Terrible experience and bad service. We fequently do Spa and book massage in Dubai and elsewhere. On this occasion, we booked two days before, two Moroccan baths and two Massages with two therapists, specifically requesting both service at at the same time (which was confirmed). When we arrived, we reminded them that we had booked for two baths and two massages and they confirmed that this was booked at the same time. We were surprised that the Moroccan bath was actually made by one only therapist, with both in the same room, which is a facility for only one person. Surprising but fine. The therapist tried his best, however he did both morrocan baths alternating the service to me and my friend. This was odd, the waiting time whilst having a morrocan bath is very uncommon but to make it worse, there was no more steam and it was cold by the time he started doing the second scrub. By the time, I finished the moroccan bath, my friend had already started his massage. They asked me several times to wait 2 minutes the time to prepare the massage room, which is absolutely fine. Then, they came again and asked for 5 minutes and this situation went on and on for over 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, and understanding they were taking me for a ride, I lost interest, was disapointed, I dressed up and ended up not having a massage. This is totally unacceptable. If they knew that a client was late or didnt have a second therapist for the massage (and even for the morrocan bath), they should have told us in advance so we could decide what to do. At the very least, they could have told me when I finished my morrocan bath instead of asking me several times to keep waiting. Disapointing experience overall. They are not very serious people, the facilities is just ok and truly there are no reasons to recommend this spa to anyone.

Amazing Welcoming stuff very professional a very clean environment very well explained menu and details. You have plenty of offers that you can Avail during Ramadan.The smell of the place is remarkable and it gives it a signature. It is very easy to reach it at home so keen and you have plenty of parking so you don't need to struggle to find the place. Went to Jazz Spa to try a 90 min Swedish massage. My therapist was Rachel. One of the best massages I have had in a long time. The ambience from entering the door till I exited was very good. Highly recommend them.
