This place is very modernized and renovated so you will like the changes as it’s bigger and better and clean. They even honor soldiers with military flags and profiles of those who served…thank you. Can’t complain bout anything here EXCEPT the staff all over JFK. Anywhere I go, long as the staff are nice that’s all I ask. I wish American customs staff spoke more than just English and Spanish bc for a major international airport that’s pretty pathetic. And not only that or the most important is the ATTITUDE of the staff. Be ware of nasty attitudes of staff just for asking a question of how to get to manhattan from JFK. The girl w huge fake eyelashes yelled at me and said w a snobby attitude that “what bus are you looking for ….none of them buses go to manhattan…” even though I am not from here to know what buses run from here to manhattan which was why I was asking her. So she expected that I should know what I was looking for even though she is supposed to be here for tourists who ask for help. So be ware of nasty staff bc there are many here. Not everyone but just one mean person is enough to wish you were at a much nicer airport like Cleveland OH or Fargo ND or MInneapolis MN. Is it really necessary to be a bully as a staff person here for travelers not from the area??? So I give JFK 3 stars (2 off from 5 bc of ride and mean and unhelpful stafff).but I gave 1 star back bc the staff at the Air Train was sooo nice and no attitude. Air Train is $8.25 to go to NYC one way and you can tap your credit card or buy a metro card which costs $1. But you can use your tap credit card for all buses and subways and Air Train do no use in getting a metro card unless you want to buy monthly passes which is not refill able.

My recent experience at JFK Airport left me with mixed feelings and a sense of disappointment. While I understand that airports can be hectic, JFK seemed to fall short in several areas. First and foremost, the cleanliness and organization of the airport were far from satisfactory. The terminal I visited appeared messy, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It's important for such a major international airport to maintain a higher standard of hygiene and order. One of the most frustrating aspects of my visit was the issue with luggage. Unfortunately, my luggage got lost during my journey through JFK. This is not an uncommon occurrence, and it can be incredibly inconvenient and stressful for travelers. I hope the airport can improve its baggage handling procedures to minimize such incidents in the future. Another disheartening sight was the number of people sleeping on the airport floor. While I understand that layovers can be tiring, it was disappointing to see so many passengers resorting to such uncomfortable conditions. It might be worthwhile for JFK to provide more comfortable seating or designated rest areas for travelers in need of a break. In conclusion, JFK Airport, in my recent experience, did not live up to the standards I expect from a major international airport. The issues with cleanliness, lost luggage, and the lack of comfortable resting areas left me with a less than favorable impression. I hope the airport can address these concerns to provide a better experience for travelers in the future.

So many things to improve on. I’ve been in several international and domestic airports in and out of the country and had better experiences. My experience at JFK specifically at Terminal 1 is although they have a really spacious and efficient check-in area, personal spaces like bathrooms and waiting lounges need to be improved. Adding mobile device charging stations to where people hangout to wait for their flight would help modernize it. I know a few domestic airports have it. Men’s rooms are ok. They come with auto flush systems. Sink look modern and auto-turn on faucets and generally clean but soap dispensers are still in manual pump-it-yourself style as compared to other airports which have the more sanitary IR no-touch soap dispensers. Toilet cubicles get a bit cramped with your carry-on luggage. In one of the cubicles I used, I needed to move slowly in a rather calculated manner because of the fear of accidentally dropping any of my things on the wet floor. The toilet seat I had to clean with flushable sanitizing wipes not just for sanitizing routine but because it had some unsightly “stuff” on it. I figured it’s been there for some time because it was hard to come off. Lastly, arriving passengers at least in Terminal 4 have to walk through a mile long strip of shops to the baggage claim area which in business perspective is profitable but inconvenient to people who have problem walking too far. Staff were generally nice and I appreciate them a lot. Kudos to all of them being helpful and pleasant.

Aside from the standard airport ingredients (i.e., exorbitant food and beverage prices) this airport is not functional for it's importance. Admittedly, this is an exceptionally busy airport - I'd even guess it is too busy for its size (which would explain why the New York Post reported JFK as one of the three longest security wait times among airports in America); so I give credit to the staff for making it work, but overall this airport is a little sad as an international hub. From getting into the airport (8 terminals, massive construction everywhere, and the skytrain not working consistently at every terminal), to once you're in the airport (some of the most uncomfortable seating I've ever experienced in an airport (which, for an airport with so many international layovers, seating is so important [potentially even as places to sleep]), to the reality that you need to leave the airport to switch terminals ... meaning travellers' have to go through security multiple times ) another likely reason for it's long security wait times). With millions of travelers (over 13 million in 2023 Q1 alone) many with layovers, this airport clearly wasn't/isn't designed for the millions of travellers that come through here.

