I came from an era in time were the paying customer is always right so when I bring my business to a sub sandwich restaurants my understanding is that I am afforded the privilege and honor of selecting my sandwich from beginning to end. So I walked up to the counter and give the young lady my order and requested that she choose my bread from the center to ensure freshness. She replied that all our bread is fresh. Now, if you're like me and have gotten home and bitten into your sandwich and found that the bread is stale, it's probably too late to take it back. Anyway, I replied back to her by saying ma'am I'm not asking you to slaughter a small animal and make a sacrifice to the gods, I'm just asking you to get my bread from the middle. Attitudes swam deeply from employee to employee. When the second guy got my sandwich to dress it with all the trimmings, he suddenly lost all concept of the English language. I had to repeat my order three times and on the third time, I told him to keep the sandwich as I proceeded to walk out the door. If I'm paying you $17.00 for a sandwich, don't give me grief, give me the product that I'm asking and paying you for.

This was my first visiting Jersey Mike's. My positive comment would be the fresh ingredients used were very delicious. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the customer service aspect of my visit. All of the employees looked miserable, not a single one smiled or seemed genuinely happy to be there despite their melancholy "Welcome to Mike's." After I told the first young lady what I wanted and that it was my first time in, she asked me if I wanted anything else, I told her I didn't and began to tell her what I wanted on my sub. She rudely told me that the other employee would handle toppings. Which is fine in general, but it was her dismissive attitude as though I should have already known that someone else would take the rest of my order, that was displeasing. The next young lady who did add my toppings did so fine, however she only added one thin- barely there- strip of the "sauces" that I heard rant and raved about so much. Overall the food itself was good, but the atmosphere does not make you want to return.

I went in there multiple times over the last year, the place is filthy, the vegetables are old and the manager has no idea what she’s doing. I asked for extra cheese and I took my first bite and it was dry there was barely any cheese on it so I brought it up to her attention the manager, she was combative and resistant I showed her my sandwich she said she put four slices of cheese which is the required amount, but she doesn’t know I watched her make the sandwich and she only counted out three slices so this manager who runs the facility not only doesn’t know what she’s doing but she’s obviously a liar. If I owned that facility the first thing I would do is get rid of her she Obviously does not have customer service experience and that’s the problem with most managers like her they don’t know how to address their customers every time I bring up Jersey Mike’s in the area it’s a well-known fact to avoid that place. So if you the owner of that facility you need to pick up your game because the team you have there put you in last place

I can honestly say this is the most unfriendly Jersey Mike's Subs I have ever been in. We hadn't had a sub here in awhile so I thought I'd stop in and get them to go. Upon walking in there was a female worker behind the counter sweeping the floors, it took her probably 2-3 min just to say a word, never even looking my direction, never a greeting at all. She then proceeds to yell out to other workers in the back that a customer is here and needs help. Another female worker comes from the back and greets me and asked what I wanted for my order. Zero sense of urgency and even at checkout nothing was said to me. I will go whatever extra distance it takes in the future to avoid coming here, even though it is closest to us. Nothing but bad attitudes and worker's that could care less about their jobs here.

Third time ordering and paying for extra bacon on my sandwich. There was literally 3 tiny pieces of bacon. First time I thought it was a mistake. Second time my bad. Third time I called and asked to speak with a manager. A girl who sounded like she was 15 laughed and asked what I wanted to do about it? When we order we order a lot. Most orders with delivery and tip is over $75. I gladly pay the delivery fee and tip more than recommended because of the convenience. However I do expect what I pay for. Extra bacon means more than 3 little pieces. What’s normal? 1 tiny piece? After posting on a local group page there are multiple people that are in agreement that this Oakleaf location is terrible.

Absolute trash!!!! I ordered my food , it was supposed to be ready by 5:27 I come in at 5:30 asking about my online order. They claimed there were orders before me so it'll just be a few more minutes .. then I see them FIND my ticket , the cook just gets started (there are no other orders ahead) and I wait an additional 12 min . They don't apologize for the wait, they aren't being honest and just saying they forgot my order. I am now late for work and I say I want a refund then the lady with the orange hair is processing my refund then has the NERVE to ask me " so what is the purpose of the refund"? Then I tell her because it's now been over a half an hour and she responds "ok" ... don't EVER GO HERE!!!!! Don't waste a dollar

Rude staff, and not trained. I buy gift cards (3-5 at a time) weekly for my customers from various locations. This location wanted me to buy each gift card as a separate transaction. I have never had any location do it this way, but the girl with the gold teeth at check out was very rude when I told her that she can do them all together. As a courtesy to the 6 people behind me not have to wait for 5 transactions I declined the purchase and will be taking my weekly $100 business to Firehouse or Jimmy Johns. Management needs to train better... gifts cards are easy business !!

