Went to the parts department taking back a Actuator I bought last for the heater on my Hyundai Santa fe £156 very expensive. When I bought it I showed the parts guy what I need ed lve got a photo on my phone but he said it's the wroung one. You need this one he showed me one of the computer. I said ok so paid for it. Only to find out its the wroung one. The one I showed him in the first place was the right one. He said we don't do that one so i don't understand. I've got the one in my hand but its broken. But its showing the wroung one on the computer for my car. Ilm losed.

I went in for a Major Service 36000 miles on my car, Initially good customer service, good suggestions given for car, however during pick up, noticed that book was not stamped and wondered what else might have been missed, not too happy with end result. They even had my service book on the seat! Car not properly cleaned at end of the service. Car was not re charged before given back although service takes about 2 hours and they had the car all day. Lots of little let downs, leads to a big one.

Superb bought a Vw from another dealership last year wasnt impressed with the service we received this week they sent an email that car service was due i phoned to book it in and was told next available was July phoned Johnsons done service and mot next day very helpful and friendly staff well organised

I am writing this on behalf of my husband who's not into technology but will say when he's received excellent service. He had his car serviced recently he was highly delighted with the excellent customer service Alex and his team delivered. Were all sorted for Christmas with our cars thanks guys.

Poor customer service. Was looking for my first Motability vehicle and wandered around looking at the cars inside the showroom. Nobody came to see if I needed assistance. They ended up losing a customer.

Booked while you wait service for 8.35am. Vehicle didn't go into workshop until 9.20am they reset service interval on vehicle computer incorrect not impressed with the service at all

Had a car booked in for warranty work dropped the car off and was told its not booked in and couldn't get it in for 6 weeks so take the car with as we can't help

Taken my dad's car back to the dealership as my father passed away. However, the staff were very lovely and useful also they had awesome range of car's.
