I have never been so insulted by a manager in all my life. I placed a order online for delivery the order I got was not what I ordered. I am highly allergic to tomatoes and my freebies add ons where added on. I called and he was very rude after all was said and done he refused to re-deliver my order said he won't do it for free. I asked him who his boss was and he said I'm the only boss i needed to talk to. I even gave a good tip to the driver about 30%. He told me if I wanted it made right I needed to go in and pick it up. I told him I ordered delivery for a reason he said take it or leave it and hung up on me. This restaurant does not need people like that working for them. He wouldn't even give his name so I could file a complaint against him. But in the long run he will get what's coming to him from his bosses.

I ordered 100 boxed sandwiches, in the amount of S900.97 for the funeral reception of my husband. The order was taken by the JJ employee who identified himself as James. I was told the delivery charge was $3.00 plus tip, nothing mentioned about a 20% gratuity. I gave specific instructions on where to deliver it however the delivery person did not get off the delivery vehicle to knock at the door of the parish hall where the reception is going to be held. He was not resourceful enough to go to the front office to ask, instead he kept on calling me while the funeral service was still going on. He was given a $20 tip by one of the bereavement ministry volunteers but he insisted on a 20% gratuity which was not agreed upon when the order was placed. He accepted the tip but continued to text and call demanding for more. With what happened who would recommend Jimmy John's with the kind of employees the company has, inefficient and insensitive.

I used the Jimmy Johns app to place an order on Oct 18 (as I've done many times before). When I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up I was informed that they hadn't received my order. I had the confirmation on my phone and showed it to the cashier, only to be told very rudely that they had no tie to the app and could not honor my order. I had already paid online with my credit card but was told they could make my order while I waited but would charge me again. They also informed me that I'd have to call Jimmy John's corporate to get a refund. I informed them I would not pay twice for my food and I will never return to their restaurant. I got to my car and tried to call for my refund but received a message that they were closed. Very unhappy with the rude way I was treated, lack of customer service and getting charged for food I never received. Beware of this establishment.

I've had small issues with this location on several occasions, but I think this is the one thay is driving us away permanently. Customer service is mediocre at best, often felt rushed out almost EVERY SINGLE TIME. Never have I felt welcome in the store. The whole staff needs customer service training, reading these other reviews it's definitely not just me.

The food was yummy as usual, but the service was HORRIBLE this time!! There were four, less than enthusiastic or friendly, workers there. We had tried calling it order in and for 30 minutes the phone gave a busy signal. I mentioned it to the workers and asked if the phone was or off order. The younger guy at the register went to check the cordless phone, when the older guy whispered something to him. He then said the phone was fine and he didn't know what was wrong. I looked at the phone base and saw that it shows the phone was "in use". I mentioned this to the workers. The older guy then told the younger one "go ahead and hang it up". I was stunned!! They put the phone off the hook to avoid having to take phone orders! Ridiculous!! Then lied to a customer!

Wow, I should have known that you wouldn’t honor what you said. You messed up my sandwich but did offer me a credit on the next one all I had to do was give my phone number. I should have known your manager was going to scam me out of this. Today when I went in your employee and manager couldn’t find my credit and made me feel like a low life for even asking. I spent over $55 dollars today and told them dont worry about it because it was embarrassing to be questioned in front of a store full of customers. I will never go back to any JJ and yes unfortunately this was my favorite sandwich spot, never again and I would advise not eating here unless you want to be treated like a crook, they couldn’t care less today that they needed to take care of me and made me feel like a low life and I’m sure no one from corporate will help. STAY AWAY...

I like eating at this location but on Friday the 3rd I went in & they didn't have any customers, there was 2 employees one was a female and the female employee was talking with her friend that was just sitting at the table so when we went in she had to stop talking and she had to serve us which made her very angry, she was rude the entire time to my wife, my kids and myself. She was telling her coworker about a customer that she had to get on for not wearing a mask but the entire time she was telling him and making our food she wasn't wearing her mask, she was wearing it on her chin. I even have a picture but I don't know how to upload to this review site. This girl had a major attitude and by acting like that, Jimmy John's is gonna lose a lot of business so somebody needs to talk to her.

I have never been so appalled by horrible mistreatment of staff by management. I saw a manager arguing at staff members for trying to get their closing tasks done. This manager was not helping employees, she was raising her voice and only creating not only a toxic public atmosphere, but threatening work environment for the poor staff members. I felt very uncomfortable waiting for my food. Im so grateful she wasn’t making my sandwich because her hair looked so mis-kept and oily, I do not want an unhygienic, loudmouth manager to be touching my food. Take your business elsewhere.

