"Very poor service"
"This place is out of this world there is a lack of communication it take months and years for you to get anywhere near to getting your passport and no matter how many times you go to there office to chase up information about your passport the rubbish that they say to you is disgusting this place can give you a mental breakdown i when there this morning someone say the place is closed but online it is saying it is open what is that I have no hope in this place I get anxiety when I think about how it is one year now I and I am still waiting on my passport"
"I am really not happy with the service I did my application and hand it in on February 18th and it's now July 18 and I haven't received my passport"
"What a people nice!!! Wow Big big thanks to Miss Monica for her warm and kind hospitality and to Maxine for her diligence and help with my forms and paperwork"
"I want to thank Wade, Lloyd and Maxine for making the process of applying for my citizenship and passport as easy as possible for me! I had to bring my 1 year old and they were so patient with me helping me to keep him busy and entertained, They even drove me to get my photographs done"
Very poor service. Application done in August 2022 and 6 months on in March 2023 I am still left waiting. The administration failed to collect the necessary documents correctly, scanning the wrong page of document which has caused delays in processing my application. Even when the correct page was sent to them they failed to collect and update the application months after. Now my application is back at the end of the queue 6 months from original application date. No accountability nor even a simple apology for their mistakes made. Very poor service indeed.

I am really not happy with the service I did my application and hand it in on February 18th and it's now July 18 and I haven't received my passport. They hardly answer the phone and when I do get the it's always the same answer and that is my application has been sent to jamaica then when I call jamaica they tell me there is no application for me. Now I can't do nothing because of these people I am really upset I wish I never had to deal with this again
What a people nice!!! Wow Big big thanks to Miss Monica for her warm and kind hospitality and to Maxine for her diligence and help with my forms and paperwork. I came all the way from London because High Commision must be too busy to call me back. I left way more than impressed with the service, advice and dedication of all members of the team. These queens are really a credit to Jamaica big up every one of yourself. Really EXCELLENT.

I had to bring my 1 year old and they were so patient with me helping me to keep him busy and entertained, They even drove me to get my photographs done. I couldn’t be more grateful. …
Excellent customer service. Wasn't sure what to expect, but the team worked with effortless synergy. A credit to the Jamaican nation, Birmingham community and the High Commission alike. Wish every consulate in England ran this well. These queens are a jewel in our crown. ❤ …
I have never been in a Government business and had such warm, friendly and professional welcome. If only there were more people like those 2 ladies. The lady at the front desk and the lady who dealt with my application are just awesome. Thank you very much for your help and kindness …
At his office, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer a very good service. My family and I have done all our citizenship and passports for Jamaica. I really appreciate their service. Thank you very much for your service. Please keep up the good work.
Strange location on a dead end street in a small rundown industrial estate. The actual office is adjacent to a Jamaican food factory. The post code appears to take you to a dual carriageway parallel to the road that the consulate is on.
They need to move from that location and go where it convenience for people to find find them you have to take too much bus to get there its even worse it you coming from far out of Birmingham.
I have has the pleasure of being assisted by Miss Coke on several occasions over the years. The service and professionalism of staff within the Consul is excellent. They all deserve a pay rise.
Applied for my citizenship and passport via the Birmingham consulate . Great customer service and swift responses via email from Monica C . Thank you for your assistance …
Monica and Pauline along with the rest of the staff are really nice, hard working people. Nothing is ever too much for them and I really really appreciate the work they do !!!
Monica Coke and her staff, including Mr.Shakespeare are gracious, professional and efficient. The place is tricky to find but the staff members are magnificent. Thank you.
Would send a half if I could . Very slow place has not given my dad christopher Blake’s passport they said they did a week ago and his has not come yet disgraceful
Excellent service. I found the staff extremely helpful and professional in guiding me through both citizenship and obtaining my passport. Thank you.
Smooth process... didn't get the infamous "your photo isn't right". I was able to process paperwork for my passport quiet quickly and easily.
Friendly staff. The actual place is a bit tricky to find. Limited parking, but its better than travelling all the way to London.
