Limited options in sizes. Customer service representatives really need to be trained. No greetings and no thanks in the end! They weren't even trying to make clients feel like they were valued. Had to exchange a dress when I got to counter, guy in his early 20s with light beard, 155 to 160 cm in height (fair skin if he had name tag on I would had used that instead) told me he can't do a cash back? Store owned me money for exchange. He asked, If I wanted to buy something else just so the balance is not store owing instead I owe the store, it has to be this way due to system limitations as per him. I told him I don't need to buy anything else and waited there and he simply pressed a button on computer and receipt printed and gave me my change back. System limitations with just press of button to get a receipt and change back..hmm I wonder if he lied to me when he said about system limitations. That's not the way to Upsell at all, makes you look bad! Lady with scarf on front counter also need a lesson or 2 on customer service. Soft tone and smile was missing and felt like they weren't too happy with amount of customers they had in the store. Most importantly, workmanship was poor as well. I had to to exchange waistcoat once as buttons were missing. The second time one of them barely attached. So please make sure you guys check zips/buttons to make sure they are properly sewed or not missing. What a bad experience!

3 stars for the dresses, but 2 for customer service. The shop decor is very nice, however I had to say "excuse me" multiple times to catch their attention even though I was standing right in front of them. This is the only store I've been where there are no locks on the changing room doors! Also, asking for another size is a bit of an ordeal at this place. I actually decided not to buy something because they first gave me the wrong size, then when I told them, the young male salesperson looked lost and said another salesperson would come and help me. One more thing: what's with all the urdu speaking with every customer? This is Canada, you should speak English first, then if the customer answers in Urdu, go ahead and switch. Just because it's a Pakistani franchise, please don't assume all the customers are from there and know the language. It was weird having the shop assistant say everything to me in a foreign language even after I answered in English.

Very poor customer service. One guy and one girl sitting on main entrance no body welcome in the store nor they ask how can I help you They employees I saw few customer wondering in the store I talk to the them they are not serious employees toward their job. I finally decide not to buy any thing for this store . They are selling Junaid Jhamshed Product and look the picture they respect their principal , and they are wearing a T-shirt Product A and other then the Junaid Jamshed Product sign also damaged as per picture show’s importance of product they are selling without customer support. My experience is very bad, we go to this store due to Junaid Jamshed name, and the franchise owner think that’s it, they should realize the customers are their business.but they hire the worst staff and they lies about the sale event. It happened two times my wife bought the dress , and she asked about the coming sale event . They lied about the sale and in couple of days the same dress was on sale 50% off. One time we fight but this time don’t have time for these types of scammers who act and look like honest but actually they are not. Shame on you to use Junaid Jamshed good name and scamming the customers.

I visited this place today. The store is nice and clean but the staff seems to be least concerned about the customers. When i entered the store i wanted to talk about an exchange of some clothes so i went towards the lady at the reception. She was writing something. She saw me but still continued to do her work and i kept on waiting. I waited for quite some time before she listened to me. After a few minutes when i went back to check something with her, she kept on talking to her co-worker even after noticing that i was waiting for her. The customer service so poor.

I wish I could give zero of the service and experience, Calgary NE. Location, wrong sized given and when we ask for exchange to the right size ATLEAST they argue , ladies with scarf and a person with beard has no sense to talk , extremely rude , and I do agree with the above NEGATIVE comments about customer service , sad this is the only reason our small community is limited and can’t be successful , bc of lack of tolerance of the customer concerns, and in the end no one can wear wrong size cloths not kids specially with tags on . Very very poor customer service regarding my online order, today I called this branch in hopes of smoothly canceling my online order. But instead I was met with unnecessary hardship and poor customer service. My husband called the branch before me, and they hung up on him, then I called myself and they hung up on me another 2 times. When I tried calling them back they didn't even pick up. If I could give this a 0 star I most definitely would. This is not a not a good way to handle customers. Please fix this reaccuring problem!

