Customer service sucks!! There is an older women who works behind the counter that does not understand quality customer service. When I walked in one person was there and being helped. I patiently waited my turn until the customer was done. Once she left I the asked the women how much something cost, she responded, I told her what I wanted and asked her to just grab anything for my second choice. She walked off and helped another customer in the middle of my purchase. Regardless off how much a customer is spending or how long they take, each customer deserves quality service.

Its not the same anymore, i was going there for years and loved the staff. This one young lady we call white girl ( MIA ) was the only one running around helping everyone, and always keeped a smile on her face, I went the other day and noone spoke english, I didn't even see the usal people that were there, People were walking out, I myself walked out and will never return, Its just not the same anymore, I don't recommend this liquor store anymore...and the 1 star is for the parking...

I am a browser. I like to look at the different brands and check out the alcohol content on the bottle. This location is like jail for liquor. Everything is behind a giant bullet proof glass ugggh. It was so frustrating I didn't get anything. If you know what you want then you might appreciate this type of liquor store they also have a drive thru. Parking lot is so small good luck getting in and out. As a tourist I would avoid.

It's your typical MIAMI liquor store with the glass protecting the actual liquor selection and employees. In other cities and states it's not like that. I only went there because i needed a certain type of wine. They do have a drive thru but it is cash only (i believe). Good selection of products.

I love this place. I've been going to them ever since they were in their old building, which was likea block up from where they are now. They have any drink, good prices and are pretty friendly.I live at least 15/ 20 minutes away and I drive down just to come to them

Jensen's was ok, the cashier was nice i dont visit very often, only in moderation i held up the line because the cashier spoke only Spanish and the guy who speak english was very busy,poor guy had to do his and her job.

Jensen Liquor store is well kept up very clean and well organized The cashiers are very helpful and experience difference selection of alcohol wines and beers you fine everything there that you need Great place !!

You can grab beer and most generic wines by hand, everything else you have to choose through the glass. I was allowed in the back one time to shop and that was very random and rare.. Good, kind service!

You dont get a chance to hand pick alcohol. You can get from an employee as it has windows. Good collection don't get me wrong but would love if I could check out collection by myself.