JFK Airport is undoubtedly one of the most busiest and expansive airports I've had the pleasure of traveling through. Its vastness is both impressive and slightly daunting for those unfamiliar with its layout. If you're transferring from one terminal to the next, it's crucial to give yourself ample time, as the distance can be considerable. Thankfully, the AirTran provides a relatively seamless transition between terminals, ensuring travelers don't have to endure the lengthy walks. However, a word of caution to travelers: the TSA lines can be notably lengthy. During my visit, I noticed the absence of Clear Service in Terminal 7, which might extend waiting times for some. Once past security, Terminal 7 offers a modest food court. While not the most extensive selection, it provides enough variety to grab a quick bite before your flight. All in all, JFK is an iconic airport with its unique challenges, but with a little foresight and preparation, your experience can be smooth and enjoyable.

Oct 17 Tuesday around 2am, a worker at the women's toilet in Terminal 8 required me not to bring my cart in because she was mopping, but every international airport allows people to bring in, I concern the safety of my baggae since I was alone. Plus there's no sign not to bring cart in the toilet, she said she would call a cop if I insist, I asked if you are responsible of my loss she agreed to watch my baggage but kept talking loud about me taking the cart in to someone else (?) I asked the worker if it is any time people can't bring a cart in, and she said because she was mopping. She insisted a lot and yelled at me. Very rude worker. Another thing is, I can't believe there's no one single seat before the security checkpoint in the airport. People who take early morning flights have to sleep on the floor. Poor us!! I will try not to fly early or avoid flying to JFK from now on.

Nice neat and clean airport . Most Crowded airport in New York, also home to almost all the airlines in USA - American Airlines, Air India , Jet Blue, Eithad, Emirates, British airlines, United, Alaska airlines , Delta , Air Canada, Air Mexico, Air Serbia, Air China, Air France , Air New Zealand etc around 70 airlines operates from this airport. It can be reached by train , air train and some buses as well. Plan ahead in case visiting this by self car or vehicle as Traffic gets messy quickly incase of any lane failure. Even on a Sunday afternoon it took more than 2:30hours to reach JFK terminal 8 from East Brunswick NJ. AA staff were nice though very strict on luggage weight. Happy trip. Parking at premium rates are available in terminal 8 others were closed today. See pics for more details. Thanks

I LOVE LOVE LOVE JFK! It’s easy to get to via trains, buses, or uber cab etc. The airport is under construction and done routes to get to or out of may have changed. It is also a very large airport so I will recommend arriving two hours before your flight even if they are domestic flights. Also consider priority check in. Remember almost all airlines have virtual check in and you can scan the WR code for your tickets. Also pay attention to the big blue screens that show you your gate. Asides that, it is a busy, safe, and easy (somewhat) to access. Remember the hack for traveling is to arrive early. Also make sure you confirm your gate as soon as you pass through check in. That will save you a lot of time.

JFK is One of the busiest airports in the world and looks and feels such. The airport has multiple terminals and you will be amazed to see how well they are managing the airport operation. It is well connected with rest of the city. Has all the amenities good connectivity and you will find flights to different locations in the world. Many airlines have set up their hubs here. I liked the airport and its layout. The traffic outside the airport could be little difficult to navigate through but given the volume of fliers coming to this airport it is natural. In my opinion the facilities could be much better. I would recommend taking a bus or NY metro for commute to save time and money.

We would like to thank JFK Airport, and compliment them for be very clean, easy to navigate if drop at the correct gate as we were. It is very large so ask around, as staff are very friendly, if you need directions. The process of security is easy if your prepare and try to have shoe laces loosened for easy slip off, all items in tubs fast and be patient with holidays. Security staff do a great job, it was friendly, easy and exciting for me being my first journey overseas. The airport was so clean, facilities were clean and I could recommend anyone who is going. To NYC and it’s boroughs, fly in or leave from JFK. I was extremely impressed. Thank you for a great experience.

