NOT ORGANIZED QUEUE I went to Nairn, Winnipeg branch. I ordered 6 basic/regular meals for to-go and I waited half an hour for that. A lot of customers behind me got their order first before me, they even have more orders than me. I keep thinking that's my order they are preparing, but keeps turning out, not for me. After 25mins of waiting, they probably realized I'm the only one who is waiting. They asked me to show my receipt and give it to them, and started preparing my order FROM THE START. It seems like they really forgot about my order I know they are really busy, because they are prioritizing the drive thru but because I'm ordering inside, doesn't mean I have time. I got my order after another 5 more minutes of waiting. See? They can prepare them within shorter time. Their queueing system is not working well, please improve this one. They have many kitchen staff, all busy but I noticed some of them are just having fun, mostly younger, giving high-fives to each other. I can't discuss in-person because I wasn't feeling well that time and I'm also an introvert person so I prefer writing. Aside from that, I have no problem with the food, it's really good. Thankfully, after half an hour of waiting. Would probably come back for the food, but please improve the service. Thanks.

I had the worst experience. I went for valentines day lunch with my family but when I placed the order the guy said it will take 7 minutes for the sandwiches, I was okay to wait but our food came 40 minutes late and it was not complete order and they said we still need to wait for mashed potatoes. We started eating food, the sandwiches and chicken was cold and we ordered spicy chicken but it wasn’t spicy at all. I went to the front to ask for mashed potatoes after hour(the cashier didn’t make eye contact because he knew I was waiting for an hour) so I was talking to manager and the cashier took mashed potatoes and cleverly delivered it to our table. When manager asked them that why we are waiting for mashed potatoes he said he already gave us(which he delivered a minute ago) never going back to this location again. Ruined my valentine’s day lunch.

I went for the first time as I wanted to know what the hype was all about. Pros: clean store, inviting atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, prices good Cons: the spaghetti was interesting...noodle was very basic, sauce was more basic and on top was a sliced hot dog of rubbery consistency. We also ordered the Polobok with shrimp and 1 piece fried chicken. Chicken looked great but was chewy and not appealing. Even the skin was not flavourful. The Polobok was the first time we tried it...shrimp was ok, sauce was an odd taste. Fishy in not a good way. We also ordered the Pineapple drink...very nice. And a mango pie...very average for something that is $2.99 when a pie any other fast food place is about $1.50 max. Jollibee caters to a completely different culture than we're used to so I'm going to chalk it up to that. Try for yourself but keep your expectations in check.

we ordered twice online for the past 2 months and got the same problem waiting for another half an hour. We lodged our order at 11:am and set a pick up time at 11:30am. came to the store a bit late and guess what! our order has not been prepared yet,they told us that they have a big bulk of orders that they need to do first. We only ordered regular FC but what they cooked is spicy FC. I think there is a problem with their queuing system and online orders that the management of the store must look at. We were disappointed with their service in Nairn branch. IDK maybe they don't have enough staff?.... they need to improve this kind of services. please add more staff in your store so that you guys won't get negative reviews from you customers that's the only way you can solve this issue with lagging services

Being one of the fee cities outside of the Philippines to have the Jollibee franchise, you should try it if you haven't. In my opinion, the chicken is the way to go here. It's usually quite good, but like any chain restaurant if you get something that's been siting a while it can be less than stellar. The great thing about the place is that Winnipeg's Filipino community keeps the place hopping most of the time, so you usually get better chicken than KFC or Chicken Delight. The spicy chicken is tasty, and not crazy spicy. If you want a bit of a cultural experience, the sweet spaghetti is an experience. You'll either love it or hate it. Generally, the place is pretty suitable for family dining, or popping in for a snack.

I’ve been here so many times since it opened. I really like Jollibee but this location is going downhill. The last three times I’ve gone, the tables were filthy. My mother cleaned the tables using their cloth and spray bottle. In particular, this location takes really long to take orders and have it prepared in a timely order. I waited in line for 10 minutes and there was only two people ahead of me. They said the chicken would be ready in 7 minutes and it took exactly 18 minutes for them to prepare my meal. I ordered two jolly chickens with 2 sides plus one pie. I don’t want to go back because of the service, but I really like Jollibee so I have a dilemna.

Picked up an online order there yesterday. Way too expensive for the bland, flavourless food we received We were told our order would be ready by 6:30pm, yet didn’t receive my order till almost 7pm. Got the food home (only 5 minutes away) and half the food was cold. The spaghetti was absolutely disgusting, the chicken was not good at all, the fries were completely tasteless and cold, the only thing my family seemed to like were the peach mango pies that came with the order…. We will never ever go back here again… Way better food for half the price at the competition down the road at KFC and Chicken Chef.

I went to Jollibee because I miss home. Jollibee is my comfort food and makes my experience even more wholesome when partnered with a jolly customer service. However, the manager (quite skinny and short effeminate guy) wasn't very pleasant. Doesn't even know how to smile. Seemed quite impatient as he was taking our orders. I will still definitely return, but hopefully won't be assisted by this fellow so my dining experience will be enjoyable.

