Out of my 8 years of healthcare experience I never seen such untrained , rude,disrespectful, unprofessional treatment The ER department is a disgrace to this hospital, nurses are the phone , the front desk staff have a attitude, nobody move with urgency, people come to the emergency room because it’s an emergency if staff don’t like their job and expect to sit around at the desk then they need to let someone else come take they seat because they are messing with people lives. My dad died in results of this incompetence before they staff had more time to get a attitude with me for telling him my dad was in respiratory distress taking his last breath and he needed oxygen and my dad coded right in the chair !! He lived 5 mins away from memorial hospital and they was the last place he wanted to go to and I’m kicking myself because unfortunately he took his last breath there with no skilled professional to help the doctor was very helpful and the charge nurse was very understanding but everyone else needs to be replace or re trained immediately!

Went to Memorial a lot. It's close and I been having a lot of arthritis flare ups. On one occasion I told the nurse practitioner that I needed something to help me sleep. I told her I had tylenol PM. She said try the PM because the medicine she would prescribe was a controlled substance. I agreed. Had another flare up. Went back asked for the sleep aid and was told it was a new law, they could not write prescriptions for controlled substances anymore. I went to Vincent's on a different occasion after what Memorial told me. St Vincent's wrote me a prescription for a controlled substance. I am so glad I found St. Vincent's I will never go Memorial againThe only way I will go to Memorial again is that is my only option. Memorial has gotten real bad. Everyone I know feels the same way about Memorial. They just dont care.

Had a terrible experience last night at this hospital. Staff just seemed unprofessional, and out of everyone the front desk lady was the nicest and respectful, but the nurses were just overall rude and seemed like they didn’t care to help. If I have someone taking care of my physical well being, I want compassion and empathy not someone who seems to be dragging their feet and seems to just hate their life. ALSO, this hospital is disgusting. Waiting room stays trashed , bathrooms don’t seem to be sanitized, and they don’t even give you privacy whenever your name is called they ask you questions out in the waiting room in front of everyone.

Had the most HORRIBLE experience this hospital obviously hires ANYONE because my mother went there for pains the nurses were not attentive AT ALL I had to WALK up the nurses station for HELP! Luckily we went to Uf health and they found the issue and fixed it! MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IS THE NUMBER ONE WORST!!! Why work in a field of you don’t like to help?!???!?!!!

Took my daughter back in Feb and was told she was going to be fine that her cough was going away on it’s own, she had been coughing for a month! Took her to another Er weeks later an she can possibly have asthma. This place sucks! If I could give it ZERO stars I Would. Don’t waste your time coming here!!!

Terrible. Dirty blankets in ER lobby .wait time is five hours you get treated in their lobby in front of others if you are conscious. I have been here most of day and it's evening. Go anywhere except this place..Baptist is nice .

Bad doctors and bad nurses they didn’t care to patients, My father died cause no worries me taking care of him they put him in room nothing work in it, I rate it zero

Came in and everyone was nice and very welcoming, very nice people and handle with care, all smiles, and even my god mother works there. 5 star hospital …

Everyone was really sweet and caring!! I had out patient surgery, couldn't asked for better staff!!!
