On vacation, I recently visited the Fluevog store in Old Montreal where I received attentive service from Alex the salesperson there. Although, he didn’t have the correct size or color of the boot I was after he did suggest upon my return home to contact the Abbot Kinney store in LA. Once home I took Alex’s direction and reached out to Heather at the Venice Beach location who helped locate my size and color at their San Francisco Haight location. She processed my order and within a few days I received my boots delivered to my door step. My boots were impressively packed by ‘Denny’ from the Haight location. Everyone I dealt with at the 3 Fluevog locations delivered top-notch service not to mention the boots and packaging are a true work of artistic genius. Thanks everybody at Fluevog!

The staff here are super nice. The shoes are not of the quality I would hope considering the price. I own three pairs of shoes bought here. One pair of shoes had a heel snap in half after only wearing them a handful of times, and I brought them to this store for repair as they were under warranty. They gave them back with the heel poorly glued back together and still with a giant crack that is splitting open, and I am afraid to wear them without carrying a second pair of shoes with me in case it snaps again. Another pair of oxford-style shoes has peeling inserts, again despite minimal wear. I love the designs and the staff, but this brand isn’t worth what I paid, but they do offer repairs through the store, for what it’s worth.

Very cool shoe store, but they don't carry anything under size US Women's 6, and the 6 seems to run big. So if you're a true 6, have narrow feet, or anything else, you might be out of luck. 5.5 will definitely need to go somewhere else. The lady working when we were in was willing to help us, and did help when we asked, but she seemed a bit reluctant/annoyed to do so. If we asked for something, she would make suggestions to us that we should go with another option or do something else that wouldn't require her to give as much customer service. Maybe she thought we couldn't afford to buy anything there? That's what it felt like. Super cool shoes though

My favorite shoes and they always deliver the best customer experience. My ex-girlfriend is an amazing trans woman and had always felt insecure about her shoe size. Dee, one of the reps, immediately recognized my ex's situation and handled it with such incredible grace and compassion. The shoes fit and felt amazing. We walked away with two pairs which remain my ex's favorites and I still have no regrets. Do rarely do you find this kind of service. The experience was nothing short of spiritual. I now have several pairs myself and they're all great statement pieces, comfortable, and very well made.

Denny, D, and Felicia are a hoot. Full of personality and helpful knowledge, and very attentive. I feel like a VIP from the moment I walk in the door. I love dropping by any time I am in the Haight-Ashbury District to visit them and try on the latest styles. It's a fun experience, and I own an impressive (and growing) collection of shoes for every mood and occasion. Not only the best shoe store in San Francisco, they operate the best store in the City. Dee was super friendly and helpful immediately upon us entering the store. Really went the extra mile for my wife to help find her a new pair of fluevogs, even went so far as to help her polish up her old pair she was wearing! It was our first time purchasing in store and her attitude and attention to detail made the experience and purchase worth it! Gotta love getting high quality service and high quality shoes!

Love this shop to bits. I walk past it almost everyday and it fills me with same kind ridiculous delight that I felt the first I walked into their Seattle store in the early '90s. Legitimately, the most stunning and comfortable boots ever and those gorgeous rust Gladstones have completely reset my wishlist. The staff is both sweet and full of sass. Thanks for being so awesome!

Talk about going above and beyond! My fiancee and I had chosen the shoes we wanted for our wedding, and they were out of stock in Vancouver. We contacted the Haight store and had exceptional customer service -- Kristin found the shoes we were looking for and got them to us the next day. So thrilled with how they look! It was truly amazing!! The ladies working in the store were so knowledgeable and incredibly kind and helpful. I am now the happiest lady strutting around in my new Bond Girl boots! I'm always super satisfied with my experience at the Haight St. store. The staff are so helpful and friendly and of course the shoes themselves are great. A couple times I found the clearance shoe I was stalking in my size here when the downtown store didn't have it anymore.

John Fluevog shoes are a thing of beauty and the staff there (Dee) are incredibly patient and helpful. Great product, great support. Just bought my 8th pair of Fluevogs and I couldn't be happier. If you want to up your "shoe game" this is the place to do it!!

This place is authentic as it gets. It was so packed in a great location I ordered the beef and tomatoes chow mein. The best way I could describe it is that it's a Chinese spaghetti. It tasted great along a Chinese beer.

Amazing shoes with service like no other! We came in out of curiosity and stayed for 45 minutes just chatting and trying on shoes. Though the heels are high, they are still comfortable, accentric and chic.
