I give this place 0 stars for the lack of customer service. I treated my mum for her birthday, she was recommended the thalgo facial for lifting which costed 7000. She had tint on her eyebrows and individual lashes so she asked the 'skin specialist' and receptionist before the facial whether it would be ok for her to have the facial still. Both said there would be no problem. During the facial, all of the tint from eyebrows had been removed as they apply a lot of creams on your face and some of her lashes had also fallen off. This goes against what we were told initially. I also had a facial done and at the start of the facial they put a hair band on you. The lady broke my earing as she was so rough when she put the hair band on. Even the facial wasn't great, paid a fair amount of money and your face will look and feel the same. Terrible experience, won't be visiting again. Wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money of time with this place, go to Sabs, their services are so much better!

I usually go to joie and come back satisfied with a good experience especially when I go there for blowdries. However, unfortunately I went recently and had to deal with a disinterested and rude hair stylist and her behaviour didn’t even make up for the blow-dry which was subpar! Her name was something like Alisha or Alishba (I can’t recall but she’s a short tan and stout woman). She kept on making faces while she was doing my blowdry which she left in the beginning and told some other hair stylist to continue which I think is highly unprofessional and then she proceeds to go and whisper to other busy hairstylists that she has too many clients and does not want to do my blow dry which I’m sure she could have gotten done on time if she wasn’t bickering the whole time. It’s safe to say I won’t be getting any services done from this stylist who is least interested in being professional and doing her job properly.

I go to joie whenever I am visiting Karachi and have always been super satisfied with their Blowdries. I had a haircut with some lady named Alishba I think (I have now read other reviews with her haircut and can see that this is a collective review). I asked for long face framing type layers and that I did not want to lose much length, Regular layers look horrible on me I look like I have a borderline bob cut and a half mullet. She cut my hair shorter than I was happy with and gave me regular layers and a weird face framing bangs cut that makes me look like the bob/ mullet I described. I was very unhappy with this service and then the blowdry lady was so rude (not the same as the haircut lady). She did not do my blowdry to the level it usually is at Joie and pulled on my hair a lot even when I told her it was hurting me she proceeded to just stare at me.

Worst experience ever at Joie. They had my appointment for hair oiling and blow dry. They were over booked. I even called to confirm before going. They took somebody else for hair oiling apparently thinking it’s me (is what they offered as explanation afterwards). I waited 30 mins while 6 different girls came to ask me if I was here for hair oiling. Had to be at a dinner after. Was super annoyed and frustrated. Wanted to leave the place but figured there was no time to go anywhere else. Settled for a quick blow dry as they wasted all my time. Never going back again. Wanted to give 1 star - but they offered free service and said they were sorry - so maybe this is not how they usually are (it was my 1st time there). I still paid as I wanted professionalism and not a free service.

I have been going to Joie since 2019 and always loved my services. Recently I have been through some bad experiences of waxing and latest one of meni pedi after which I decided to never visit joie due to unprofessionalism. Firstly they have appointments system which I don’t get if they give the booked slots to someone else at the very last moment despite of 3 weeks of prior booking(happened in my last two bookings) I had to wait for 20 mins for my services and later I got to know my appointment slot has been given to someone else for whatever reasons. Other one is there response time to calls which I have never received back. They have disappointed alot, even being the loyal client since for soo many years :)

So yesterday I came in to get a haircut. Mind you, my appointment was at 4:30 and they made me wait for 1 hour and forgot about me after reminding them twice. There was only one hair stylist present, Alishba. I told her exactly step by step what I want and also showed her pictures. 1/ the blowdry was absolutely horrible (blowdry was done by another stylist) 2/ the haircut was completely terrible !! Alishba didn’t do anything what I asked. She cut so many layers that I look like I have a mullet now. If you ask for LONG layers only on the bottom she will not give you that. After reaching home almost all my family members weren’t satisfied. Go at your own risk. It was honestly a terrible experience for me.

Had an awful experience here for waxing. Wouldn't recommend, especially for their honey wax. It seemed reused and hair weren't coming out even after 3 applications. The waxing lady even added water and powder in the wax in front of me. The admin wasn't accommodating either and didn't take responsibility for their low quality wax. Haven't experienced such poor customer dealing in any parlor I've gone to. Before I forget, I witnessed the waxing lady set the waxing bed after I left without changing the sheets she was using for me! Super unhygienic.

