I usually use this location because it’s closest to my house but today I went in to get a new charm put on my bracelet and turn in my daughters bracelets and necklace to be cleaned and this customer service lady that was handling my jewelry kept asking the girl next to her if certain charms on my and daughters bracelets were real while she kept giggling like it was funny and all the while she was shaking her bracelet that had a ton of charms on it. I don’t know what her deal was trying to embarrass me cause every time she asked If one of the charms was real, people would look over at me. I was thinking how do u work here and not know if the ja charms are real? Didn’t seem to bright to me, made herself look bad. she clearly thought that she was better than the customer and certainly shouldn’t be working customer service acting the way she was. her name something like alyiana. I’ve been using this location since it opened for myself, daughters and family members for purchasing, cleaning, and getting charms put on. This was the first time I’ve gotten treated like this and hopefully the last because I have to go back tomorrow to pick up my jewelry.

This location always give me trouble, so I usually go to south park mall, as I walked in they were standing around laughing and I'm trying to figure out who Is going to help me check out so the girl who I thought was going to help me decided to give me an ugly look while the other girl decided to assist me. Last time I was going to buy a ring for my wife they told me they would not sell it to me because the girl said she doesn't "recommend " it to be worn with a ring she didn't like whatever that means.. so I was trying to get it in a smaller size and she was getting upset because I was having to say I need it smaller but she kept giving me bigger sizes when I clearly told her I needed a smaller size she proceeded to tell me that they didn't make it in the size I needed, but yet on the site and at the south park mall location they had the size that I needed.. I am a frequent shopper at these stores and for them to treat me the way they do is very wrong. Get your people on check James Avery.

I just went it today and this location always gives me trouble I thought let me try again. Well I go in today and Jaqueline assisted me and I get a product care exchange and some extra posts for my earrings and I’m like why did it come out to so much and she tells me oh it’s the posts without even looking at the ticket. So I get to my car to see she charged me wrong and as I walked in to fix the issue she was talking to her coworker and looked annoyed that I came back right as I left. Now I don’t mind that she made a mistake but I mind that I got an ugly look when I came back and I mind the fact that she disregarded my question as to why it was so much and didn’t bother to look at the receipt she just wanted to get back to her conversation with her coworker.

Refuse to go to any other jeweler. Waited my whole life fir the perfect charm bracelet and y'all delivered. The staff is always so bubbly and helpful. They've never been nasty or even give off an attitude. Even on busy holidays when the stores are crowded beyond belief. The employees stay happy and calm. I do wish the lines were more organized so if you just needed to drop off an order you could cut to a different line vs waiting with everyone else in line who didnt even have an idea of what they wanted. I just needed to drop off my charms to be soldered on lol it was supposed to be quick in n out. Only downside. Other than that I love my bracelets, my charms, I wish I had more money to blow!!

James Avery should pull Daphne off registers. Went in for help with an initial charm and she had attitude from the start saying there were so many kinds of initial charms. Yeah, I know but your job is to help me find one I want. Then I asked to see a ring and she just told there was only one size and asked if I wanted to see it, I mentioned yes she then went to grab another there and whispered something to her then proceeded to switch spots with her. Was my request to see a ring too much for Daphne??? Get out of sales with that attitude and especially at James Avery where everyone aimed to please. Guess you didn’t get that employee memo.

Was told they close at 8pm today showed up a little after 6 door locked 2 people at front said closed remind you had called earlier in the day to verify closing time the 2 people at door very rude finally went and got who thought was the manager was told she was a team lead explained to her what happened said nothing she could do remind you there were customers inside asked for store manager name she refused so I asked again told me same thing then she realized other customers were around I asked so your refusing to give me store managers name oh I also asked for corporate #that she also refused what a way to conduct business.

I love JA!! they are my favorite jeweler of all time. However the only complaint I have are the lines during holidays. There needs to be separate lines. I just need to drop off my charms and bracelet, which should be a 10 minute process max. .but having to be in the same line as people who had no idea what they were ordering, made it so much more chaotic .and took longer. If the customers thst need a quick in and out don't get that then you have an overcrowded store. Like every holiday. That's literally my only complaint. The staff is always amazing, store is always clean n smells great, and I've never had any jewelry damaged.