If I could them 0 stars I would. I went in last night for a Philly and they wouldn’t let me customize it and the 3 girls were very rude. When I told them it was made wrong and not how I wanted they ignored me. Pretty much told me to there was nothing they could do or even try to give me the lettuce on the side. After I left I realized I didn’t pay for the sub they never asked just gave me a generic sandwich and ignored me. Not only are they rude and have no customer service but I’m sure there were more customers that left without paying due to them not paying attention or even asking. No one asked anything just what do you want and that’s it.

Terrible customer service. We walked in and we’re not greeted or even looked at. We asked where we can order because no one acknowledged us. Then it took another few min to place our order although we were the only ones in line to order. Meanwhile the girls in there have their hair hanging all in their face while making sandwiches. Once our food was ready the guy working slammed the bag on the counter as we were seated and hit the bag while staring at me. I said is that ours? He said yup. The staff is unbelievably rude i have honestly never experienced such behavior in an establishment and we will not be returning.

Disgusting! The staff is rude, I went in for 2 subs and they made them completely wrong. Extra banana peppers on a sub that was told not to have any on it. Mayo on our sandwiches instead of ranch like we asked for, a multitude of things wrong! We literally were so nice about it until we found a chewed nail in our subs, then we decided to complain. We complained and the teenagers working there decided to cuss us out on the phone and tell us that they would not let us speak to the manager. Horrible service, horrible food. Will never eat there again, Be aware before eating there.

I would give this particular store 0 stars if I could. First, they wouldn’t answer the phones and there were 3 young girls working. So we went in to place an order. The one girl taking our order was extremely rude and looked at me like I was stupid when I ordered the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak…the other girl said they had different sandwiches and I had to order the number so I proceeded to tell her the number of that sub. One of the girls then wanted to express out loud about my attitude! Will never eat there again with the customer service of those girls. Very immature!

My husband and I ordered from here today. This is the 1st time I have ever eaten from here. We both had the giant ham and cheese. We have plenty of left over for tomorrow, which is nice. I had the Rosemary Parmesan bun (I couldn't taste the rosemary), which was a bummer. And you use a mayo that we don't care for, but that won't stop us from coming back. Next time, we will order with no mayo. Excellent job Jersey Mikes!!!! Excellent Door Dash driver too! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wish I can give you guys 0 stars. This jersey mikes in oakleaf needs better customer service and workers who actually care about their customers. I walked in to get a sandwich at 8:30 being that they close at 9:00. The girl locked the door and turned off the open sign. I was very disappointed due to the fact that it was 30 minutes before closing. Super unprofessional and due to that happening it should be a manager on site for them to follow rules and regulations. I’ll never return!

My fiancé and I are big fans of Jersey Mike’s. Tonight we tried to go to the one in Argyle a few minutes before 8:30. Before we went in we asked if it was open because the open sign was off, the staff said yes but with an attitude. Then when we walked in we were told there was no bread for a giant sub so we asked for 2 regular subs- then we were told there was only wheat bread. I get that it was close closing but the customer service was terrible. We won’t return to that location.

Big Mistake in an area that has at least 5 places to get a sub. They replaced Subway as my least favorite place to go. My first time there, after I ordered a regular sandwich, I spent the next few minutes fending off an attempt to upsell to not 1 large sandwich, but add a 2nd. When I got my sandwich, it was all bread! With mainly cheese. Very little anything else. BTW: Firehouse fixed me up the following weekend. They are across the street.

It's currently 8:11pm, granted they close at 9pm and I'm sure that they've had a long day, but customer service has no time frame. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. I usually don't let it be known out loud while other customers are present but it needed to be said. The unnecessary attitude from the cook was beyond me. I hope that management deals with this asap or they will start losing customers very soon.

Stopped by on a Sunday night at 6 - they were out of rosemary bread. That wouldn't bother me but the 2 females working just seemed like they didn't want to help you or be there in general. I realize people are lucky to have employees these days. Management should maybe look at shifts with females around the same age who are negative and work on their customer service. In the future I'll drive to Collins rd.

This place is crazy; $9.70 for a “regular sub” and it’s not big at all. You have to get the “giant” sub to get filled up; which costs you anywhere between 13-15 dollars before tax....for a sub?!?!? 100% promise you this place will become another victim to closures: too greedy with trying to profit; go to Publix and get a sub twice the size; for half the price!

I came over for lunch for the first time and the line was out the door! I still decided to go through it and I was out the door within ten minutes with my sub in hand. Every employee was very happy and very talkative with me. I work right across the street and will be coming over for lunch very often! Excellent service!

Rude staff. They got my order wrong after telling them twice what I needed, which was to put in separate bags like it was two different orders. I won't go back and wish I had read the reviews before I went in. I think they are under paid or have no incentive to work hard, they probably feel like it is a dead end job.

I arrived here at around 6:45 pm. Their was two people in front of me. From the time I places my order to getting my order it took 7 1/2 minutes. I ordered the big kahuna cheese steak large. Alongside an agave vanilla cream soda. The total cost was 18.08 after tax.

We got there at 10 am, right as they opened and they were ready for business. We told them we needed a gluten free sub and they did everything right. They cleaned the area, the meat slicer and used new utensils. I recommend them for gluten free dining.
