A $23.00 sandwich with 6 pieces of turkey is a bit ridiculous, it only took me 2 or 3 bites to realize I couldn’t taste any turkey… it’s a shame jimmy johns used to be pretty good about their quality. And on top of that my next visit I paid for 2 ranch’s and was not given any. Returned the whole sandwich in the morning after.

I wanted to comment on the AMAZING customer service this location offers. My firm orders from here all the time and today, i foolishly didn't de-select mayo (which I hate but totally my fault). I called up here to order another sub and the nice guy on the line had them deliver a new sub without mayo!! A big thank you to them!

Not very impressed with this location. We love jimmy johns and go all the time. This location the bread was so over cooked it was hard, I asked for pickles on the sandwich and got cucumbers and the the sandwich’s weren’t cut in the middle like normal so that made it harder to eat and we didn’t have a knife with us to cut it.

Took over an hour to deliver one sub and drink at 3pm on a thursday. First driver called saying couldnt find apartment so I waited outside for 20 mins to find out he returned it to the store and the second drivers only care was for signature. Went there for dinner yesterday. It's always amazing how quickly they can make a 16" sub. Bread is very good and the overall quality seems good for the convenience. It's not my go to, that would be Publix, but to get a solid sub in three minutes is a pretty awesome business model.
