Tenant on sight is great at keeping watch of any and all boats/trailers. Jacksonville Boat and Trailer Storage is well lit, clean, and gated. It is also in a perfect location for getting in and out of the water at the Chart House boat ramp as well as the Arlington Boat ramp. Fish cleaning station came in handy as well. Will be storing my boat here for as long as possible.

Amazing place and the owner is nice and understanding. He was able to get us a spot to park our food trailer when we had no where else to park it. There’s a gate, fence and camera around the area, so your trailer and boat are safe. 24 hr access is the best! Also the gate has a code to use after hours
