My experience with JetBlack Travel was nothing short of amazing. We traveled to Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana for the Taste of Africa Tour. I knew right from the start that I was in good hands with JetBlack. They provided plenty of updates and helpful information leading up to the trip and even helped to navigate a complicated flight booking process. I had a travel mishap that caused me to be one day late for the trip but the JetBlack associates kept in constant contact with me during the delay and reassured me that I wouldn’t miss a thing when I arrived. When I got there, I immediately connected with my awesome travel mates, and we had an unforgettable experience. The guides kept their promise—I didn’t miss anything on the agenda and they even included a few surprises. The guides were attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. The planned activities were fun, informative, and truly once-in-a-lifetime adventures. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I will travel with JetBlack again and again. In fact, I’m already plotting on a trip to Ghana with them. I’m hooked!

JetBlack Travel was absolutely amazing to my husband and I. We went on their Taste of Africa trip this month to Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana for our honeymoon! We were very nervous at first, as we had only been out of the county once which didn’t involve any layovers. But JetBlack made sure to keep track of us so that they can help any kind of way needed. Every excursion planned was wonderful! We did a safari, fed elephants, walked with rhinos, danced on cruises, and ate until we couldn’t eat anymore! We chose to do a group travel, and everyone in our group of travel was so pleasant, including our bus driver, Kendrick. A special shout out to him because he knew those three countries like the back of his hand, and was always so excited to share their history, customs, traditions, food, etc. with us. This review still can’t fully describe how wonderful our experience was with JetBlack. Would definitely use them again for travel.

First trip with Jet Black Travel and it was awesome!! I did the taste of Africa which included Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. I also encountered a travel hiccup with a delayed flight and ultimately missing my connection. The organizer was in touch with me the entire time. I arrived a day late, and still had the best experience ever. While on this trip, I also booked Egypt for 2024. What an amazing team and an amazing trip. We were up close and personal with the animals, experienced the local culture, took a trip to a remote village and even enjoyed the nightlife. Full 360 experience!!

We had a wonderful experience in Zambia earlier this month with Jetblack travel. Everything was well organized. The team on the ground, Amanda, Clive of Bush Boys Adventures, and Kendrick were all very professional. They were also very patient and kind with us. I couldn't have asked for a better team. We had so many amazing experiences in Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana that it's hard to put into words. There was a great mix of cultural activities, adventure and nightlife. Traveling with Jetblack to Bali was my first trip but it definitely won’t be the last! First time ever booking with a travel group and my experience was nothing less of amazing! I went to Bali, Indonesia with their 2023 group. We experienced their black sand beaches, went water rafting, visited the safari and a temple, as well as tasted a variety of food! I don't regret a thing!!! I also booked with them again for NYE in Ghanna and I can't wait!

My best trip ever was with JetBlack Travel to Zanzibar! I met some beautiful people, saw some breathtaking islands and my first ever sandbank, enjoyed nightlife and learning about the culture, ate the best food, and had the time of my life! Great group to travel with. Alex and his Jet Black Crew really do a great job with planning and transportation! You’ll have your own hotel room during your trip unless you ask otherwise! They always have great spots to visit in the respected destination! 10/10 recommend!
