Loved the jewelry. Very elegant design. The team was prompt on responding to my queries and suggesting options available. Radhika herself was very receptive and accommodating to some of my requests. I ordered 3 sets which were to be sent to me outside India. The package was well packed and delivered within the scheduled time. Will definitely reach out to them when I plan to buy more jewelry.

I bought 3 necklace sets, shipped from India to USA. The shipping was so fast! It took less than a week to arrive all the way from India! All three necklaces were stunningly beautiful, you receive the same piece that you see online. I also interacted with the Joules staff and they were very professional and helpful. 5 stars from me!

Had ordered their jewellery from Ajio and while returning the same I had to go through hell. No one comes for return pick up and if self shipped they don't receive at their end though the parcel was completely sealed and in the original package. Guys please be careful while buying their products online

Joules by radhika has a very sleak, unique and sophisticated designs which is seldom found anywhere.. really exquisite patterns and innovative jewellery..one must have atleast a couple of her pieces as a part of their wardrobe..
