This is a Clean Hideaway Station to take a train at. The & stop at this station. It is a local stop before crossing the river to Manhattan. I had noticed the striped lines on the floor which help with navigation for visiting parties. They should have that at more stations. Definitely recommend. …

50% of the time the C train is always late. It can get crowded and overwhelming, especially in the summer when the subways are hot! It's not to clean and outdated. I try to avoid Jay St if I can. However it kind of meets the standards of getting you from point A to point B …

It's overcrowded and the bathrooms are always out of service. The rats on the A, C and F line have no problem with you being there and are often disrespectful enough to let you know of their presence by coming extremely close to you. Maybe MTA should start charging them $2.75.

A Fantastic subway station with frequent service along all the lines that serve it, but sometimes there could be gaps in service. It's really clean (except for some trash between the train tracks.), and has displays in the station that show

Busy transfer station in Brooklyn. Transferring between the F and A/C trains is pretty convenient - all you need to do is walk to the opposite track when you leave the train. No need to tackle some stairs, unlike in other transfer stations.

It's only two stops from East Broadway station.I like this destination because it's a lot of stores and places to eat around this particular subway stop.Snd on any given day there's plenty to look at,if you know what I mean. …

Yoo Can ride elevator or escalator if its working were restrooms enter at your own risk don't allow minor to enter restrooms alone escort when preoccupied bring tissue & towel cover seat avoid touching knobs & handles

  • Annette Reyes

Right now you can only take the elevator down and use machines for metro cards. There is a clerk in both. clerks are very helpful. You can take the F and A trains here. Looks better with cleaning they've been doing.

This subway station is clean and trains arrive fast. The space is wide and has a few exits. The surrounding area is convenient with restaurants, colleges, a park, and is near the Marriott hotel

  • Rob Lariviere

The station is clean, but that doesn't mean the train will be on time. Countdown clocks can be found on large touch screen kiosks on either end and in the middle of the A and F platforms.

  • Tamara Haynes

It is way to hot in this train station. They need to do something about it i almost passed out!!!!!! Also very dirty and to many homeless people this station need a wash down

  • Paul Pavlinovich

The signage was reasonably obvious when we tried to find our way from R to F trains to get back to Brooklyn. Reasonably clean and controlled even though it was very busy.

  • Jose Ortega

I use this station all the time and while the elevators always smell like piss, it's not a bad station at all. It can get pretty crowded on the weekends.

It can be a huge bundle during Rush Hour. If you do not like crowds, I recommend the middle of the day, and after 8 PM

God bless our NYPD!! Taking action against the animals that walk amongst us! I feel much safer knowing NYPD is there!

  • Bartley Gilliard

Its a necessary transfer/hub when you're traveling underground. Usually very clean and no difficulties time wise.

  • Jax Pax

The station is overall clean but there are scary homeless people near particular exits that are constantly there.

The Christmas Tree is up but the area is under construction. They are making changes.

Too many stairs, not enough escalators or elevators. Needs more police presence

  • Leonardo Torres

It's a busy transportation with a considerable number of bus and subway lines.

  • Abdulaziz Alaql

You can find an elevator Relatively safe place Sometimes MTA cleans it

  • B

One of the worst stations. The R train platform is dangerously skinny.