Update 03-17-23 Thank you James for calling me to let me know why they weren't able to engrave and for also going above and beyond in trying to help me. I appreciate it. Thank you. Associates were very nice from the beginning but the reason for the 4 stars is that they still are not able to engrave due to change in machines. I'm not sure what's going on with James Avery but I'm not too happy with them. I expected better. I have two daughters. They each have a gold mariposa ring. I had one of them engraved with no problem and now I tried to get the other one engraved and they aren't doing it. They give me no explanation.

Well my daughter nd I met at James Avery bc she was treating me for Mother's day. ❤️ James Avery jewelry is so beautiful and I just couldn't make up my mind which piece of jewelry to choose for my gift. The employee was wonderful and patient. Really good in the way she handled my jewelry and nicely packaged my gift. She showed up on the way to make sure that she expressed interest in my time there to shop. I highly recommend it for Mother's day. Thank you.

The girl handling the line was very rude to the customers and the person who assisted me had a lack of knowledge that resulted in a ruined Christmas. The experience was bad overall. I went to the James Avery I normally go to by the RIM and they fixed it and agreed that this could of been avoided. The products are good because it's james avery therefore they should focus on delivering GREAT service. I don't recommend this location

This location has been my favorite since they opened but sadly I had a bad experience with the employee “Emily”. She was insanely rude and condescending which was very surprising since I’ve never had any problems with the employees before. She made my checkout experience awful I just wanted to hurry up and leave before I seemed to frustrate her anymore with my questions about certain items.

James Avery is one of my favorite jewellery stores ever. This particular store has a small parking lot and it is kind of hard to get out of when the Starbucks across from it is busy. The employees are so kind and make coming back to the store so easy. The gentleman at the front, opening the door for customers was so sweet and very helpful. I would and I am going to return to this store.

Looked online and found something I wanted to buy for my BGFE.. Once we walked in and asked the helper elves, they jumped into action and confirmed my necklace. After that one of the upper elves behind the glass brought it out and my GF tried it on confirmed with a smile. Easy checkout, friendly staff, clean environment. I will surely be a returning customer.

The Customer Service was great! From the very first moment i walked through the doors, i was greeted and got the help I needed to look for my ring. They had a huge selection of beautiful jewelry and I just couldn't pick out one ring to buy! Overall great experience, 10/10 would reccomend. ((I recommend Irene, she's very patient and helpful!))

Customers were queueing up prior to the store opening, which is super weird but I guess reflective of how excited they were for the products. It's not like we're in a pandemic or anything. I overheard their processes for cleaning and working on things during this pandemic and I was impressed. It's nice to see businesses take this seriously.

I usually go to the mall because this location is nestled in a peculiar spot and parking is crazy especially this time of year. Marie helped me out and was awesome with her service. She was patient with me and my questions. Even let me take my time when the ring I wanted wasn't in stock. Maybe I'll start going to this store from now on.

Not helpful . I felt invisible to the salespeople. I asked for help and they acted like they didn't have what I needed. I get it's the holidays but I am there to spend money. I am not window shopping. I figured it out on my own , bought what I needed and left. I will go to the one at the Quarry next time

All of the staff members are nice and helpful. They all move efficiently. We always come back to this location. On James Avery the company, the jewelry is lovely, they have new charms or pieces of jewelry from time to time. I prefer this place over Pandora as far as the quality of appearance.

This year I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in line. Well I had to go inside the store for my granddaughter. Line was long but this year it went fast. Everyone was kind and helpful full of smiles. I love this James Avery just wished parking was different.

Horrible service from the associate and the manager, for what I spend they should be more kind. Very disappointed in the service I recieved, every other james avery is fairly kind. I drive the extra miles just to go to the South Park location. It's a shame

Following Covid-19 protocols as best as they can. Allowing fresh air in has been shown to clean the still air in the store and I see they are doing this. Staff is kind and helpful. Jewelry is displayed so that it's very eat to see from every angle.

Dropped off my daughters bracelet to get some charms added on. We were given a ticket and told it would be ready at 5 pm and it was dropped off at 1:53 pm. We live in Atascosa county and don’t know when we will make it back to this store.
