Anthony and everyone at this Jared location not only are the nicest, most genuine people you will ever meet, but they will do whatever it takes to find you the perfect product and always follow through because they truly truly care. We never felt like just customers. It was a far more authentic experience. My girlfriend, Anthony, and myself chose and custom designed my engagement ring here in February, Anthony helped custom order exactly what I wanted. Within about a 2-3 week timeframe we had my dream ring in our hands. My girlfriend Sharon wanted something more specific-- a particularly cut dark sapphire (VERY particular cut, size, color) that the gem itself is literally near impossible to find. Anthony stuck with us, constantly looking and always keeping an eye out for us, and keeping in close communication. This past week I was financially ready to make the purchase, and Anthony located and was able to order the perfect gem in a few days notice that my girlfriend loves and 8 months later, we both have the engagement ring of our dreams. Truly, our engagement, the timeline, and the fun / ease of the searching process was made possible by Anthony and higher management at this location. I will never recommend anywhere else besides here. To Anthony, thank you, we wold do it 10 times over again, you made this all possible and we have gained a lifelong friend and community with you and your team. See you at our wedding!!!!!! I had such a positive experience with Jared Jewelry that I needed to share my story with the rest of the world. I own a Tag Heuer watch that needed service so I brought it in to Jared Arbor Trails near downtown Austin, TX. I worked with the most personable jewelry expert named James Seelbach. James was so friendly and knowledgeable, and made me understand why my automatic watch needed to be serviced through TAG directly. James sent my watch in for service, covered under manufacturers warranty, and took the responsibility of sending my watch to TAG for me. Just to note, I did not buy my watch at Jared, I just thought they could service my watch for me. Out of the goodness of his heart James took this responsibility. A few weeks later I was told my watch had been stolen in transit, and before I could even panic, James told me he already got the replacement watch for me, and all I needed to do was come in and pick it up. Needless to say I got a brand new watch, a brand new warranty on my watch, and I got a new favorite jewelry store. If you want one of the most amazing customer service experiences when purchasing jewelry in your future, go see James at Jared Jewelry. Tell him Chris sent you. You won’t be sorry. My fiancee and I visited earlier today to pick up our wedding bands. What should have been a joyful & memorable experience, we were met with a rude, incompetent employee that whose demeanor towards us was completely unacceptable. She was insistent that we couldn't pick up bands without the printed service ticket. The email clearly states that the service ticket OR the email and valid photo id is acceptable. We had the latter. We asked for someone else because we would not tolerate her talking down to us or cutting us off mid sentence. Apparently the store manager helped us next. We did not verify if he was indeed the manager. He was also short and showed very little signs of being empathetic to our recent experience with their incredibly rude and dense employee. He also could not locate our order and had us go back and forth. As I originally stated, it was under my name as the email clearly stated it was. No apology was received from either party. I'm very disappointed in Jared's customer service! If this is how you treat repeat customers we will gladly drive to another Jared's location or stop our business completely. This is very unfortunate. The last 3 times we've visited we haven't had that type of experience. But then again those specific employees weren't working the floor.

Very disappointed!!! I came in for a bracelet repair which was not cheap, I did not pick it up for 2-3 weeks because I was busy. So I called the store & asked if it was still there. The employee man said yes it's still here if you want we can ship it to you! I said okay & gave him my address. He said I would get an email confirmation but I never did. Over a week later I called the store again asking another male employee where my bracelet was & that you guys said you sent it to me. The employee was confused & said Jared's does not provide this service, then told me he would call me back in 20 min. 50 min later I called again & talked to the lady which originally took my bracelet for the repair. She said she would do some research to find out where it was & apparently it was still in the back, not shipped yet. I was thinking the male employee STOLE my bracelet. The lady then said she will ship it to me right away. A day later I got my bracelet & it looks like nothing has been done to fix it!!!!! Looks exactly as it did before!! Jared's didn't send it out when they said they would, Jared's took my money & sent me the same bracelet not fixed. Extremely dissatisfied, unethical & shocked this is coming from such a big business.

Buying a wedding ring can be scary, intimidating, and completely overwhelming, especially if you were someone like me—completely clueless. I was trying my best to stick to a budget, yet looking for the perfect stone. Raven, my consultant, took the time to make me feel comfortable and educate me. She filled me with as much knowledge as I could possibly retain and was happy to answer any questions. My fiancé gets so many compliments on her engagement ring. And not just a casual, friendly “Oh, that’s nice.” More along the lines of “OMG, that is beautiful!” It took me two months to make a decision, with multiple phone calls and text messages. To be honest, I was a little picky and possibly made her job a lot harder. She never complained and never once backed down to the challenge. Her manager Yannis is a life saver. He was not just onboard with all the logistics and securing of multiple diamonds for me to take a look at. His professional opinion and insight was super valuable and important to the entire process. We had the most amazing experience today with Jacqueline and Yannis. Jacqueline was a gem to work with, very knowledgeable, very detailed, and she worked hard to stay within our budget and only showed us items in that bracket. She suggested many different options and worked hard to find the perfect ring! My husband and I have been together for almost 20 years and we were there to upgrade. We got an amazing deal on the upgrade! Jacqueline also looked over my current wedding ring because I knew there was an issue and something was loose, she tool the time to show me what was wrong and told me they could fix it. If I could give my visit 10 stars I would. It was truly the best interaction we have ever had at a jewelry store.