Great selection of women’s, men’s, and children’s traditional Pakistani formal/casual clothes. They also have shawls, perfume and traditional clothing Pakistani shoes for men and women. Personally, I didn’t have an issue with their customer service as others have noted in their reviews and was greeted by the woman at the front counter when I walked in. If I needed a different size or had questions, the workers were kind in answering questions and were quick to help. Will definitely continue to come back

My experience at this Pakistani clothing and perfume store was exceptional. They have a wide variety of clothing to choose from and I was able to find what I was looking for with ease with the help of a friendly and knowledgeable employee amar, I was greeted warmly as I entered the store and provided outstanding customer service he made me feel welcome and helped me to the best of his ability. My visit here was amazing and I will be returning for all of my clothing shopping in the future.

A pleasant shopping experience. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. The items are slightly less up to date as those found in the Pakistani stores also the prices are also moderately more than those in Pakistani stores, but still appropriate for an overseas branch. One thing of note is that the selection of on sale items is limited so those shoppers accustomed to finding deals at stores in Pakistani stores won't have that particular experience at the Calgary store.

Very bad customer service specifically for those who order online.Totally money loss,even I don't want to give them 1 star. I order a large size dress online and calgary store process this order, they send ma large size shirt with a small size trouser. The most frustrated thing is they never replay or pay attention to your complaints.So be careful when you buy and fall this kind of situation because they never answar you.

Worst customer service experience ever. I was trying the clothes in the fitting room and the employee yells at the other female employee for letting me take 4 clothes to try. I come out and he has the audacity to argue with me why i took the clothes to try. There are 4-5 fitting rooms and they have 2 open during the peak EID season. Very very disappointing. I will never recommend anyone this store.

Okay, I am from Toronto and I recently placed an online order and have specifically asked on whatsapp( as they don't have other source of contact) to change my order size for single purchased Trouser from M to L, They saw my message Blue tick’s provided, But didn't bother to answer back to me, So my question to you is that if you don't like your customers then why do you even have your store open.

I wish they have some competition which can make them to change their policies and behaviours. They are taking advantage of no competition. No refund, just exchange with in 15 days, it’s crazy. If you exchange once than it’s final sale. Seems like decision making brains are back in Pakistan and implementing same style over here. Which business in North America has this kind of policy.

A good variety for the fact that they have only been open for a month now. What I loved most about my visit was the very friendly and approachable and helpful but not pushy or annoying salesgirl. I hope they keep her. Her dealing with us made our experience very pleasant!! The interior and decor is amazing!! Just like an authentic JJ store!! Glad to have them here in Calgary!

Very poor customer service … Originally Pakistani Branded Customer Service in Canada .. I went there to change the size of 2 prayer Caps .. they refused to exchange, Caps were/are in mint condition also had the tags and everything… in Original packaging. These caps were a welcome gift for my father who was coming from Pakistan, when he came, prayer caps did not fit him.

No doubt you have a better choice over there but the prices are considerably high. I really feel our people don't try to increase the quantity of people by keeping a reasonable price, they wanted to go for price increase instead. I feel it is not a good way of doing bussiness. It was not at all a very good experience although we bought something from there.

Kids choices as well footwear. Like this place but could improve on customer service. Not quite matching the expectations and levels.

We had good experience last time that is why we were here again for shopping. But today was quite ugly experience, the male cashier didn't even know how to deal with customers and took him hours without any excuse in ramadan who does that! regretting spending hundreds of dollars with and won't be back ever.

Very convenient to have the luxury of having top quality Pakistani clothes, footwear, fragrances, etc. in Calgary. The store is setup nicely and the staff are always very cooperative and nice. I am impressed by the focus and helpful attitude of the younger team members, they are also very well behaved.

The clothing and design of the store were pleasant, however, they need better customer service. The change rooms also need a system, I had the worker open the door mid-change, she didn't even apologize properly lol overall, it would've been nice to shop with happier faces.

Thieves! They do not allow you to try out pyjamas in the store and recommend you a size by themselves. I went back home and it didn't fit me. When I went to get it replaced, they refused to credit me the price difference by saying that they do not return any money
