I am giving 3 stars because the first time I visited this place the service was awesome. The girl was really friendly and gave me plenty of options based on what I wanted to get. This past weekend I stopped by and the service was a complete 180°. This guy was a bit condescending and rude. I wanted to create a 4pk and pay the 4pk cost. He responded in a rude tone saying that he does not why I would think I would get a 4pk cost and I needed to pay premium for each since I was breaking a 4pk. I get some places avoid this practice and I respect that. The thing is that I was told otherwise the first time I visited this location. I do not respect talking to a customer in a rude manner when clearly your establishment does not a clear set of rules. They went from selling 4 cans to just 2, and losing the repeat business. I really wish I wrote down his name. I went back because I was in the area and rjpyed their vibe, despite how much more expensive they are compared to my local place. I may try them again but will make sure that guy is not there that day.

I took a family member into jug and bottle to find some wines that she can not find in California to add to her wine bar. She was ready to spend some money on monday evening but when she asked the guy on staff what the place was about he met us with a very dry response that they are a beer and wine bottle company that is attached to a vegan restaurant, so I mentioned that she was from out of town and was looking for maybe some local wines, he then responded with florida doesnt really make any wines. I just feel like he couldve been more helpful. We just got a unwelcomed feeling so we just left. Made me look bad because I had recommended to go there because I have picked up from the vegan restaurant and saw that I was a showhouse for wines and beers. So I said thanks for all your help as we left.

It's actually 3 dots... a vegan hot spot inside jug & bottle after watching the documentary on Netflix " what the Health " I've changed my eating habits instantly and won't go back. Now going back to this amazing hotspot and go to place. Amazing BBQ chicken all vegan sloppy Joe style and the Philly w/ spinach devoured it now the kicker chilli cheese fries lmao good. What ! This place is banging. It's actually a hole in the wall ( NO JOKE ) small but the two guys working there put a Hugh Mark on their LOVE for food and this world ... ! It's amazing how you feel about life when you eat food like this !

My youngest brother recommended this spot for me. Who knew that he was into beers like his big brother? It was very close to the Air Bnb we were renting so the drive was less thant 5 minutes. I walked in and the staff were friendly and treated me like someone they knew very well. They have a great beer and wine selection. I didn't know they had a vegan restaurant. I was only in town for a few days and was unable to make it back. I was sad about that. I picked out an IPA and a Mead for the ladies. My family enjoyed the selection. However, EVERY time I visit Tampa, I shall visit this little spot.

Wow, what an eclectic place, perfect for old Seminole heights. Wine, beer and growlers. The walls are filled with beer and their selection is great. You can tell they are meticulous about determining what's going to take up their real estate space on the wall and refrigerated display cases. You can also find a nice selection of wine. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and will assist you in any way to describe the beer and help you find that selection your palate is agreeable with. You will not find anything pretentious about this place and no beer snobs here. It's a great place!

A real nice place, it really was something else, besides the pricing, and I know because I went and bought something fancy, it's understandable. The beer that I got what's something else, like you don't get it in any other place that you might normally buy beer and it was so perfect for the night, that I have a really good time with my friends and colleagues. The staff, for the short time that I was there which was two minutes before they closed down, they we're really well educated for the purchase that I did and it really amazes me that I learned something that night.

Went in expecting a liquor store, got a craft beer and wine shop. Picked up a 6 of a nice lager, but I'm just not enough into expensive beers to merit a return. The selection is ... (hunting for the right term here) ... adequate. I wouldn't call it small, but it's not extensive either. I thought the wine selection was a bit weak, but perhaps there is a particular focus on their selection I didn't grock. Regardless, it's a pleasant little shop and certainly worth visiting if you're into the whole silly named over hopped beer world.

I’m a bit confused by the positive reviews. I stopped by tonight, found a couple of decent wines and seltzers (~$60), started to pay and the woman behind me asks about filling a growler. The guy at the counter stops in the middle of ringing me up and starts helping her with the growlers. Seriously, who does that? Anyway, there are plenty of nearby alternatives. Visit them instead.