  • Spray Bottle

You get 2 stars from me. Only because you have a bathroom and I didn't need to find a plastic bottle and hidden area to take a piss. Sure I see this lady on the machine cleaning but I still get a feeling of, this place is dirty. Everyone here is sleeping on the floor. With plastic bags and blankets. These guys have no chairs up here where I am. None! No lounging chairs and no where to charge your cellphone. One travel store that is closed for the moment. The worst airport I have ever been to. And this is America. I was just in China the other day and Jesus Christ I thought it was supposed to be the other way around. You name it, they had it. JFK airport is awful

  • Philip Zalon

Specifically, Terminal 4. Delta Airlines. Website recommends arrivals platform for departing travelers without bags to check in, but don’t do it. You have to go up to departures anyway. Even Delta employees I spoke to thought the arrivals for departures scenario was silly. Anyway, elevator up to level 4 (AirTrain leaves you on level 3). TSA security line can be 5 minutes or 45 minutes, depending on time of day. Once past security, it’s credit cards only, should you need to make a purchase. Otherwise, feed your cash into available machines to transfer it to plastic. And be prepared to walk! Gate 42 is 3/4 of a mile once you clear security.

  • nidhi bassi

Really big airport with 8 terminals which are quiet easy to find out which airline flying where to. Once you enter the airport all signs Up to help you finishing gates or to check in self kiosk. Friendly staff is there to help you if you needed. Mostly people speak Spanish there but don't panic. English speaking people are there around too. After dropping your luggage you have to do security checks and then proceed further to your gates. Display boards everywhere so no issues in finishing. Various eatery shops you can find out. You can make your own salads for under $11 for a pound in weigh. I flew by Jet blue which provides free Wi-Fi.

JFK has a lot of flights that go through it but if your flight is canceled you better settle in for a long wait or hit the rental car desk as soon as you can to get out of there. The airline agents are unfriendly and we had to accost the folks at the ticket desk just to get service. They were just joking around otherwise. The rental car situation is also sad since they seem out early and often and the surrounding hotels book quickly if you're stuck. Stores and restaurants are as you would find at any other airport and it takes a very long walk to get from gates to the trains. Pray to the gods of you have to fly through or to JFK.

  • Casey Covel

✈️ Easy to Navigate - Lots of Shops, Eateries ✈️ As big as JFK International Airport is, it's surprisingly easy to navigate. The walk from the hanger to the baggage claim is a decent one, but it's all on a mostly straight path and easy to find by following conspicuous signs and asking for help when needed. There are some cool art displays, places for kids to let out a little energy, and plenty of fun stores to browse and places to eat along the way. Ultimately: The airport is professionally run, and I would feel comfortable using it again for my travel needs.

  • J Hunt

This airport is huge.. So it's not surprising to see, so many people accompanying the hallways. It does get pretty crowded passing through the areas, when people are preparing to board their flights. But the boarding is done fairly fast and executed pretty well. The center of the terminal that I was at, had a huge sitting area. There was also plenty of restaurants to choose from. For example, you can have a salad, burgers, pizza and there was even a sushi bar. So if your on a extended layover, this is the perfect airport to be stuck at.

  • Sara Omid

I do not know why some people seem to dislike the JFK New York Airport, because its very clean and organized! The staff were of course helpful, kind and understanding. Since Airport is huge, you can get lost very easily, but there are many encountarble signs and the friendly staff make everything easier! Of course there are many fast food options such as McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King, Popeyes and even mutiple Starbucks stores! The Airport is very comfortable to sleep in and the Airline Quality wasn't bad! 9.7/10 for JFK airport

This was a very beautiful airport. Lots of shops and places to eat in there. The bathroom facilities were very clean service was very friendly. Lots of seating in the gate area and areas to charge your phone. I absolutely loved the machines to refill water bottles. My sister in-law needed a charger and there was actually a vending machine that she was able to buy one from. It was nice on my flight home that my carry on bag which was a little bigger than normal was able to get checked in for free. It normally would cost $40.

Smooth experience coming out in the morning on T4. With Global Entry it was a breeze especially with the new biometric camera based entry processes literally in less than 10 seconds … Mobile Passport should also offer a good experience to expedite the most boring part of coming home. Our luggage took a bit longer, but overall Smooth exit. T4 on departure is area along with lounges is awesome. These days the travel is full of hassles, it’s great that the airport itself does not contribute to any additional headaches.

A clean, well organised airport, very nice staff in the restaurant areas. We used terminal 7, Plenty of choice of food from healthy to pizza, a few shops and the gates are close by and comfortable. The only drawback is the way security staff approach passengers especiallythose with special needs and requirements (2 children in our group); it's not that they are unhelpful per se -they will accommodate you once you explain - but they are brusque, and impatient. Other staff we found friendly and helpful.