I was really anxious to try Jimmy John's heard it was good and the best around. Sorry, but I was disappointed. Too much roll and lettuce and not enough meat for the big roll. I asked for turkey to replace ham and turkey was very thin. Couldn't find the onions and I ask for the vinegar oil mix. I think they forgot it. When I got home and bit into it, it was a big disappointment! I had to add Italian salad dressing and onions and pickle. It would be in your best interest to add more to the sandwich. Sorry to say, Fire House subs are the best in the area and I most likely will continue with them. Why advertise delivery when its only around the block. Pizza guys go miles to deliver.

Insanely rude staff. Refusing to answer any questions. Rolls eyes. Extremely impatient. I got a the Caprese Sandwhich and all the tomatoes were frozen solid. They seem to be intentionally mean to everyone because they are not wearing name tags and get to call everyone Karens. There was no way that person didnt know all five tomatoes were rock solid. Employees there hate the customers that come in. They were rude to every last person in there, regardless of how nice the customer was. If you feel like everyone is mean to you, more than likely its YOU. They need to not be working in customer service.

I had my order delivered and it stated when I ordered that this was to be contactless. When the food showed up he knocked and knocked at our door, finally I stated to him that this order was to be contactless, what’s the point of contactless if I have to sign a receipt?? He says well if you had left a tip you wouldn’t have to fill out the receipt BUT that’s only if you left a tip and when I handed my receipt over he reiterated next time leave a TIP and we won’t bother you, only if you leave a tip. This was the store on 7 bar loop next to cottonwood mall. When is JJ gonna get REALLLL MANAGERS THAT SET A STANDARD, all these reviews are bad!!

This was my first visit to a Jimmy John's. Since it was between regular meal times (4:41pm), it was empty, but I arrived with four kids bouncing off the walls, on our way to the International Balloon Fiesta. They were WILD! And indecisive. The cashier, he reached across the counter, grabbed both my hands and smiled as he welcomed me. It was just the calming I needed. The two employees, were more than friendly and patient. They were quick, and heard what the kids wanted, getting it *just right* even thru the chaos. The employees were wonderful! THANK YOU!!! I will certainly be returning to Jimmy John's Albuquerque on Coors Bypass!

I have 3stars because the food was fresh and tasty. But the cashier has a " it's over there stupid!" Kind of attitude. We'd never been to a Jimmy John's before. Normally go to Firehouse subs or Subway where we come from. So we didn't know that they wouldn't call us when the order was ready or more importantly that the napkins are kept behind the counter?? A little weird to reach behind the counter of an establishment. Not the norm. But according to the staff attitude (cashier and sandwich prep guy) we should have known that! So you can say hi and bye as fake as you want. But the customer service ultimately stinks!

I just received a #7 Smoked Ham Club via (fast) delivery, which I ordered without mayonnaise to avoid the excessive fat. I order this sandwich in my hometown frequently, and for some reason, this one tasted different-- not bad, but not quite the same, although it looked fine inside and out. I got 3/4 of the way through when I realized that what I thought was just excess moisture from the lettuce was actually a generous soaking of oil. This sandwich doesn't come with oil, nor did I request it. I imagine that I ended up getting 2-3 times the amount of fat I was trying to avoid, though.

Worst location ever. Never takes cash (and doesn't have it posted or noted anywhere and doesn't tell you til after your order or have driven to pick up order. Usually never has the items to make the "special" sandwiches anyway. The employee's are phenomenal but doesn't make up for the cheapness of management or corporate. Wow Jimmy Johns just lost my business, it’s Jersey mikes now. I ordered something different today because I love love love the sandwiches here. I ordered the Cubano. It looked nice in the picture. You should see what I got When did you stop cutting the sandwiches in half? 8 in. I was disappointed with the call when I ordered but I didn’t post it because everyone is entitled to a bad day. But The sandwich sealed the deal. I’m so to be departing , especially since we drive so far to get one.

Besides the confused spandex wearing axx showing customer that needs of another few more sandwiches that stood less than 2 feet from me,6 feet rule was totally disregarded ,but this was our first experience here was totally delicious experience. As our meals were made completely errorless. Thank you all for the delicious experience. We will be revisiting this location as a result of excellent customer service. Hopefully axx showing confused customer not be standing in front of me ever again.

We had many things to do today as it is the day before Christmas Eve. Tired and hungry we stopped in to see friendly employees made us some awesomely tasty sandwiches. Brought our energy level back up. Thanks Lady and Gentlemen for the great sandwiches. Update: next day (christmas eve) stopped in for a fuel up on sandwiches after last minute shopping. This place is amazing and the manager, Jessi, goes out of his way to do things right! A co-worker accidentally ordered 2 large boxes of subs from the Central location instead of Cottonwood. When I showed up at Cottonwood to pick up the order we realized the mistake. Jessi got on the phone, got it fixed and got the subs made in record time! Saved the day! Plus, this restaurant is always clean, employees are always friendly, food is always good & ready fast. Highly recommend!