Horrendous Service, the staff can not keep up with orders. Waited 25 minutes to get to the order taker because no one was even ringing in people waiting to place an order. She points at the people waiting and tells me that all online orders come before someone waiting to place an order expressing that I shouldn't even bother ordering. It border lined racism as I was the only white person in there but she was willing to take everyone else's order but not mine. I was not rude or loud or disruptive I left and will NEVER step foot in that horrible place again. All the staff at this location should be replaced and the owner should sell.

The portion size of chicken is a lot bigger than other chicken franchises and they're spicy chicken is really good. Had to wait for french fries. A lot were having rice or pasta.

Arrived a bit later than dinnertime and found that they produced the same delicious meal consistently through the day. Tasty moist and juicy battered chicken when you bit into it, just like Mom used to make. I would have liked some creamy coleslaw to go along with the golden brown fresh fries. The peach/mango pie for dessert capped off the whole meal for me. Don't forget get to try the pineapple beverage, it goes well with the chicken and fries. I went back and picked up the chickenwich the next day for lunch and that beats all others that offer a chicken sandwich on the lunch menu. You've got my business!

I tried the spicy chicken here and I am being seriously honest here…it’s the BEST fried chicken I had in my LIFE!!! The pieces were incredibly juicy, soft and and so hot and spicy, I LOVED IT! Keep it up guys and keep it going with the lovely spicy chicken The team is also awesome very sweet, polite and empathic…they got everything right including my order and in less than the time they promised!!

Wheelchair parking is right up front. I can't remember if they have an accessible door, but there is lots of room inside for wheelchair turning and seating.

This location went above and beyond to get my order right when there was an error in when I upgraded my 6 piece bucket meal to a 10piece - I received only 6, called their management then went there to get it fixed. Good quality food, fast, friendly customer service. I love their pies and palabok (my usual I order from their other locations). My mom who was born and raised in the Philippines loved the fact that there's now a location closer to home, so I have no excuse to not make a stop at her favorite fast food restaurant upon request!

It seems Jollibee has changed their spicy chicken recipe. The old spicy chicken was mouthwatering good and the new recipe not so much. No complaints about service or atmosphere. Just want to bring it manager’s attention and hopefully corporate. Please bring back your old spicy chicken. It was different and the best in town. The new spicy chicken is disappointing to be honest.

Never been before, so decided to try. When ordering a combo, you expect fries or something to be with the chicken sandwich. This was not included. And we even had to pay $3 extra for the sandwich to come with a drink and a pie. So what was the combo? The chicken on the sandwich was hot, fresh and crispy. Really good, so I assume their bucket hicken would be delicious as well. The tomatoes and lettuce was wilted and tasted off though, so a bit dissatisfied.

We had our usual order of the original fried chicken, peach mango pies, coconut pineapple pies, palabok. And as usual, the food were excellent and served quickly. I guess it was quick because the sides we picked were all rice ! The staff were also courteous and understood and spoke well.

Fishy tasting chicken. More so the breading. They probably use the same fryers/oil for everything. Spaghetti was sh1t, wouldn't recommend. Fries were probably the best part. Good fries. The spicy flavour on the spicy chicken option was good. They screwed up my order but made good by giving me free chicken on a future date, which honestly, I wasn't even keen on getting, but did cause it was free. Probably won't go again.

This was my first time trying Jollibee and safe to say it will be my last. Chicken was so greasy all I could taste was oil, which also tasted like it hadn't been changed in a month. Even the skin was gross. Fries were sub-par at best. Gravy was at least hot but bland. After hearing such good things about Jollibee I had high expectations and was quite disappointed... Popeyes and KFC are a million times better.

We ordered 2 deluxe chicken sandwiches, one regular and one spicy. The regular was warm, but the spicy one was completely cold, the lettuce was rotten and other than being dipped in a buffalo type sauce, there was no mayo or anything else to give it flavour. My husband liked his sandwich and the spaghetti, which I tasted and though too sweet for my liking, pasta was cooked well and it was hot.

I have been going here since it opened. I am person who love their spicy chicken. When i ordered spicy chicken they gave me normal chicken. Guys who make takeout order please make sure they are packing you the correct order. This place is going downhill everyday. I am not happy with their customer interaction.

Their staff should really not shout or talk too loud when gossiping/chatting. Its emarrassing cause I can understand and speak Tagalog. And theyre doing that in front of guests. They seem more interested in talking about their halloween plans than actually serving customers when theres literally a few cars and 4 people in the restaurant.

Simply put, the food is over priced. It tasted good, but no better than McDonald's. You can get the same meal for half the price at McDonald's. For almost $4, you get a spoonful of mashed potatoes. Our food took about 15 minutes to get to us, we dined in.

It was ok. Chicken is average and in a 3 piece meal got 2 legs and a thigh which seems odd. My wife liked the sandwich. Had to wait about 10 minutes for fries but when we got them they were cold. VERY slow service. Waited 20 minutes for my in-store order. My wife wasn't happy that they only serve dark meat....legs and thighs. We ordered the regular chicken,as opposed to the SPICEY,and it was fresh,but totally tasteless. The gravy was totally tasteless as well. We won't be back
