat Boys. It was delicious. Must visit Fun Food Park to visit In South Bopal

It was a perfect place to relax, indulge in the delicious food, and bond with friends and family over a meal. The outdoor seating was beautifully designed with fairy lights and cozy seating arrangements, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed evening. The indoor game section had an impressive collection of games, ranging from classic arcade games to cutting-edge virtual reality experiences. The variety of games ensured that there was something for everyone, regardless of age or gaming preference.

Food in some stores is actually pretty good for some shops. While some shops offer food that is just ok or up to the mark but, not all are excellent. I recommend getting there early like between 6-8 so as to avoid waiting. (I have not faced waiting between these hours but after this there sure is a surge of people) On weekends you have to be earlier.

As compared with other Game zome it's not able to serve you more games and ambiance. Just a good things is game zone and cafes are in one area. It's similar to other foodpark in the city having almost same food chains and similar games in usual game zones. You can visit during weekdays where it's less crowded and enjoy time with your young ones.

Recently Visited at joybox , Bopal is budget friendly with a variety of options. You can have everything at one place starter to dessert. It is an open area, with many shops and a space for flea market and most imporatant they have fun zone park too. Things we tried at Joy Box: 1. Paneer Takatak Pizza 2. Naked Nutella Waffle 3. @joybox is a newly opened mini food park with game zone and a flea market. A perfect place for kids. A paradise for sobo public. Kids will definitely enjoy here for sure. They have 10+ food stalls. You can enjoy delicious food while watching live Ipl everyday. You can shop your favorite stuffs from flea market. A perfect family place is now opened in bopal.

Food items are not good as per price range and location. Don't recommend dosa, paneer chilli from there. Ordered red velvet pancakes, that were burnt from the bottom side. Don't recommend if you're going for enjoying food.

A fun theme park with lots of games and good food options. I loved Mango Monster, Italian Pizza, Pav Bhaji and Waffles. This was much required in South Bopal and I am happy to see this. Flea market also offers shopping at a reasonable rate. So if you’re living in the surrounding area you should visit this.

Somehow good place for Dinner dishes and fun park for children. Good seating numbers, Normal franchise for snack like 9834 Food truck,Jashuben pizza, Smokey Frankie, South Indian Dishes etc. They have small parking area. Recommend to visit with children to spend some good time

It was nice small food park with stalls for shopping and games for kids too. We bought bedsheet, some Keychain and decorations for Diwali.

Don’t go there , misbehaving staff and safety wise i will give minus rating. Even first aid kit not available with him when my son got injured in soft play area and had 4 stitches in his head.

Everything at one place. There was a good collection for navratri accessories as Navratri is nearby. Varieties of food options available. Good place for kids as well. They can enjoy like in rides and all.

Good place for kids to play but the food is not so good. I would go for games but not for food. Otherwise they do organize good fashion market flee and cricket match streaming