  • Michael Gaspar

We live in the neighborhood and thoroughly enjoy walking here to fill up our growlers for the night. As of writing no license to serve so do not expect sampling of the product. Do not let this deter you as the very friendly staff will be happy to guide through your decision making process. Perhaps most importantly, your dog is welcome to shop for wine and beer with you!

My friend loves 3 Dot Dash at Jug & Bottle. I am constantly running over there for some cool new thing they are doing. The loaded fries are awesome and everything is very flavorful. I really wish they had a way to place an order for pick-up--it is not a kid friendly store with all the low shelved glass I'd rather not risk it ***Edit: you can order online now!!***

I call this the good beer store. Love the selection, especially for local beers—boutique-y in the best way. This is our go-to place when we’re buying for a party or the holidays, and sometimes we take out-of-towners if they’re really into beer. It’s like a great small bookstore where there’s a lot that’s familiar but where there are also always new discoveries.

  • Nathan Fisk

The best bottle shop in Tampa. Highly knowledgable and friendly staff, excellent selection not found anywhere else, and 3 dot dash. Best non-alcoholic options around as well (including Athletic Brewing), and a great sake selection. So great I have to limit my visits, because I can't leave without a case of something. Visit if you can.

  • Alex

Honestly not that impressed with the beer selection, it's small and very overpriced. There's a few 12oz cans for $3 but most single beers are $5-9 each! At that point you might as well just go to one of the many local breweries. I'll stick with my corner store that has over 50 craft beers you can mix and match a 6-pack for $12.99

  • Michelle Vigil

I love being able to drop in and get great beers and other beverages that are unique and great tasting. I love Pete and all the other guys they really know their beverages. They always have good feedback on what beers to buy for any occasion and they are friendly and share their knowledge in a gracious way.

  • Eric Fredrick

One word: Curation. That's what I love about this place. The staff have tried the beers here and know what's good. They love suggesting things you'll like and everything on the shelf was placed there with purpose. I discovered a lot of good, interesting beers at J&B. One of the places I miss since moving.

  • Priscila Williams

What a cool little spot for the most hipster of alcoholic beverages. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. Prices are as expected for craft beer. My only suggestion would be to maybe carry 1-2 bigger brands just in case you get someone in there who is not a craft beer connoisseur.

  • jonathan hunt

The best bottle selection in Tampa. I suggest you snack on the duck liver pâté and some aged cheddar with some locally marinated pickles. No macro brews, just local goodness. It is not a bar, but the super friendly staff knows their stuff and gladly filled up some growlers!

  • Kenneth Lake

Beer selection is abundant and of course they house 3 dot dash! This is a great spot. Grab a drink and eat some food! This is a must stop destination if you're in the area, or even if you're not. I live 40 minutes away and still drive up here. …

  • L Kol

Owner is rude and has rules for his friends and homeless mules and then different rules for regular customers. Their selection can be found at any total wine or abc but theirs is a couple dollars more a bottle and their can prices are insane. Won't return. Ftp.

  • Steve Gagne

Very good selection of craft beers but I feel mislead because their website indicates a much, much better selection. Total Wine has a better selection. I may go back from time to time. But it's not going to be my go-to place like I was hoping it would be.

  • Carl Vervisch

Fantastic local bottle shop. Rare and many craft beers in bottles, cans and growler station; wine, mead, and many craft sodas; charcuterie and little snacks. Always my first stop when I'm looking for a fun beer to try or an old craft favorite.

  • Matt K

A nice place to stop to grab beer and wine. I was hoping for a better single beer bottle selection to build my own local six pack but the offerings were a little underwhelming. Our Airbnb was in the area so it was a convenient place to stop.

  • Olivia S

Cool little place. They have a pretty good selection of natural wines (even number of orange wines), nice choices for craft beer, and knowledgeable friendly staff. Been back a few times, and I'm always happy with my experience when I leave.

  • Ken R

I just moved to the area and my roommate turned me on to the Jug and Bottle, and I couldn't be happier! Not only do they have an excellent selection of craft beers, they're customer service is amazing. I walked in and told the guy manning

  • Kaliver37

Great place to pick up a six pack, fill your growler, pick up a bottle of wine, and now even have a vegan bite to eat. The beer menu for growlers changes at a decent rate and they even carry sours so it's a great place to pick for a fill.