  • M K

It's always a hassle to travel through this airport. Usually the ticket counter staff are pleasant but that is about it. Most other staff through out the airport are miserable. It has gotten way better over the last few years but it still isn't anywhere near where it should be. Prices through out the airport are outrageous. Almost everything is extremely expensive. I understand it's an airport and airports are expensive but they take things here to a whole new level. Restrooms are always filthy too.

  • Στέφανος Δούκας

An enormous airport for sure. Coming here I was told that I would have to wait for hours and hours but that couldn't be further than the truth. I got through TSA control within 15 minutes. A seamless experience for sure. The whole airport is really clear and well maintained. Airlines' staff is kind and helpful but unfortunately that can't be said for the airport staff too. Most of the employees are stone cold and will provide with the minimum help if any. Definitely an area that needs improvement.

  • Jonathan S

It's a bit confusing to get out of the airport now with all of the construction being done and terminals being worked on, but all their upgrades and changes are welcome. You just have to make sure you really pay attention to the signs - especially for the AirTrain. It was interesting to see that everyone had to walk past a TSA dog in pairs at the security line, but other than that, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. It seems just like any other airport I've ever been to, just larger.

  • Chatthong Rimthong

I’m currently at Terminal 7, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than pleasant. The staff here come across as quite unfriendly — I’m usually fine with people being loud if they’re sincere, but the demeanor here feels needlessly harsh. Additionally, the restroom facilities are inadequate. They’re constantly full, seemingly operating at 100% capacity. For the number of gates in this terminal, having only two restrooms is simply not sufficient. Food 0 Clean 1 Staff 0 Facilities 0

  • Willie Ruiz

It’s one of the bigger airports in the US so plan accordingly. Sometimes lines can get long depending on travel time but they move quick and never had any issues. Plenty to eat and areas to sit around in. Many people have overnight layovers here so expect a few people sleeping around waiting for their flight. Most bathrooms are clean and most people were friendly. Like I said, at times it can get hectic, especially in the drop off pick up areas so just be prepared and plan accordingly.

JFK Airport captivates with its global connectivity, inviting travelers into a world of diverse cultures. The sheer scale of its terminals sparks curiosity, each one a gateway to adventure. Nestled in Queens, the airport is approximately 15 miles from Manhattan, offering a journey that typically takes around 30-45 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions. Explore the terminals, immerse in the bustling atmosphere, and let JFK be your portal to the wonders beyond.

  • Toyin

This airport is not getting the full stars because of staff. Some staff were nice and helpful while the other half were nasty pieces of work. I'd like to be a bit more descriptive of these particular set of people, but I'll give it a miss before Google bans me from ever giving a review. They just behaved in a flippant way with no regard for travellers. The airport itself is nice and big. Most facilities you'll find in a typical airport are all available.

  • Fabio Biocchetti

Mostly ok, but there’s room for improvement. While Terminal 4 at JFK is modern and well-equipped with a variety of amenities, my recent experience was not the best due to the long queue at the security checks. The terminal itself is spacious and clean with a good selection of shops, restaurants, and lounges. However, the efficiency of the security process left much to be desired. Not sure why, or if it was just the wrong day at the wrong time.

  • Asiful Bari Chowdhury

John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is a major airport in New York City, known for its global connectivity and extensive passenger traffic. It serves as a hub for domestic and international flights, offering a wide range of amenities, shopping, and dining options. However, it can be busy, so plan accordingly for potential crowds and allow ample time for check-in and security processes.

  • Juan J. Moreno

New York's main international airport. It is huge, it has several terminals. You can come directly by subway, line A. You have to pay two tickets, one for the regular subway, to the station where it connects with the AirTrain. At that station you have to swipe the MetroCard again, which must have the necessary balance for the AirTrain (currently $8.25). Come early, the security check is slow.

  • Fariha O

They play their music so loudly. I had a loooong overnight layover during Christmas and I heard so many Christmas songs over and over. This fact alone made this airport unbearable to me. At least lower it at midnight. Also the worst chairs that you can't even stretch out in. Otherwise it is clean, bathrooms and toilets are clean. My suggestion is to get a hotel to avoid the irritating music.

  • E Galvis

Flight departed at 530 am. Terminal 4 has no coffee shops opened at midnight or that early. No food options except for shops that sell chips and such. McDonald’s was opened on the way to terminal but employees were fighting with each other so I didn’t stop. Seats in the terminal have outlets so you can charge electronics.bathrooms are clean. All staff(tsa) were efficient and helpful.