I have had a different experience every time I have been. The service and cleanliness is not consistent. The towels usually have stains and hair on them and you need to ask the chair and beds to be cleaned. Also make sure you ask for the price of your service before hand to avoid being scammed to pay a higher price. Don’t recommend the hydro facial as the people doing it don’t seem to be licensed aesthetician or have any clue on skin care. They also always overbook appointments and can’t commit.

It has amazing services including hair cuts, all purpose wax, skin polishes, make ups and mani & padi cure. Rates are extremely reasonable with rate card transparently available. Very neat and clean place with full covid protocols compliance. Very busy at weekend so an early appointment us strongly recommended. Very cooperative staff. Their mani & padi services are best. I got gel nails many times and love it.

I went to Joie today for a haircut; I decided to make a walk-in appointment, and the receptionist had been gracious enough to accommodate me in and was both friendly and professional. My haircut was done by Nimrah, who is by far the best person to go to. My hair is fine and thin, and she made it look voluminous and healthy!! I felt so at ease having her style and cut my hair. Definitely recommended

Oooo la la !! What a treat. This elegant and classy place was wonderful. Really big comfy chairs for my pedicure and in the background they played a a gentle, slow version of some Beatles tracks. Had a great Massage. If I had more time in Karachi I would have had more treatments but too hectic to squeeze anything in. It's not too crowded so it's truly relaxing. It is pricey by Karachi standards.

One of my favorites for spa treatment. You could try any kind of service and probably feel pleased. I like their mani pedis because of their in-house scrubs that smell and feel amazing, and the massage is good too. I like their coffee as well. However, there are multiple floors so it’s not wheelchair accessible or friendly for people with mobility difficulties.

Later in the days it was good and really enjoyed services there but lately I had two horrible experiences there the receptionist there are really rude and would only cater to you if you spend elaborate amount or if you are an influencer or a celebrity then and only then you could get their attention otherwise they bother less Highly not recommended anymore

I don't recommend this place to anyone. I went there without an appoinment and they kept me wait there more than 45 minutes. There were 3 girls at the reception but none of them attend me properly. And finally when I talk to them they were kind of ignorant and giving various kind of excuses. This is not a good place for foreigners at all. Bad bad bad.

Amazing experience at Joie yesterday. Got a hair cut from Nimra and a facial from Yashoda. Both were very professional and thorough and knew what they were doing. The floor manager Simran was another pleasant person to come across, very helpful and courteous. Overall very nice ppl, great place and excellent service.

My experience was horrendous I developed fungus on both my toes with the not sterile Tools my pedicure was done at their salon. Plz make sure before they start their pedicure they should clean the tools they are using. I am extremely disappointed and I have pics to share if needed. Thank you

Love this salon for pedicures and their blow drys. The Interior is beautiful. Extremely busy and sort of a pain to get appointments recently because they haven’t been calling back after specially mentioning a call back! Overall my second favourite place for pedicures in karachi right now.

Amazing ambiance and relaxing environment, best facials in town. The service is excellent but it's expensive. They have really good manicures and pedicures but the bowl for the manicure is a bit too small so it keeps your hand cramped. Other than that it's a great salon.

It’s Worst l,3 weeks back I had pedicure and manicure , after that pedicure I m not being able to walk on my big toe , saloon staff rub the skin of my big toe so harsh it’s paying till bone now it3 4 week still I m experiencing pain disappointment

Second time I’ve come here on my trips to Karachi. It will be my go to place for a mani, pedi and waxing now. Professional, clean and great ambience. I’ve always booked the morning appointments and found everything in order and relaxing.

Got a haircut, showed a reference and got it! The girl who did my cut was Sumaira, heard lots of good stuff about Alishba too for haircuts. Got a great deal, as Got a vanilla bean hair treatment as well and got a nice discount overall.

It was unfortunate that I didn't have the best experience for my service at Joie's. I got a pedicure done. The shades for the nail color's to choose from is very limited. The nail tech over scrubbed my feet which made the skin worse.

Had a wonderful experience getting a mani/pedi (highly recommend Wafa!) The girls were really wonderful and detail oriented. The place had great hygiene standards and all tools were disinfected after each use.

Not a place to get cleansing done. Cleansing left me more oily than a deep fried fish, and was done without exerting any pressure. Steps were definitely missed.

Love the mani, pedi, head oil massage( they do your arms too) and their blow dry is good enough to last 2 days in my extremely curly, frizzy hair.