Went to Jared’s on William Cannon with a very specific request for a Pearl neckless. My wife loves her pearls and was heart broken when they broke after ten years. Louis Trevino was very upfront and honest. He told me they did not have what I was looking for on the shelf. When I asked about having it custom made, he again was upfront about the cost. I knew the neckless would be the perfect gift for our first anniversary, I agreed to have the pearls customized in the store. They came out great at the quoted price right on time for our anniversary. I was able to completely surprise my wife with the pearls that she never thought she would have again. Thank you Louis and the entire team at Jared’s. She loved them!!

Raven did a great job helping me out within just a few days before Christmas. Extremely helpful, patient, and has a complete understanding of stellar customer service. The purchase experience I received from her on that day should definitely be put into the training manual for Jared’s on how to provide the best possible customer service. We went in today to get my husbands watch bracelet resized and walked out with an amazing experience. Raven who took care of us was such a pleasure to work with. She offered to clean and polish my wedding rings as well, which was a pleasant surprise. My husband encouraged me to look at a diamond necklace and Raven went above and beyond to help me find something that I would be comfortable with. She was open to giving suggestions and helped me step out of my comfort zone with her thoughtfulness and patience. I felt so welcomed here and we walked out with a big smile on our faces. I'd give it more stars as the 3 are for the buying experience which was amazing! Went to pickup item I ordered and the women working was why 2 stars were left off. She treated me like I was not supposed to be there, not polite at all. I told her I ordered a gift and I was notified to pick it up. She asked who the salesperson was and I'm like, don't remember his name, she replies "well that's how we look up the order". I say how bout my name and order number, not good enough, heck it was paid for already. Even showed her the email. After several minutes, she says, oh yeah, it's right here with a bunch of other orders. The customer service on the front end great! Pickup service, terrible!

From the moment I walked into the store I was treated like one of their most valuable customers although my immediate need was only to get a watch battery replacement. Jacqueline, the sales person who assisted me, was friendly and deserves an A+ for professionalism. While waiting for my watch to be serviced, I had a chance to discover some lovely - and reasonably priced - items I will return at another time to evaluate for a purchase. The attentiveness of the store's personnel, the atmosphere, the appearance of the showroom and the variety of merchandise are all conducive in making this Jared's THE place to go for that special jewelry item. Laura and Her colleagues are FANTASTICALLY INCREDIBLE! They know how to make someone feel absolutely comfortable in disliking some options, and have amazing recommendations for rebuttal. They are so knowledgeable and honest about how the looks fit YOU! I Love this Jared's branch. I will be back for ALL MY DIAMOND PURCHASES! I wish the Credit interest rates were lower, but plenty of purchasing options being available makes it possible for the middle and lower class to have access to things that we might desire. Finally. A jeweler that can understand men and what we want. In an industry that caters largely to women, this store saved me. James is the guy you want to see. I couldn’t find a wedding ring that was stylish or different. Stores never have anything for guys that isn’t black or bland. James worked with me to make something that was unique, interesting, modern and classic. He never pushed, listened to my wants and didn’t break the bank. What a great experience I had buying my wife a bracelet at this South Austin Jared store! First I called with the item number of the one she wanted but they didn’t have it in stock at the store. But, the store manager found one at another Jared store out of state, had it shipped, and communicated with me throughout the process. It only took a couple of days. When we went in to buy the bracelet, the entire staff was very nice and accommodating. They made the process seamless and I would highly recommend doing business with these guys!

My husband’s wedding band needed repair and due to multiple factors, we were afraid that our wedding vow renewal was going to have a cloud over it by not having his ring available. James arranged to have the repairs made at another location that evening and hand delivered it to our home that night so it made the early morning flight with us the next morning. James helped make our day perfect!

I found an old ring that my wife really liked but it was the wrong size and one of the diamonds was broken. I brought the ring to Jared and was greeted at the door by Anthony whom was very polite and helpful. The ring was ready for pickup the next day resized perfectly, the diamond was replaced and the ring was cleaned and refinished with rhodium. Now that old damaged ring that I brought in a day ago looks like it just came off the showroom floor and my wife loves it! Thank you all!
