The screen I received was not up to standard in any way My phone screen was damaged so I came here to get it fixed. Before I had gone to Fonfix in Melbourne central and they gave me a great screen that lasted years for only $100. Here I payed 150 for the high quality screen (or so I thought) thinking that I wouldnt mind paying the extra 50 given they are so close to home. Only one week passed since getting it fixed and as I was sitting on my desk I noticed these lines on my phone (shown in photo). I called them up asking why this is happeneing. They tell me that I had applied "too much pressure" on my screen from some sort of impact and instead of offering a refund the manager tried to "resolve" the issue by offering me a discounted a price on a supposedly more premium screen type than the one I initially payed for. I told the manager that I cant trust the store anymore and I just wanted a refund but he completely rejected it. If I had dropped my phone and cracked my screen I would totally understand that it is my fault, however this type of issue is clearly not a fault from the user as it never happens with Apple's screens or the screen I got from other shops, only this store's screen has this weird issue. Personally I am disappointed I wasted $150 here but I hope I can save others by strongly recommending you go somewhere else.

Great Service by JTech Store! Very easy to deal with! Samsung phone was broken. Wasn't worth repairing due to age of phone and condition. They sold me a re-furphished phone for a reasonable price with 3 months warranty. They transferred all the data accross as part of their service and I had a phone up and running within 2 hours. Great service by the team! They are the only genuine Samsung Repair Shop in North Melbourne. Avoid the stores in the middle of the main shopping centres. They use non-genuine parts and void the warranty of the phone (even if they say it is genuine) when they replace the broken screens etc

Took my samsung frontier smartwatch to see why it kept turning off. I was told l would get a call in a couple of days with the diagnosis. I had to call them the following week twice to see what was wrong with the watch. I was given a call back a couple of hours later with them telling me a new battery was needed and that the mother board was faulty and needed to be replaced at a cost of over $350. I took it back and ordered my own battery and replaced it myself. The mother was in fine working order. Ripoffs and fraudulent activities at their best. Would never recommend to anybody. Very disappointing.

Excited about my new Samsung Tab plus tablet, and saddened by dropping it on a concrete floor. JTech replaced the screen in a hassle free way. They gave me a discount on a screen protector too for both my phone and tablet. Friendly service, they took their time with me and other customers in the shop. Hopefully next time I come in its for a case or another accessory and not for another screen ;). Thanks again!

I emailed then super early and got a quick response and they fixed my phone with in a day, I was super stressed as I was scared to lose any photos or videos of my daughter bc I wasnt sure if I had backed anything up recently. Super happy everything went smoothly and through samsung warranty since my phone is fairly new. High recommend. Honest and friendly service.

I went here to give my Samsung phone for repair. Jackie and his wife are very nice, along with good customer service. I also bought headphones and mobile covers for my other phones. Mobile covers are very reasonably priced as compared to the market. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for any kind of phone repairs and accessories.

Very disappointed, Tuesday I dropped my phone off trough Samsung for assistance because the sound was crackling. This morning I put back my back up from my cloud and still the sound crackling! So it wasn't dirty the speaker, it's faulty as I was saying. I'm going to complain with Samsung now because still I got the problem.

Staff was welcoming, guiding through entire repair process and explaining all minor details. Though my Note20 Ultra isn't repaired yet, however, I was very impressed with their staff going extra mile and providing all possible help. Keep up the good work!! Had a bad experience with another authorised Samsung repairer replacing my Fold 4 inner screen protector and had to get it replaced again 2 weeks later. Should have taken it to JTech the first time - they applied a new screen protector flawlessly and had it back to me in half an hour. Highly recommended

Phone wouldn't switch on. Took it to JTech they tried there best by trying a new battery but still didn't work. Usually the cost would be around $50 or more for time & labour but they were nice enough to except no charge cause it wouldn't switch on. Nice people friendly service & honest...

Highly recommend this authorised Samsung repairer! They handled my warranty claim better than the Samsung retail store I first went to, they kept me updated along the way, and explained everything they they did. If you're thinking of coming here, don't think twice!

This store was awesome! I was sent here by Samsung as the closest official service centre. They were open 7 days, convenient hours, were quick to do the work and replaced/repaired what was needed with zero fuss under warranty.
