Before visiting the courtroom 600, I have visited the documentation centre earlier on the same day. Nobody has ever told us about any discount. On 9 March, at around 4.20pm, we entered the building and walked over to the empty counter. This lady over the counter looked at us and said “yes?”. We told her that we would like to have 2 tickets. She asked if we’re students and we said no. She told us the amount to pay. After paying, I asked her “if we have visited the documentation centre” and she cut me off immediately by replying “how would I know if you had gone to the documentation centre”. We replied that we have a receipt, and she continued to ask “how would I know?. We were freaking taken aback and confused by her attitude and tone because firstly, we didn’t know that there is a discount, secondly, I merely wanted to understand by asking her about it, thirdly, she cut me off before I could even finish my sentence. Seriously it’s just extra 9 euros. It’s no big deal, you don’t have to be so freaking rude. If you don’t want to refund, it’s fine, I don’t really care because I didn’t even know about the discount in the first place. The information on the paper that is taped to the counter was not clear at all. It merely stated “for 3 euros, you have have a day pass blahblahblah”. We told her that we’re just asking a question and she pointed to the paper and said “you already read it”. ??? If I can understand the information on the god damn paper or if you would have bothered to open your mouth then of course I will not be asking a question. I hope the customer service team will look into the attitude of this staff. This is a tourist location for goodness’ sake. I was very kind and excited to enter the courtroom and swear that I truly did not know about any bloody discount. I do not appreciate this attitude but thanks for the refund of 9 euros.

Amazing Historic place where u can feel spirit od History. The entry Is just 6euro but check before u will in if court Room 600 Is open. They are still using IT for the cases. In the prize Is included audio book u have choice od english or german languages. The court Room 600 Is Amazing and beatufill. Is big wooden room where happend one od the biggest process on the world History against nazis. U are free to taking a pictures and recording. Above the room Is small museum where u can see and listening on audio book a lot of interesting things. Is a lot of articuls and pictures. When u will be in numremberg u must see IT. Is also very good tramp connections from main train station.

Wow! This is a first class site. A must see if you are in Nurnberg. It is one of the most informative museums I have been to. Make sure you block out at least 3 hours for this interactive experience. A must for "Judgment at Nuremberg" movie fans. Five euro gets you into the trial room and a self-guided tour with an English speaking radio device. Very informative- not only covers the trials but the crimes committed under the Nazi regime and the importance on the world stage of bringing future war criminals to answer to the world for their actions.

Im Memorium Nürnberger Prozesse kommt man dem düstersten Kapitel der Deutschen Geschichte sehr nahe. Auf einem soliden Fundament von Moral und Vernunft wurde ein rechtsstaatlicher Prozess aufgebaut, wie es ihn vorher noch nie gegeben hatte. Die Verantwortlichen des Dritten Reichs wurden zur Verantwortung gezogen. Neben dem Saal 600 befindet sich im obersten Geschoss eine Dauerausstellung, in der über Details und Hintergründe des Prozesses berichtet wird, die nicht in jedem Geschichtsbuch zu finden sind!

Sehr riesig, wenn du einen Termin hast, mindestens eine Viertelstunde vorher da sein. Einlass Kontrolle moderat. Bloß bis man das Sitzungszimmer findet.... Um die Ecke dann das Museum mit dem historischen Gerichtssaal gegen die Kriegsverbrecher. Davor der weiße Cube, früher Mal Tanke, in dem historische Wechselausstellungen stattfinden sollen. Achso, wenn man gehbehindert ist, die Aufzüge muss man mit der Lupe suchen. Ansonsten fragen. Die Angestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit.

It's definitely interesting to see the venue of the Nuremberg trials if you're in the city. But you can only see the courtroom and another room with a looot of information, not much more further objects, rooms or prison cells. I would create a 'fast track' circuit so that you don't have to listen to everything in your Audioguide for 2 hours if you're not a history freak but just the basic stuff. The entrance fee of 5 EUR per adult is cheap. But it's a must when in Nuremberg.

Familiengericht meiden. Skrupellose und rechtswidrig handelnde Behörden (Jugendamt) werden bevorzugt behandelt. Wir als Familie keine Chance. Man ist nur denen Diener zur Beschäftigung. Was deiner Familie oder Kind das Beste wär, wird ignoriert und feindseelig kaputt gemacht. Rechtswidrige Inobhutnahmen auf Grund u.a. mangelnder Sachaufklärung werden unzulässig aufrecht gehalten. Einfach nur enttäuschend. Meiner Erfahrung nach, inkompetente Rich... u Mitarbeiter.

Überaus beeindruckendes großes Gerichtsgebäude (bis das neue Strafjustiz Zentrum in München in Betrieb geht, ist der Justizpalast das größte Gerichtsgebäude Bayerns) mit großer Historie. Der Sitzungssaal 600, in welchem vom 20. November 1945 bis zum 1. Oktober 1946 die "Hauptkriegsverbrecherprozesse" vor dem Internationalen Militärgerichtshof stattfanden, ist unbedingt einen Besuch wert!

