customer service is so bad. Login Jumia App with GH mobile number and password. Orders cannot be placed because the mobile number is allegedly not stored! And why can I register with my mobile number? Customer service is overwhelmed and asks in writing via chat if I want to place an order. My problem itself is not addressed.