  • Derek R.

JFK is truly an amazing airport to land in. It's like it's own little city with everything you can think of, plus a lot of things you'd never imagined until you're walking through it. I was just in awe. Even the myth is about New Yorkers being unfriendly is simply not true. Everyone I met there and spoke with, including customs were all very helpful and friendly. Love the place.

  • Wagner Castro

Maybe we are not aware of the logistics necessary for the operations of a huge airport like this. Despite the quantity of passengers, staff, and public servants, the airport runs smoothly. A connection here should be a minimum of three hours to avoid stress. During rush hours, it may take a bit more, but someone of the staff will give you a priority pass, and you can make it.

  • Brent MacDonald

Terminal 8, in and out, pretty smooth . Didn't have to go through security again, going from domestic to international. A few restaurants and stores around the terminal. The steak house was good food. As always everything at the airport comes at a premium price. The waiting areas had electrical outlets scattered throughout the room under some seating and along the walls.

  • Pierre Ceballos

I have been to New York a couple times and this airport at John F Kennedy is pretty cool. I loved the fact it had a mall inside the terminal with designer brands. It was something I wasn’t expecting. And for being such a busy airport the flow and traffic was actually not so bad. I came in on July forth weekend and was actually easy. Another check mark of the bucket list

  • Serena Favaro

A great place! I took a flight from Milan to NYC and waited for a connecting flight to Boston. The reason why this is 3 stars is because it was very hot when I went and there was no air con. And also I waited 2 hrs for border control and 1 hr just to change terminals! It’s not the airports fault, it’s just very busy. This is my second time at JFK, first was in October.

  • Alex Melendez

I’m sure you are not surprised, but this airport is the hardest to use and most unpleasant. Expect everything to take twice as long….entry, ticketing, security, boarding, taking off…this airport is pretty dirty and even more unpleasant in that regard. It’s about as pleasant as a clean subway station. Navigating the airport is confusing and requires a lot of attention.

  • Jairo Parrales

So everyone knows the chaos that flying can bring, especially with three young children. But the staff was able to expedite our check in and going thru security wasn't that bad of a hassle. The only thing is that there weren't enough people at the TSA checkpoint where they scan your passport, causing a huge line. Recommendation.... Do TSA pre check of you are able to.

  • Rudy Krupitza

Tons of security and signage at this well run airport! We went straight in and were checked and through tsa in no time they offer a million shops and places to eat while you wait for your flight to board. They also had a ton of CLEAN bathrooms which was nice and convenient. If your flying over seas like we did I wouldn’t recommend any other international airport!

  • Arthur D Lowry

10/28/2023. JFK airport was ok. Not a lot to say other than we spent 12 hours in terminal 5, ugh . There are no chairs to sit in ( we grabbed a couple of wheelchairs . After you go through the check in there a lot of restaurant/fast food options. We choose Custom burger which was surprisingly not bad. FREE drink refills.

  • Soo Hin Yeoh

It’s a hit and miss airport. Arrived at T4 from Singapore and it took us more than 2 hours to clear immigration, only 5 out of the possible 50 lanes was in operation. Departed on American at T8, and it’s most probably one of the best experience in a Western nation airport. So, it depends which terminal you are at.

  • Priya.kapurnest Priya.Kapurnest

Very filthy, dirty needs overall face-lift. It's worse than 3rd world country international Airport. I was very disappointed. Biden approved infrastructure money, and it's not been used... Democrats are cheats who probably pocketed the money or sent it to other countries. Update JFK to represent USA

  • HEELO

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE FLYING TO OR FROM HERE!!! According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think. Otherwise, very pleasant.

  • Tommy Chen

Terminal 8 - dated and mostly for American Airlines. Few out of here a few times and most recently with Cathy Pacific. Very few duty-free shop and food options. There's some high-end fashion shops if you are into that. Everything here mostly screams old and dated but I guess it still works, barely.

  • Adam-James laveaux

The most awful airport I’ve ever been to. TSA guy spent 5 minutes watching TikTok videos with my passport in his hand The whole place is a disorganised mess with everyone assuming you’ve been here 1,000 times. I’ve hadn’t gone on to the Midwest this would have tainted my whole view of the USA.

  • Dal

Can be a little like a maze to navigate around, and needs more seats at some gates, but still a decent airport terminal. Plenty of shopping, relaxing, and eating options once you get through security. Used to be a lot of rude people working here but looks like that's changed over the years.

