PLEASE. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! UPDATE: Let me add as well. My Sister today 3/7/2023, was at Jimmy John's with my Father and her service animal. The manager came out of the back and kicked my family out. What the hell??? One a service animal in full gear, that is not bothering anyone. Why? Why would you do this? The manager did not ask if they were a service animal. She had a vest clearly stating "Service Dog" "Do Not Touch." This is the last time I take my money to Jimmy John's. I hope corporate figures something out about this store, It's ridiculous this happened. 2 Years ago. I tend to not write reviews much. But, this time finally deserves it. I went to JJ's during my lunch break on my mother's birthday. I ordered my food which included 2 cookies. My mom went to check what the cookie looked like and it wasn't there. She called up and we then realized we didn't get a receipt either. The management was horrid. They told my mom that they haven't seen an order with 2 cookies. Blatant lie, as my order was just about $30. Would've been closer to $25 if I didn't get cookies. My mom relayed what we ordered and all they did was "put $1.50 on her account" which I doubt because the last couple times we've had JJ's at this location that resulted in "credit" never happened. Jimmy John's find better management. Great workers and friendly (little forgetful as per the cookies) but management needs to change.

First of all I used to work at a Jimmy John’s, at the location on Louisiana & Menaul which is under a different owner. So once I parted ways with that location I figured I would give this one a try because I used to love the one on Paseo. When I went I ordered my sandwich tried to order number four she told me that it came with cheese which it doesn’t… Then proceeded to say the order wrong four times then when I said it again she was getting antsy about me ordering it and then when I tried to order double meat double cheese she told me there was cheese on the sandwich which the number four doesn’t come with cheese… And then afterwards she proceeded to tell me after I said that the number four didn’t come with cheese again asked me if I wanted cheese I said I wanna double cheese and then she proceeds to tell me that’s all you have to say, I’m sorry but where I come from you don’t backtalk a customer no matter what. But anyways moral of the story I think I’m done with Jimmy Johns in general… And I don’t think if you’re going to work in customer service you should talk to customers that way.

I used to enjoy coming to this location for lunch about once a week, but in the last couple of months, one of the women working the drive through window has completely stopped my visits. For the fourth time recently, she told me she already rang up my order and I couldn't use my free or discounted reward (in this last case, a free sandwich) when I asked if I could give her my member number to apply the coupon. I explained that I'd be glad to pay for my chips and drink separately and wanted to use the free sandwich reward, and she said she couldn't cancel my order or find a manager to do so, shrugged, and charged me the full meal price. If this only happened once, I'd chalk it up to her being new. But it's happened over and over. She needs to be trained on how to use the rewards program, or not work directly with paying customers.

Placed an order for the 30 piece platter for my staff. The 30 piece is 10 sandwiches cut into thirds. I have ordered this same platter no less than a dozen times from various Jimmy Johns and never have had an issue until now. The gentlemen taking the order told me that they didn't have enough bread to fulfill my order. It is 3pm in the afternoon. How is it possible Jimmy Johns does not have enough bread to make 10 sandwiches at 3pm on a Saturday? My impression of this is that they were just too lazy to help me. Lost a $75 sale today and many future $75 sales.

Not enough mayo or lettuce only had one type of cheese available. My fiance has been to this sandwich chain in Florida so since I've never been he took me and he said that it was weird that they only had one type of cheese. Also the bread was really dry and no pickles either. Definitely going back to Subway at least there I can pick what I want on my sub and have a little more lettuce and have pickles too plus they have more than one cheese and bread to choose from

No enthusiasm from the girl at the register. Every other Jimmy John's you go to they are almost excited you are there and greet you, not this girl. Ruins the experience for me. Also I always get a number 5 and the past 4 times I've eaten it at this location I have to run to the bathroom immediately afterwards. I don't know if it's a sanitation issue, not washing hands or what but I no longer come to this location. Just a bad experience when compared to other locations. If you don't like your job, get another that makes you happy.

Cannot even begin to tell you how great this place is. They took my catering order....the event was cancelled due to weather and they worked with me on the timing of my order even though it was last minute. Went to pick up the order and they made it fresh, on the spot in under 20 minutes, makes subway look like child's play. Let's not forget the food tastes amazing! You just don't see this kind of awesome service anymore, they work hard and are polite. 10/10 recommend

Boyfriend took me for a sandwich we stopped at Jimmy John's and when we got the food I banged the sandwich accidentally on the table and I thought it came in a basket and I banged it again on the table it was hard as a rock I could not eat the bread it hurt my gums it was a very bad sandwich how dare them serve somebody a two-day-old stale bread that was hard as a brick bat Shane on you I should have not let Firehouse down very sorry

Drive-through was closed and the service was slow. My favorite sandwich in the world is at JJ’s, but I don’t know that I’ll come back to this location. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my two sandwiches, which feels like a long time for a restaurant that promises “Subs so fast you’ll freak”. I understand they were probably short staffed, but my experience was still not what I’ve come to expect from JJ’s.

Sandwiches are good. Service is fast, I'm usually in and out of there pretty quick which I appreciate. It's just a death trap leaving the place trying to leave there around 11am to 12pm if your getting back on eubank. Avoid those hours and you'll be good. 4 stars because the girl at the register just stared at me until I walked up and said something to her then she took my order, kinda weird but not the restaurants fault I guess

Usually never have a problem with food or customer service. But tonight one of the guys seemed RUDE. This guy that prepared our sandwiches seemed we bugged him. Meat was very skimpy and every bite was different had mayo the first bite second was tomato and mayo. Finally the third bite was my bacon. I ordered the blt. On menu it claims to be the best. Two thumbs down on this sandwich. Day crew is way better than the night crew.

