best friend’s car got windows smashed and over $5000 of music gear + a new macbook stolen. we paid $10 to park here and there was no attendant or security guard on site for hours so we left the lot with faith that we would be able to return to our cars safely and go home. windows so smashed that the remains fell off with gravity minutes after we discovered what happened. we were later met by a security guard who told us that these robberies and CAR THEFTS have been reported every week if not everyday. do not park your car here if you’re going to any music venues including the smell. i would leave a 0 star if i could.

We have been parking our truck here for weeks and had no issues until today. I would have written a great review if it weren't for the parking attendant today yelling at us because we had to pull our truck out a bit to put away our tools. The spaces aren't that big so as a courtesy to the cars next to us we pulled out so we would not scratch their cars. The parking attendant did not care and kept yelling at us to get out. I hope his boss sees this and teaches his employees about customer service and courtesy to the other people that park their cars here.

I parked ther on 11/18 and paid $8.00 with Wells Fargo debit card. It posted on 11/20 . On 11/24 a charge for $1.00 posted for EBAY BUYER PROTECTION PLAN. I don’t normally use this account for much so I only had $10.00 in it. I do not buy anything from EBAY and do not even have an account with them. I’m reported the EBAY charge as fraudulent to Wells Fargo. The customer rep said that it have been a test charge to see if charges would go through before they try to get more. This location does not have any attendants on duty and does not have any security.

Parking attendant literally hit my car and charged a different price from what was advertised, the guy was careless and when he hit my car he didn’t even bother to see the damages because both cars weren’t his. He walked to another person who entered the lot to park, they witnessed what happened and was shocked to see that he just did that. Handled the situation with the guy but highly doubt the owner of the other car is not aware of what happened.

Parked my car on April 29 this year. Payed with my creditcard, but got no ticket. Had to go to the other machine. Got a ticket there. Called the phonenumber. Voiceresponse system. Went to thei website and made a ticket for this issue. No follow up. Asked the creditcard company to restore the payment. They did. Joe’s carpark canceled the restore the same day. So they are not good in handling customer complaints, but very good in getting money

Was there 2 minutes ago, was a few minutes before they tried to accommodate us, spoke to my wife like a piece of ****, no interest in parking there, found better parking for a dollar cheaper, no thanks fellas. Off to improve my wife and I's day.

Parked in the early afternoon for a couple hours I was given a ticket by a kind of shady dressed character I guess he didn’t care how he dressed but other than that the service was good.

Lots of complaints about the attendants... I must've got lucky. Car was in good hands, nobody was rude to me, everything was pretty simple. Would definitely hit them up again.

Expensive for short parking. Part in the grand central Market parking around the corner. It's cheaper! $3 for 90 mins

There is good parking place cross the street in market just $3 for 90min. Here is so expensive $9~10 for one day.
