0 Stars. I'm Unable to provide a name due to the fact employees don't wear name tags. The above user we can call her 000261, from the number on AUTH# receipt. Her service was extremely awfull. Unfortunately I had to shop there bc of the great sale of suits. 2 for 160. 1. When we kidnly ask for assistance at the shoe department another nameless employee very rudely told us "what there is is what you get". 2. When we brought our suits up to the register she informed us the suits were not buy 2 for 160 and then proceeded to tell us we had to go look for them ourselves that we had to just figure out. Dindt even bother to assist us on it. We don't work there, we have been to many suit stores and we have always been guided around the store asking us if we need help. We have been to stores where people actually care about doing their job. 3. We had coupons we wanted to use and she told us we weren't able to use them again bc she had to cancel our transactions. AGAIN we don't work there how are we suppose to know? We showed her another coupon ( i had on my phone that I had to do myself bc she dint offer to help us with, she had kidnly told another customer about us but now us) So we tried showing it to her and she shoved her hand on our phone like implying she wouldn't even look at it! I wish I was exaggerating about all of this.. I'm not. Never again will I be stepping foot in there or recommending this place to any human beign. Only if you care about the future of your business should you care about our shopping experience at K&G.

The employees that do the alterations were extremely rude to me. I bought a skirt from K&G and went to the back to get it shorter. The lady said okay and when I went back (5 days later), the back of the skirt was shorter than the front. I went to her again and asked if she could make it shorter. Idk if she thought she was my mother or what she WOULD NOT MAKE IT SHORTER. I’m paying you to make the alterations that I WANT & you wanna do your own thing. So I go back for the 3rd time and this time the guy wants to say that I kept telling the lady that I wanted it long when clearly that’s not what I said.. then he wants to argue with me about the length. How are you as an employee gonna argue with the costumer when clearly I’m trying it on after the alterations and it’s still long. THEN he wants to charge me AGAIN to fix THEIR MISTAKE. I told the man nope, I will be taking my money somewhere else cause apparently they don’t understand. Ladies: if you buy a skirt from here and you want it shorter or hemmed, please take it somewhere else.

Worst experience ever! Was looking for a suit for over 3 hours and nobody helped out . Finally one employee helped out, the rest of the staff was rude and not providing proper help. Once we got to the front we realized jacket and pants must match corresponding size. They are basically making you buy either a bigger jacket or bigger pants, to later charge you for tailoring job. Manager was even rude on explaining and just letting other employees explain . We will never be going back to any K&G

I would love to give this place a 4 star rating because the selection of clothing and shoes are pretty cool here but the restroom is absolutely disgusting and put some photos up forever one the see this manager at the store should be fired for how dirty this restroom is as a business is should always have high standards or at least average standards when it comes to its clients using the restroom it says a lot about the manager being a lazy person and not fit to be a manager here

Worst customer service I have ever experienced - walked in looking for a couple of sports coats and shoes and was there over 30 minutes and not 1 associate asked me of I needed assistance. Had 3 or 4 walk right past me like I wasn't even there. Never been so disgusted walking out of a store. This is the 1st negative review I have ever given and I know 1 thing, I will never go back. I do not recommend shopping here if you need help getting fitted and recommendations.

I went to K&G looking to purchase some dress pants and vest. While I was there I saw many employees around the store but it seemed that only one was actually on the floor assisting customers. When I finally did manage to speak with the employee who was working, she did not provide much assistance in measuring and finding what I needed. I did end up finding what I needed on my own and was happy with the price.

Best price on a suite to ware. Neede one after 20 years and for the price point they got it right and yea they charge to tailor but i have one arm longer then the other so they did my jacket ans shirt sleeve to fit and my pants also to the tradition leg. Time frame for tailoring needs about a week. And when they say after a time it will not be ready before that time

Clerks are not friendly nor helpful. A lot of the clothes they send emails about are nothing like what I see at the store. Too many suits and clothing made out of polyester. That material is too hot for TX spring and summers. Whoever their clothes buyer is needs to be more in touch of what customers want instead of this cheap highly prices polyester!!

This place is awesome! Karen I believe her name was was very helpful. She helped me pick out two suits and was very patient with me. I had an important event the very next day which was stressful enough and she even helped me save a bunch of money. I would highly recommend asking for her if you go there.

This is the first review I've ever written - solely because of how pleasant my experience was at this store. Staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. Spent no more than 10 minutes at the store and walked out with everything I needed.

I hadn't been here in a long time, thought I'd stop in today, May 19th, during my lunch hour. I "did" purchase some cute silver BLING hoop earrings, 3 body mists, and a Queen overnight bag, all for $51.92. Not too bad. My fiancee shops here for his attire sometimes.

First time coming here I've been wanting to check it out but I was afraid that I was too expensive but today I walk in and check it out and fell in love with the store and they have somebody who does Tailoring even outside Taylor 7 days a week I will be back soon

Huge variety for men and women. Reasonable prices on everything in store. It's worth the drive for us. We live two hours away but are never dissatisfied. We will never forget our first time shopping at the store. The cashier was so helpful and saved us money.

The clothes weren’t too bad didn’t really find anything I liked. But the reason why it’s so low is that it feels like a hospital it is the most depressing store I have ever went in. The second the sliding glass opens it’s just a waft of bad vibes.

My husband found 3 quality suits (buy 1 get 2 free sale) and a white dress shirt for much less than anywhere else...including on-site tailoring...plus we found two pair of reosonably priced dress shoes for my very picky son! We are very pleased.

This store is so bad, I went with my mom and a lady start saying things to us, my mom don’t speak English but that lady was so mean and just because my 6 year old sister was trying so shoes on, the lady just stared at us and give us ugly looks.

The store is a little overwhelming and the sales associates are hard to find, but once you get their attention they are nice and were able to fit us for a shirt. Good prices overall but the selection on slim fit shirts could be a little better.

My dad bought suit from them which was a little but bigger than him. They said they gonna alter and make it a good fit. But they did horribly . It looks really ugly. They asked him more money to alter again. I wish I can give zero star.

My son gets really nice clothes here for great prices, the staff is always so helpful when we go in and alterations are done in a timely fashion, with quality work. I like that they have a store like this dedicated to the men!

Staff is nice, they move in silence lol but will ask if you need help occasionally. When you go in there if you're used to these stores then you have no issue but if you nit for a little hood feel you may be uncomfortable.

The suit I wanted was there, a small selection but a reasonable price. Very small selection of shoes, not my size and a little bit pricey. The staff didn't seem too friendly, I guess because it was a little busy.

The fashions are unique and you can find some good prices, however It does take time to go through the women section to find that right item.

Love the store there is a lot of selections on suits and they always have great sales. Having a seam stress on hand is so convenient.
