I’ve parked at Joy Park Fly many times and I understand what to expect - straightforward airport parking at a reasonable price, with a shuttle to and from the airport. In the past few months it has been very difficult to reach someone to request a pick up. I’ve had to call 5+ times before someone answers or due to technical issues. On my most recent trip (returned 11/1) after I called 3 times I reached a person and requested a pick up. I was told to wait at the shuttle stop like usual. I was already there due to the time it took to call. I then had to wait 28 minutes before a shuttle finally arrived, while a dozen other groups turned up and called as well. When the shuttle finally came, it was far too small for everyone and people had to stand pressed close together to ride. In addition, the driver lied and said a shuttle had come by every 10 minutes, to anyone who complained. This most recent poor service was the last straw for me, and I will use another parking service for my future trips.

So, we have used your sevices for many years & have always been happy with it. The price, convenience, & staff have been very good. So I'm disappointed to report that my experience last night was to the contrary. In booking it requests your time & date of your drop off & your time & date of pick-up. Then it calculates your fee based on those submissions. Last night I picked up at the time I stated in my reservation & then was charged an additional day. The attendant stated "you arrived after 'noon' so you have to pay an additional day". I used your drop down menu to input the times. I arrived at the submitted time. That has NEVER happened (as well as never been stated as your policy) before & it was COMPLETELY out of line!! If that is your policy then why have the drop down menu of times? I will think twice before using your service again.

I did my research before heading to San Jose to park our car for a week while flying to Hawaii. I read reviews, and decided to use their location due to the reviews and the costs. They were easy to find. The shuttle driver immediately took us to the airport. Upon return, I called the number for the pickup. We walked over to the shuttle location for this company. He was waiting for us, loaded our bags, and returned us to the lot. Our car had already been moved to the entrance of the lot. These guys were great, I would highly recommend using them, as I will the next time we fly out of San Jose. We saved more than double compared to the basic lot charge at the airport.

This was our first time parking to fly out of SJC, so we had no idea who to use. We are so happy to have found Joy Park Fly. The website was easy to navigate for reserving and paying. All of the personnel we encountered, from the check-in/check-out, the shuttle driver and the person I spoke to on the phone…were all friendly and courteous. They have everything seamlessly streamlined, so there was no worry about getting to and from the airport quickly. We will definitely be using them again for our parking needs at SJC. Thanks!

This parking lot is very convenient in location,pricing and with the shuttle access included with the package being the cherry ontop of the perfect place to leave your car on a trip. The employees are very efficient and professional and I feel very safe and comfortable leaving myself and car in their care. The 24 hour shuttle service is fast and efficient and you can call for pickup from the airport even if you are arriving late at night or have to depart early in the morning. Definitely worth it.

I love Joy Park Fly because they are friendly, professional, and go beyond what they would have to do. One time, due to traffic, I arrived 45 minutes before my flight. The shuttle wasn't supposed to come for another 10-15 minutes. I mentioned I would miss my plane, and one of the men took an empty shuttle and personally drove me to the airlines, thereby letting me make my plane. Beyond the call of duty! Wonderful!

Within 19 minutes after calling for transportation ti Joy parking lot I was able to pick up my luggage and walk to the designated pick up area getting right on the bus and then 5 minutes later in my vehicle and on my way, I am thoroughly impressed by the operation and movement as my vehicle is waiting for me in the front of the line and the response time was excellent. Thank you so much I will return.!

Joy parking is conveniently located close to airport. Check in was quick and we didn’t have to wait for shuttle. We called for shuttle pick up and didn’t have a long wait at end of our trip. Car was parked close to front for easy pick up. The staff was friendly and made our first and last day of travel easy. We have parked here for many years. They don’t disappoint.

This is where I usually park when traveling from SJC. Price is always good. Airport shuttle when returning is unfortunately pretty poor and highly variable despite always calling when I am getting off the plane. Last night I waited 7 minutes; Last time I waited 25 minutes. If they improved the shuttle service it would be the best place in town.

All the personnel are friendly and helpful. Shuttle pickup is prompt. Location is close to airport. I park my car under cover, pay more, and the only complaints: very dark, with birds roosting on light deflectors, and bird excrement below. Not something I wish to have on my car or step in while getting in or out of my vehicle.

Our first experience with Joy Park Fly was very good. There was a short wait for the shuttle and they're close to SJC so the ride was short. On return the shuttle was already waiting (this might have just been luck) and our car was waiting for us up front at the lot as they keep the key. We would definitely use them again.

I have been parking here for years, and these guys are the best. Their shuttle is always quick, they are friendly and my car has always been safe. I even left my 5-day-old car here and it was returned in pristine shape. Once when our plane was delayed and we arrived at 2 am, they responded quickly and efficiently.

This is the second time I’ve used Joy Park Fly and they are so good! Trustworthy, always have shuttles going, and nice staff. I recently used a different company and had such a bad experience, so it was so nice to use Joy Park again because they work so well and everything is so smooth. I highly recommend!

I am not used to San Jose Airport, and was concerned about finding a reliable parking spot. I have used Joy Park twice, and in both cases, everything was very smooth, fast, and friendly. They seem to be able to process a full shuttle of arriving clients much faster than the lots at SFO I am familiar with.

Easy drop off and pick up. The prompt to take images of my vehicle made me actually check it out more thoroughly when I got back, but no dents or dings. Only complaint was that the shuttle was so hot and stuffy, it was really uncomfortable, but that was only on the way back.

We’ve been using Joy Park Fly for over four years now. Would recommend. Indoor/ outdoor parking options at their lot. Shuttle drop off is excellent and easy. Reminder: Always keep your paper ticket with your parking number to give to your JPF shuttle driver on your return.

It's so easy to book online for our off airport parking. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. The shuttle is prompt and easy to use; a short ride to and from the San Jose airport. Love getting the discount coupons by email also! Thank You!

We have used joy park many times , unfortunatley this was a bad experience. We called for a pickup as usual and waited 20 minutes outside and it was freezing. We saw all the people we were standing with get picked up by other companies .and

I really like this company! Prices are amazing and the customer service is always great! Shuttle is always very quick getting me to the airport and picking me up. I fly several times a month so I appreciate not having to worry about my car!

Called for 30 minutes late at night and no one picked up the phone to send the shuttle. Had to take Uber to get to the facility to get my car. Gave them my phone number to talk with the manager the next day. Didn’t get a call back.

Every step was very easy. Prepaid online (very inexpensive), dropped off my vehicle. Shuttle was there waiting to bring us to the airport. They dropped us off where we needed to be dropped off at the airport.

Way cheaper than airport parking, getting the shuttle to and from was fast and easy. They drive your car to the front of the lot when you're picked up from the airport so you don' have to walk to your car.

Friendly staff and very busy place. The shuttle is fast. Most likely you will need to leave your keys and get a free valet upgrade. When you get to arrivals walk to station 11 to get picked up.

Great service as usual. Shuttle to airport waited for me to park. I didn't wait long on return and my car was right up front. Couldn't have been any better.