  • Ken Main

A global selection of beer and wine arranged in a very cool up beat atmosphere. Great staff that is very knowledgeable about every label they stock. And if you are hungry 3 Dot Dash take out is located inside which is amazing vegan food.

  • Jason Woodrum

Small store with a surprisingly large and varied assortment of craft beer. Prices are also surprisingly competitive with the big box stores but still higher than the lowest prices around. I'd say on par with Total Wine. They also have a

the vegan restaurant portion of this place is BOMB. the hot chickn sandwich was so good i cried a little. the cookies are awesome. when im 21 I'll absolutely check out their alcohol selection becuase its expansive and very interesting.

  • Matt Turner

Excellent bottle shop with lovely staff. Amazing selection of craft beer and also an excellent wine selection including natural wines, which can be difficult to find. They also carry Panther coffee from Miami, so grab some of that!

  • Spuds McGee

You can't go wrong with the heart put into this place. Wonderful people. Wonderful selection. Excellent assortment of locally sourced products. SOLID vegan kitchen attached. If you know it, you know. If you don't, you should.

  • Elizabeth Ferreira

Great wine tasting events and I know anything I pick up from there is quality and painstakingly selected. I only wish that there were more? More ciders and beers. Way less king state beer, it doesn’t have to be on EVERY shelf

  • Shannon Ivey

Fantastic homemade vegan dishes at 3dotdash in the store! Owner makes his own original recipes! Yum!!! (They also offer the impossible burger, but I love their homemade southern chicken sandwich too much to get the burger!).

  • Ricky L. Potts, Jr., CCAM

There aren't many bottle shops in Naples. Stopped here on the way back to the room one night. The guy behind the counter was nice, and I grabbed 7 beers for the road. Good selection and pricing. Guy knows beer, too. Cheers!

  • libby alpert

This is a great fast vegan food option for us when we come to busch gardens and adventure islands. It's about 10 mins away so we use the take away option on our way to or from the parks. Food is tasty and lots of options.

  • Elizabeth Khoury

Enjoyed this local spot with a great selection of all types of locally brewed beers and wines. Great to explore new drinks without being too overwhelmed. Always grab a bite from 3 Dot Dash vegan spot located inside too!

Great selection of beer and wine. I especially love that they carry the natural wines and the skin-contact wines. The staff is very knowledgeable and are always available to help select something to your specific taste.

  • Disorderly House

Tried to buy a couple of bottles today for a family event but as others have noted, staff too busy chit chatting with their friends rather than helping new neighbors find good options. No wonder the bottles were dusty.

  • Andy Fischer

Great selection of bottles and cans of craft beer, growler fills, ice cream pints by chaos creamery, and artisan cheeses. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, with interesting alternative merch with buttons and coozies.

  • Chandra Lee

This is a good place to buy craft beer and a few Seminole Heights branded items. The staff is friendly and informed. You can not, however, drink on the premises and prices for eggs or other goods are outrageous.

  • Adam Johnson Jr

I was visiting from out of town. Nice little bottle shop. I was excited to go visit. But I sorta expected it to be bigger. Still it was nice, and had a few choices I haven't seen in my locaol bottle shops.

  • Eleanore Messineo

The people at Jug are super sweet and helpful. They often do free wine tastings, have coffee popups with Now & Then which are killer, and Three Dot Dash is one of the best vegan spots in the bay!!

  • Eric Leski

Nice place to find beers that are outside the norm. Also often have limited production beers. Don't expect to find anything domestic but you can find some really good stuff if you're adventurous.

  • Cesar Rodriguez

It's nice inside with a huge selection of drinks and there is the 3dot dash vegan kitchen inside as an awesome complement to the drink selection. Order at the front counter, awesome people too .

One of the best smaller beers stores I've been at. They have taps for growlers to go along with beers to bring home. Extremely friendly staff who are willing to help if you need it!
