I went to Jefferson Dental on Lake June and Masters. I was told that my x-rays will be 29.99. Also asked if my Dental insurance was in network with them and the CSR told me yes. After getting my x-ray I found out my Insurance was charged $118.00 for x-rays and I owed additional out of pocket bill for $ 91.00 dollars and I hadn't been treated for nothing but x-rays. No one discuss anything to me about additional charges. I went the next day after talking with my insurance company and the CSR was acting like she thought I my insurance was in Network. Then to find out that the Dentist are not Board certified. I will fight this to the end . Spoke with the Corporate office and some was suppose to get back with me within 48 hours. Haven't heard from anyone. I'm a senior citizen and will not be walked on or taken advantage of. BBB is next.

On 11/112023, I had an appointment at Jefferson Dental on Lake June/Masters and this was the most pleasant and professional staff. I was able to get the service and attention I needed for my situation. Dr. Wakefield has the touch to handle situations with focus and professionalism as her craft in experience. I also, had the privilege of returning on 11/13/2023 and received the same experience as a patient.

This was the BEST Dentist visit I have EVER experienced. I had to thank everyone that assisted me from the front desk to the actual team that worked on me because that's how great the service was. Everyone was SO nice and professional. JEFFERSON, YOU LADIES ARE AMAZING. I can't believe I'm about to day this but I can't WAIT to come back. - JOSH

Horrible. My appointment was at 1:30 for a general cleaning and sealants for a 6 month check up. It’s 4:41pm and I’m still here. Nobody was at the front desk to greet me. When the lady finally did come up to the front to give me my paperwork it was 2:15

Awesome experience great ppl and Drs. They definitely took care of me. And easy check in and out MARITSA at the front desk was amazing and very polite did everything nice and smooth transition. Definitely recommend this place wonderful job and service.

I would give 5 stars if I wasn’t there for 8:25am-after 3pm. But other than that the lady at the front was very nice and welcoming. The dentist assistants were super cool as well they offered me a drink while I waited on the doctor. I love

My son went in there and said I dont buy him no toothbrush or toothpaste lol. Why he lie on me like that lol. The doctor and staff were friendly and nice. My lying son walked out with some toothpaste and brushes. Thank you doctor …

My mother has had a very bad experience the past 2-3 times she went. First she had service done on her tooth and there was a small piece left in error which was painful for days. They resolved the issue by bringing her back in to fix it.

I had a wonderful experience for my first visit with Jefferson Dental on Lake June/Masters. Dr. Wakefield is amazing & has a beautiful spirit! The staff is friendly and patient. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Everyone was great! I really enjoyed my experience today, July 27th! From the front office, the exam personnel, the hygenist, the doctor, even the doctor who had to give me several shots! Hats off to the Staff!