  • Shri Gupta

Even if you’re travelling Business this is a horrible and uncomfortable Experience at the airport. This is even much better in India though very often cursed by media. With Clear me there is an exploitation and money-making scheme which doesn’t function on European mobile but costs!!!

✈ AIRPORT : The Place Of Joy To See/Meet Some One For The First/After Long Time, To Travel With/Without Someone To New Place, & Its The Same Place Of Sorrow, To See Someone Loving, Leaving For Short/Long Or Forever. Its Place Of Both Joy & Sorrow. BUT I MYSELF LOVE JFK AIRPORT.

  • Serena Smith

We were lucky enough to be travelling Upper Class with Virgin Atlantic and we all wanted to mention the gorgeous Charmaine who served us and looked after us and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Friendly, beautiful and such kind hearted, we just love her xx

  • Lexy McCauley

Really smoothly run airport. Signage is clear. Passport control wasn’t too bad. The people were nice and not pushy. The bathrooms are shockingly nice in terminal 4. I was very impressed because I assume airport bathrooms will be a tad bit gross. Overall, great experience!

  • Connor Does Gaming

Security could do with more staff but overall got through quite quick due to having staff knowing what they are doing. Had a good laugh with one of them, very friendly, and very quick to get our bags off the plane. Can’t wait to visit New York again!

  • krish kandiah

Officially now my least favourite US airport. I thought Chicago was bad... The shopping options are terrible There are only poor quality outlets So disappointing I had to walk a very long way to find nothing to eat... Will actively avoid coming here

  • charlie just charlie

maybe it was just our terminal, but the airport was smaller than I had expected the famous JFK to be. it offers few modern amenities, but the process of checking in and passing security ran very smoothly despite the enormous number of passengers.

  • Suhayb Kamal

Constantly renovating and trying to make it better. I have seen the place get better in certain aspects and deteriorate in others. Still feels good to land here. Security lines can be long and staff can be extremely rude but that's NY for ya.

  • Carlos Carvajal

Very clean, good informative signs and very organized. Right now on August 2023 there is some construction going on looks like expanding the facilities but it did not interfere with the normal arrivals and departures.

  • Kudakwashe Zimunya

The experience was surprisingly pretty smooth. I’m just happy I didn’t have to take off my shoes or remove electronics from my bags, not having to do these things makes going through security a breeze.

  • Dwayne

Was decent, things kept moving, instructions where to go were appropriate. Typical NY courtesy , but at this point we get it. We went straight to the AMEX lounge to relax until our flight. …

  • Sungil Hong

Heading out to Barcelona from New York. Good to be true I’m in JFK airport waiting for a flight. Check some items from duty free store!!! Another two more hours to go before the flight.

  • Richard Frame III

Easy enough to get around the airport for an early morning connecting flight to Aruba. Just glad they had a chair to sit down on and a Dunkin Donuts on the ground floor open all night.

  • Juhi Parekh

Good international airport! Was their in terminal 8, Security checks are fast and organised . Lounges are great . Neatly maintained ! Good architecture piece of American Airlines ..

  • Mr. Branham

What I don't like is how you have to leave out to get to various terminals. However, it is an international airport. It's okay. It's not the best. I've been to kind of a old setup

  • The Kopper Butterfly

It’s crowded but it flows. The food in here isn’t very good but you can bring outside food so you should pack some. Not the best airport I’ve ever been to but also not the worse

  • Adam McGibbon

Great airport, plenty of nice places to eat and drink while you relax and wait for your plane. Its usually pretty busy, though. But they also have a lego store which is cool.

  • Robert Feder

JFK airport remains noisy and crowded. However several terminals have been renovated, so it is not as bad as it was. Give yourself extra time to get to your gate.

  • Ankita Banerjee

An underwhelming airport with unmaintained restrooms and the lack of good dining options (especially in Terminal 8). However the TSA check in was quick and swift.

  • Víctor de la Crúz

Modern but huge and full of people better travel through another airport. Philadelphia airport is smaller an easier to get in and out also Orlando airport...

  • Muhammad naveed

Very nice employees it didn’t feel like a hasten at all asking them questions. Did have to run around a lot due to construction but overall nice airport

  • Email1 Email1

Big airport .. It's not too confusing. Signs are a little off... food is not authentic and has little variety to choose from. Prices are ricket high

Nice airport. We arrived into New York city through this airport. We also used Airtrain to get to Manhattan. Staff was OK
