Great product! My golden retriever and mini Aussie love their freeze dried dog treats. I haven’t bought their dog food, but I love how their website shows the health benefits and nutrition info for each of their treats. I like that their treats are all natural, healthy, locally made, and most importantly, they cost less than similar treats from the national brands found on Amazon and Chewy. I first heard about Jacks Premium walking through the Dallas Farmers Market where the treats were priced a little cheaper than they are on their website... This could’ve been due to a promotional sale? Despite the price inconsistency, the website still offers their treats for a couple of dollars cheaper than what you would find on Amazon and Chewy. I hope they continue to keep up with their growing demand and don’t have to raise prices, because that’s the biggest selling point for me. If you love supporting local small businesses and getting the best for your dogs at a fair price, then check them out. They also offer free same-day delivery if you’re within a certain radius of their business.

First saw them at farmers market almost passed them by. My son had been bugging me to buy our dog treats for like a week . So I figured why not will avoid a trip to the pet shop. Let me tell you that the quality is definitely different if you have purchased the treats anywhere else you don't need your dog to tell you they are good . You are able to tell they are better in quality. My dobie Zues hasn't been so still for a treat EVER!.... lol . His favorite is the freeze dried salmon in a jar. Definitely recommend buying from them A+++++

I have been purchasing bully sticks and pig ears, for years, for my pups. I have most recently added their food toppers to my orders and it is my dogs "crack". LOL. One of my Aussies literally starts screaming (pure excitement) when she sees/smells me putting it on her kibble. The quality of their products is AMAZING and consistent. Also, their customer service is very good! They are a smaller family business and you can definitely feel the level of commitment that they have. I high recommend Jacks Premium.

Absolutely stellar! Customer service is by far my favorite part of this company! - they always are willing to work with me for delivery. Great treats and food for my fur baby. Her coat stays beautiful, and she loves the taste. Duck feet help with teeth cleaning, and pig ear will keep her occupied on hours end. We have tried multiple flavors in the last year and she has never gotten sick. 10/10

Found them at the Dallas Farmers Market and gave some products a try. My dogs loved everything, more than the equivalents I buy elsewhere. I put in an online order this morning and it showed up on my doorstep same day in just a few hours. That blew me away! Excellent product and excellent service. We will order regularly from Jack's from now on.

The best bully sticks on the market!! They come with an authentic smoked smell and feel - I haven't seen anything else like them on the market. We have a recurring order for 50 every other month. My Bernedoodle comes looking for hers at 4pm every day!

I've ordered quite a few times for them conveniently through DoorDash...AMAZING! I love them and so does my dog, he cannot get enough! I can't wait to visit the actual location, I'm sure my dog will be thrilled to visit the in-person location! ☺
