Johnston & Murphy shoes are awesome! I went in to this store and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I know this is an outlet, but the prices were even lower than I expected. And guess what? The salesperson asked me if I would like the shoes to shipped from the store to my home, for free! This was a great option because I was out of town and didn't look forward to trying to fit the new shoes into the suitcase, and I hadn't even told him that I was visiting from OOT. This may be a option I was never aware of, so even if it was always something I could have taken advantage of I'm the past, it was the staff at this store who told me about it, where the other J&Ms I have visited never have. I usually only buy one or two pairs of J&M shoes each year when they are on sales. But when I visited their store at the Premium Outlet in Las Vegas several weeks ago, the prices were so great I bought 4 pair. Well actually I bought 3 pair (at an amazing price) and the 4th pair was "FREE!" It was fantastic! Not only did I get one pair free, they mailed them halfway across the country to my home in North Carolina at no cost. Since getting my shoes I have checked the prices at other J&M stores in the airports and they are double and triple what I paid. I have the Premium Outlets store number in my cell phone and will be ordering all my shoes from them in the future.

We were in town for a family break/vacation. My son went to get a pair of shoes. Excellent service but when they rang up the shoe, they mistakenly put the wrong pair of shoes in our box. We didn't notice till we got all the way back to Utah. Bad on our part for not checking but isn't that the sales people job? They are very nice but this is a high inconvenience and it was over 100 dollars to add to the frustration. Can't say I'll go there again when we visit Vegas because they can't even get the shoes omg he right box.

I have been coming to this store for several years. My husband and I work on our feet all day and they consistently have a great selection and great deals on men and women’s shoes for casual and more formal dress. But this pales in comparison to the customer service. The staff is always knowledgeable and courteous. Last time I visited we were assisted by Henry. He was AMAZING, going over and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchases. I highly recommend this store.

Rueben is the store manager & went above and beyond to take care of me. I found a boot I wanted but the fashion show mall didn't have size so on way home I called outlet J&M and got Rueben. He didn't have my size but asked if anyone called other stores and they hadn't so he took control, put me on hold and tracked down boot & shipped to my house 2 days later. Great price & even better service. Ask for Rueben he'll take great care of you!

We walked into the store at 7:40 pm June 17th and they close at 8 pm. We were desperately trying to find shoes for my husband for a 9pm dinner reservation. The customer service of the gentleman working was so awesome. He was kind, attentive, and had a great eye for putting colors together. We both really appreciate that. We ended up buying not only shoes, but two shirts and a pair of shorts. Super happy new customers!!!

Absolutely amazing customer service and the best prices. Bought a pair of shoes about 2 months ago, noticed the shoe was pulling aside and brought in the shoe. They replaced with no questions asked and I needed up getting a few more due to the great prices and friendly staff.

Johnston & Murphy store was a very nice and affordable store. The sales Clerks we're very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole sales experience. They had great sales on woman's items. I will definitely be going back there to shop again.
