The elderly lady , with dark hair sure knows how to make you feel unwelcome. I entered the store, there were no customers in side, she looked me up and down and could barely say hello. The young girl found the jeans I wanted and I went to try them on. Midway through changing the elderly lady knocks on the door, “can you move to another change room, I need this for a lady with a pram”. Seriously ? How can you be so ridiculous, surely the lady with a pram can wait 1 minute , men don’t take hours to try a pair of jeans on. I left without purchasing , as I would never allow my staff to treat customers this way. Perhaps it’s the colour of my skin.....

Low quality materials / fabric used in their jeans. Emailed customer support and they couldn't care less. Please shop elsewhere for quality jeans.