My husband and I tried this place for the first time last night. We had heard too much bread and not enough meat, but for some reason, we needed to see it for ourselves? This place is disgusting. It reminded me of the school lunches you get at APS--thin slimey lunch meat, bread that doesn't taste fresh, a sandwich full of lettuce. You can buy better quality meat, cheese, bread, and produce at Smiths, have more options, and pay half as much. Don't waste your money.

They almost always get the order right, and it is always ready on time. Dropped a star. Got the sandwich right but we ordered extra bacon, extra turkey and extra cheese and only got regular for everything. Sandwich was still good but we paid for all the extra and didn't get it.

Online order. 3x #12 on 9 grain bread was hard and burnt. Tomato was not fresh, lettuce was yellow not green.. First time trying this location. Disappointed ☹️ We couldn’t identify who’s order was whose all customers orders I put our names and none had names!! You have one job and failed how do you burn bread and serve hard rock bread to customers?? Oregon’s Jimmy Johns on Imbre in Hillsboro knows how to make a great fresh sandwich. Take notes!!

Person making sandwich was incredibly RUDE and abrupt! She has no idea what customer service is. The bottom piece of bread was so dry, hard and crumbly, you could tell it was old. Jimmy John's is almost always very good. This experience ruined it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the cashier was very friendly and had good customer service, however, she almost seemed to be dominated by the demanding and rude sandwich maker. Ugh.....

Why do they hide the napkins near the soda machine behind the counter? Why not put up a table out somewhere or place napkins on all of the tables like Dions? Oh well at least I got what I needed from one of the employees. They looked terribly busy but she was quick to help me when I couldn't find the napkins. It is just odd that they keep them hidden. I feel like I am stealing from them when I reach over the counter to pick them up.

I've never had a bad experience at this JJ's until today. The employees were rude and seemed annoyed that I was there. The bread was burnt and stale and the veggies were wilted and slimey. The wrap wasn't wrapped and just fell apart and had to be eaten with a fork. I love JJ's and was shocked at how bad the food and overall experience was.

I had never been to this restaurant before. There were four kids working. They were very rude, unprofessional and very unpleasant to communicate with. I asked different questions as I'd never been there before. The kid did not know the answers to my questions. They laughed at me and my husband. I will NEVER go to this place again. Sadly this Jimmy John's has gone down hill in service. They always forget something now. They forgot a sandwich on my last delivery and now they forgot requested topping in person at the store they also forgot my pickle and had to remind them. If you order here better double check all your stuff and open up your sandwich to make sure, which no one should have to do. I like the food or it would be a 1 star.

One of my favorite places to get a great sandwich sub. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they even showed my wife how to lettuce wrap her sandwiches at home! The place is always clean as well are the bathrooms. I have tried most sandwiches and they are all great, but my favorite go to is the Gargantuan. As stated before they will lettuce wrap any menu item for those that are gluten free.

Always fast service from Jimmy Johns, which is why I love the place. I guess they are a little different depending on where you're from (I'm from Virginia, I guess we had more options for our sandwiches there) because I got charged for adding extra veggies to my Gargantuan. This one is a little small, and I hate the parking lot, but if you're a fan of Jimmy Johns, you'll deal with it.

Terrible customer service. The girl working today at 4pm has zero customer service skills. Very rude, unfriendly and very off puting. She doesn't greet customers when they walk in. Just rudely demands they put a mask on. Judging by reviews this place has its clear they aren't run very well and managers needs to train better. Very upsetting. Not returning to this location

Staff was quick and friendly. But as far as the food I wish the sandwiches had a bit more customizable options. Normally I get a turkey sandwich but they had little sauces and only whole sliced pickles which are my daily drivers to my sandwich. The lack sauce options and circular pickles that cover every in of the sub took away from the flavor I like on My wich.

Customer Service was poor and confusing. We felt like we were inconveniencing them. The food was not much different than we could have made at home even though it says that it is Gourmet food. The Men's Bathroom showed me different ways to urinate and asked me which One was I. We don't ever want to go there again! Bad experience!

Very good location. Only had one person working during the dinner rush the night I went and he did a very good job juggling baking bread, taking and making three peoples’ orders. Everytime I order here my order is messed up. Tonight it was mayonnaise when I asked for none but I didn't get the mustard I ordered either. Don't even bother calling because all they offer is to make you a new one if you come all the way back. Moral of the story is check your order before you leave.

There should be an option for zero stars. Shut this place down! The staff doesn’t care if you’re there or not. The staff doesn’t wear anything like a uniform, T-shirt/hat or name tag. The bread is old. Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich place, but seriously close this location!

Visited the location by cottonwood today. The young lady taking my order was very rude, I ordered a lettuce wrap but was given bread and the bread was super hard. Very disappointed!

I've eaten here several times. The sandwiches, in my opinion, are great and are made quickly. So much better than Subway! I don't know what these other people are talking about.

Good sandwich for the price and fast. BBQ chips good. Nestled in the strip mall with plenty of parking. Also deliver and a nice clean atmosphere. Lots of neon.