You must go to Justizpalast if you visit Nuremburg. Pay for the guided tour, otherwise, you won't know or understand all that you're seeing. There is a great, more detailed exhibit on the top floor that really gives a perspective of what the trials were like. It's a bit of a ride outside the city center, but once you're there, it only takes about 2 hours to go through completely.

Sehr schönes, guterhaltenes historisches Gerichtsgebäude mit einer sehr bewegten Geschichte. Zu empfehlen ist der Besuch des Memoriums Nürnberger Prozesse mit dem Kernstück des alten Schwurgerichtsaals, in dem die Nürnberger Kriegsverbrecherprozesse stattfanden. Abgerundet wird das ganze durch eine begleitende Ausstellung die durch einen Audioguide begleitet wird.

Dreister Lügner + unfähige Richterin = man bleibt auf seinem Schaden sitzen. Die Richterin ist dann natürlich auch zu feige ihr Fehlurteil zu begründen und warum die ganzen Widersprüche in der sich der Täter verwickelt hatte nicht im Urteil aufgeführt werden. Der Vorwahl sagt eins ganz eindeutig aus. "Kümmert euch in Zukunft selbst um Gerechtigkeit"

This place is a must see...I would have been happy to just stand in the courtroom. The interactive Muesum is a fantastic bonus. Give yourself plenty of time, there is a lot to watch and listen to. With only a 5 euro entrance fee you will get great value for money. Even if you only spend 30 minutes looking around.

Very interesting to see how the Soviet influence affected the other 12 trials following the obvious and most famous initial trial. A very good museum. I'd like the audio translated to english text. You would be right if you thought the Soviets would want to fry them all, it got political quite quickly.

Menschenunwürdiges Verhalten gegenüber Angeklagten und Korruptionen sind Alltag, all die Jahre hat sich nichts geändert und man wird bis aufs äußerste provoziert und gedemütigt. Erwarten von uns die Warheit, aber lügen alle und bereichern sich an dem Geld der Ärmlichen Schicht. Alles Lug unter Betrug!

An interesting place to step into- very much would recommend doing the tour, which helped bring everything together. It was perhaps a little brief and left a lot of questions unanswered that are related to the trials, but that did allow it to focus on the moment the courtroom took center stage.

Huge, historical, with nice architecture justice building complex. This is the place which the famous trials of Nuremberg(actually there were thirteen and not one) of Nuremberg, took place. Museum exists, witch provides useful information for the important historical impact of the place.

The only view of the court room is through an upstairs window, you can't go in currently. Some of the audio isn't guide isn't available in English. As you can't visit the courtroom you're better off not going at the moment, nothing there you can't find on Google/YouTube

Alle Mitarbeiter egal ob von der Polizei, dem Sicherheitsdienst oder der Justiz sind stets freundlich gewesen und haben Fragen vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit beantwortet. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass auf dem Gelände ein Parkplatz für 2h kostenlos genutzt werden kann

In Saal 600 fanden die berühmten Kriegsverbrecherprozesse gegen die Verbrecher des NS-Regimes statt. Ein sehr bedeutender, historische Ort. Auch wenn er mittlerweile umgebaut wurde, wer die alten Filme der Prozesse kennt, wir hier noch einiges erkennen können.

Sehr freundliche Richterin und sehr freundliches Sicherheitspersonal. Gut ausgeschilderte Gänge, hinter gefühlt jeder Ecke ein Klo und überall Lagepläne an den Wänden. Leider war der Parkautomat kaputt, was aber nicht so schlimm ist um einen Stern abzuziehen.

Very nice monument. We visited it on 1.5., so maybe that was the reason of not many people there. You can learn a lot about the trial, but also other things connected to the war crimes. I can recommend for a stop on your route, you can do it in 1 hour.

A thought provoking facility with a lot of useful information and exhibits. One can still feel the energy from years prior. This will remain an important part of human history. There ia so much to experience in the museum.

A copious amount of information on the Nuremberg trials. Whilst the literature is in German there is an audioguide in English. A budget friendly way to see and hear about a significant moment in history.

Ja, das ist ein wirklich sehr geschichtsträchtiger Ort, denn hier im Justizpalast Nürnberg fanden die berühmten Nürnberger Prozesse gegen hochrangige deutsche Faschisten statt! Stichwort: Saal 600...

Geschichtlich wertvoll und informativ. Detaillierte Berichte und Augenzeugen- Erzählungen, sollte jeder mal besuchen um sich ins Gedächtnis zu rufen was Menschen Menschen angetan haben

Geschichtsträchtige Stätte mit Audio geführtem Museum. Jedoch Gerichtssaal ist leicht verändert zu damals damit auch heute noch Recht und Unrecht gesprochen werden kann

Ein imposantes Gebäude mit Skulpturen. Das Fotografieren im Inneren ist leider verboten. Das Parken für 2 Stunden ist jedoch kostenlos und es gibt viele Plätze darauf.

Enter the historic courtroom. Walk where war criminals and their prosecutors walked. Imagine being there during the trials. It is not hard to do.

If you are going to do the rest of the Nazi sites (documentation centre, Zeppelin Field, etc) then this is a must-do bookend to end your tour.

If you know what this place meant, you have to be there. If you are not that familiar, take your time to read and understand the impact.
