I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful wedding cake! It was fantastic and tasted amazing!! I have no idea how I'm going to keep Hans out of the topper for a year! The cake was a huge hit! No doubt their products are good. However, their service is absolutely terrible. The staff is extremely non cooperative. I detest their service and the attitude of their staff. They ignore their customers and just go on about filling their counters with more products which makes the customer feel invisible in the premises. Please work on the customer service of your staff. Train them properly. Your sales turnover isn't bad so you certainly can hire more staff. I have consistently observed the nonchalant attitude of their staff and now I just avoid going their even though I like their products. Improve your approach. As a business student, I have observed serious gaps in their customer service orientation. So please work on it. Otherwise your competitors will beat you, if not now, then certainly in the near future. Yelling my order 4 to 5 times makes me feel unheard and insulted. This is very disappointing.

Great quality and taste. Expensive as you all know. I visited for fist time there and was a little bad experience. That baba (waiter) was of a rude behavior, I told him that you have weighted the sweet a few gram less, so he directly argued with me on it that we are always over weight a few grams to customer I was also making it equal to desired weight bla bla bla... Was doing very reasoning with me.

Jans bakers items are worth trying and everything is delicious but the staff is very ill mannered and they don't cooperate especially when they see a single woman buying something.i hd to wait for a long time and there was no one to listen u and serve u when a staff member brought patties on my request,i asked him for pizza because he did not listen to me and just rush away to bring patties.upon my request of pizza he got angry and shouted loudly on me.yhey seriously need to lesson the staff and im thinking to not visit the bakery aLone

It is among Peshawar's best bakeries overall. My father used to deliver sweets from this bakery to our hometown in the late 1990s. When I was a student at the Muslim Public School, which is right behind it, I would often visit this bakery. It still has the same taste and quality from our infancy even in the present day. This location evokes many treasured recollections. It's highly recommended by me.

It is one of the finest bakeries in all of Peshawar. In the late 1990s, my father used to bring sweets from this bakery to our hometown. I used to frequent this bakery when I was a student at the Muslim Public School, which is located just behind it. Fast forward to today, and it still maintains the same quality and taste that we cherished in our childhood. Many cherished memories are attached to this place. I highly recommend it.

Excellent and an amazing assortment of sweets and confectioners. All the amazing Bakery goodies you can find in Paki (at least those that I know of lol). Very friendly and professional staff, great customer service. Prices are reasonable and not too high. Plus, it's been at this spot for more than 2 decades now, for as long as I can remember, so it's like more of a nostalgic iconic shop. Highly recommended.

Unreasonably increased prices. Ordered family size klezza pizza costed 1520 now happened to be 1750 within a few days. As for pizza its Dough was stale, its bread was filled with chicken curry dripping from it and almost no cheese at all. Gave me an upset stomach, Been a regular customer and fan of their items for YEARS...... Bt not anymore!! 0/10 totally disappointed.

truly, the most delicious pizza in the city and reasonably priced. We ordered party size. It was 'loaded' with gear- my British folks will know what I mean. A hearty and superior quality pizza. Tried Prema milk- excellent pasteurised milk and high quality. The creamy salad was lovely and something you gotta try as a pakistani. please keep up the excellent standard Jan's.

Extremely bad attitude, what is this? A customer has to wait for hours and you guys act like you are giving it for free? What is this? I don't even want to give you one ⭐, you don't deserve it. Start respecting your customers, don't act like God, cause you ain't one, and many better options than Jan Baker are available, they give better service and better customer care.

A highly recommended bakery for residents of Peshawar. Products of this bakery are of high quality and that's why Jan's bakery charges premium prices for its products. Products which I have tried include Pizza, Salad, Ras Malai, Pastries, Sandwiches, Cakes and other items as well. I loved all of their products because of its unique taste and high quality.

They are into bakery business since long and one expects alot better products from them I was luking for different options for birthday cake but 80% I cud only see Pineapple cakes (that's what we can make at home) The staff was more occupied in other tasks, less attentive I wish them to grow n improve with time, wud love to see more varieties in future

A very disappointing experience. Customer handling is very disappointing. Wanted to buy sweets (luddo) and just wanted a taste to check for freshness. The attendant took out a milligram chunk, weighed it first and then handed over..as if I don’t buy, he would like to get a rupee back for that piece of chunk..that is not how you treat customers…

Customer service is very poor, there is no system for first come first serve. Secondly they dont take cake with cartoon face or any other face due to some islamic reasons but they are selling christmas cakes, christmas is not islamic festival. Why dont they follow islam is this regard Rest food quality and taste is very good.

Great taste. Tried a few of their baking items. They were delicious. The bakery is small but conveniently located in the cantonment area. It offers cakes, biscuits, pizza pies, chicken pies, patties etc. Parking can be an issue. Beware, there are people who will charge up to Rs. 80 opposite the bakery if you park there!

Ordered my daughter’s birthday cake with buttercream frosting. Very reasonably priced. It was delicious and customised exactly as wanted. It was my first experience of ordering a cake with them so was pleasantly surprised. Ordering was a bit of a hassle because of too many customers. Other than that amazing experience.

High prices and very bad customer service. Customers have to wait for 8 to 12 minutes before their orders are taken by the staff. Customers are not served based on first come first serve, but based on the social status that the staff assessed via customers outfits.

Jan Bakers is the most famous bakers in the town since 1967 i guess. They managed the food quality in very well manners. Their ice Cakes, Pizza, Sweets and Breads are the best in the town. Infect their food quality is much better.