Well I gave them a one because, I ask for no onions twice. I told them i was allergic to them. When I got home there were onions. Went back threw the Drive through and told them that my sandwich had onions in it and now I would be getting sick because I had a bite. He took the sandwich threw down and didn't say anything. I did not even get a sorry. They gave me another sandwich and sent me on my way. I will return again.

the sandwich you get today will be exactly the sandwiches and get tomorrow which will be exactly the same as the same as you get a year from now. it will also be exactly the same as you get it every other Jimmy John's location. This is a virtue I guess. Sandwiches are completely adequate oh, and we'll feel you to get back to work which is the actual point. This is not destination dining come up but doesn't pretend to be

Fast and tasty! It is a sandwich shop. It is fast and easy. They have very standard meats and a simple list of extras so it isn't difficult or time consuming to order. The good thing is that it smells great and tastes even better. Also good is that people will not be able to smell it on your clothes like at a certain competitor. The ingredients are super fresh. They make the bread and that makes a huge difference.

I order pick up here and the employees are always super nice and make my order perfect. The manager I think it is him, he has a deep voice, but he remembers my order every single time and is very sweet and goes above and beyond for the customers.

First off they did not deliver to my address. So I made sure to get to the restaurant before they closed. I was there 20 mins before closing time and the lights were all turned off and the door was locked. A guy opened the door and said that they ran out of bread. Really A sub place running out of bread? What kind of business is this? Honestly, I would say this one star is very generous.

So, last weekend my family wanted JJ"s for dinner. I drove to this location and they were closed. This weekend we wanted to try again. This time I checked Google and it showed that this location was open. Drove All the way down and they were closed again. Please update your hours or operation at this location. It is really inconvenient that this location has inconsistent hours.

A little pricy for a sub but you get what you pay for and they have great fresh ingredients. I consider these guys the In and out Burger of subs. Don't go there expecting a salad or anything except a sandwich and some chips but if it's a good darn sandwich you're after you can't go wrong. My favorite is the gargantuan huge double meat club but it is not for the faint of heart.

The sub I got from here was pretty reasonably priced. It was really tasty too! Although I felt like the bread that was used for the sub could have been a lot better and more fresh. I also think the peppers are really good here if only they were a little hotter. Over all, very good customer service! Nice atmosphere and pretty clean.

Just got home from this place and noticed they put cheese on a sandwich that was supposed to have no cheese. Checked the receipt and it says no cheese. Please train your employees to be more competent and have more attention to detail. Also fill the dang drinks up to the top.

Ordered delivery by phone. My receipt said my order takers name was skyler. He was super polite and knowledgable!! I ordered a sandwich for my boyfriend to be delivered to him at work. Edit: 6-15-22 Just had the Thai chicken wrap. Like the ceaser very tasty just enough to fill you up. Next time I am going to add more cucumber. This is a must try!! Just had the chicken ceaser wrap. Dang tasty. Just wish it alittle bigger. Quick service, friendly associates.

I ask for only light mustard and light lettuce, which they did but they put tomatoes and extra mayo on it and the sub only had two thin, small pieces of roast beef. Not worth the $13.

Fast and friendly service every time I go. Their claim to fame of freaky fast subs isn't wrong. They usually have my sandwich ready for me before I have even walked over to the other end of the counter. Do note seating space indoors is a tad limited.

It's delicious Subs. I usually get one of the clubs. Today was no different. I'm not sure which sandwich I bought, but it was fantastic. It's really good, people are nice and helpful. They have a drive-thru. All good reasons to come and eat here.

My new go to for a quick sandwich bite. Perfect for a delicious work week lunch. Not sure how they do that magic so fast, but it's perfect for someone like me who'd rather skip lunch than spend it in line. Thank you for the freaky fast service!

Really fast, barely any wait, good subs. Pricier than Subway but not horribly so. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Kind of small inside, but has covered seating outside. Great place to go for on-KAFB workers near Eubank/Wyoming gates.

Have only got food for here three times and TWICE I found a hair in my food!!! I went back a month after I found the first hair cause I figure, hey things happen. And that's when I found another hair in my sandwich. So disgusting!

Great cold-cut sandwich shop. This location is a bit out of the way unless you work on base, but it's the closest to where we live, and the staff is always very nice. Never had issues with any Jimmy John's I've been to.

This location has pretty good food, and the people are friendly. I think the prices for their subs, as compared with Subway, is kind of expensive. So I may not be their ideal customer given my view about their prices.

1000 times better than Subway and they have great bread. Very consistent quality, but they almost always screw up custom orders, and for some reason cutting your sandwich in half is only done by special request.

They are always closed early claiming they are short staffed. I have sat multiple times in their drive through and gone 10+ minutes before someone helps me. It’s the only Jimmy Johns around. I’m disappointed.

Sandwiches are as advertised. They are huge. They are fast. The quality is good. The price is right. Eat lunch for less than $10. Hot sandwiches would make this a better place, but it's good as is.

Exactly what you would expect from the famous chain of restaurants. The food is good with fresh ingredients and the prices low. This location is somewhat small but the service was still excellent.

Sandwiches are very tasty, they come out quick, and aren't pre-made from 3 hours ago. You can definitely tell that these were made with very fresh ingredients. Very happy experience.

Jimmy John's makes a good sub. They also have your food ready quick if you don't have a lot of time for lunch. They do have some indoor and outdoor seating, but it is pretty cramped.

3rd weekend in a row says they are open. Can NOT use the app to order and they NEVER answer their phone. I mean Google does say they are open and so does their app but nothin.

The sandwiches we ordered were delicious. And the young man who helped me was friendly and professional. I am new to Jimmy John's but so much better than any subway sandwich.
