I would’ve rated this 0 if I could. I had a horrible experience with K Furniture, I will NEVER buy from them again. I placed an order for my wardrobe around mid August and they told me that it should arrive at my place within 2 weeks. Instead they delivered the wardrobe to me 5 weeks later and used “COVID-19” as an excuse for the delay. (Personally, if you say you can deliver to me on a certain date, you should deliver). Anyways, the wardrobe finally arrived and two men came to put my wardrobe be together. They said that the Wardrobe wouldn’t “fit” where we wanted it to go, so they positioned it some where else in the room. (You can clearly see that they were rushing and didn’t want to move the furniture about so they just assumed that it wouldn’t “fit”). They had put the wardrobe together in under 15 minutes. It seemed ok so we signed them off. We wanted to shift the wardrobe to the end of the wall. The inside of the wardrobe all collapsed. I was furious. I reported it to the manager and he said that it was MY FAULT and that the Wardrobe should not have been moved once it had been put together. This is not right. Furniture can be move around the house. This wouldn’t have happened if it was assembled properly. I called the manager and asked him to send his men back and sort this out. The manager said we had to pay an additional £90. I was raging with anger. They were very stubborn about giving me a refund and told me that I was “exaggerating” when I said that they put the wardrobe together in under 15 minutes. We then called a handyman later to have a look at the wardrobe for us and to fix it for us. He gave us his opinion and said; that this was put together very sloppy and that a wardrobe shouldn’t have collapsed like that. He also mentioned that a wardrobe like that should take at least 1 hour to assemble together. NEVER again will I order from them. The employees and the manager were rude, stubborn, inconsiderate and did NOT care about their customers satisfaction. They clearly only cared about the money. Very disappointed.

K Furniture Review In 2015 I bought a wardrobe and two sofas from K Furniture. These were absolutely fine and I am still using the sofas. In 2016 I bought a wardrobe from them again which is still working well. In May 2019 I bought another wardrobe from K Furniture for the spare room. This was a small Carlito [Order #11240]. On 26 November 2019 I reported to K Furniture that the doors had come off its runners. It took K Furniture until 16 December 2019 to send me a service request form On 03/01/20 I asked to raise a complaint about how long the repair was taking to be completed. K Furniture never got back to me on this. They also refused to pay for the repair even though the wardrobe was still well within its warranty period. They said the damage was caused by accidental customer damage. This made no sense as we have the bigger version of the same wardrobe in the main bedroom which is operating just fine The repair was eventually completed on 30/01/20 more than two months after initially raising the issue. The repair men said on looking at the damage caused it should have been covered under the warranty and would have been if I lived in the London area and not Bedford I dealt with the following people in K Furniture: Rashid However most emails were not signed off

However they claim they now have 12 months to replace and wont give me a refund for fault part. its been almost 2 months since i paid and they have my money and are refusing full or part refund! below is there responce - 3rd week of November and still no sofa (they have 12 months). AVIOD *******We are writing in reply to your email of 28/10/19. The Kenton manager visited your property to inspect the sofa and he noticed the frame was not aligned and therefore he has ordered you a replacement sofa. This will be due in 2nd week of November and once the sofa is in stock we will contact you and book the delivery out at the earliest. As on our terms and conditions, where a fault is found we are committed to either repair or replace and you signed that the order you made was not cancellable as long as we are not in breach of our obligations to you. A friend of mine ordered [order BD10947] a wardrobe from them, and paid in full for the order on 22 February. Given the Situation with COVID it was understandable when she didn't hear back. She called and emailed them multiple times, the phone calls didn’t go through and no one responded to her emails. She called to request a refund to no avail, then finally had the wardrobe delivered. It was delivered on 01 July for a fee in cash which she paid, and there were parts missing. Having called them they initially said there were no parts missing. She called back, they then said she needs to take pictures, specify the parts missing this would be reviewed by the admin team who then hopefully will come back to her when they can. In the interim she had to keep parts of the wardrobe with the loose parts sprawled all over the apartment until K Furniture got back to her. She paid for the item a while back, granted COVID caused a delay but having contacted them about the missing parts their lacklustre response was disappointing to say the least.

Packaging was either missing extra instructions or we were given a bag of screws that didn't go anywhere!! Their reply talks about T&C's for promotional stock but the bed wasn't on promotion. When we first asked for the refund they said that it wasn't possible because they had put the order to the warehouse but after asking more questions they admitted that the bed was onsite in there stockroom. Refused my disabled mother a refund for a bed she hadn't received yet!! DON'T SHOP HERE!! My disabled mother who has issues with her memory due to her stroke was upsold a bed when all she wanted was a headboard for her current bed. We contacted the store less that 24 hours later to let them know that we wanted a refund but they refused. We was told to contact their headquarters but they also refused.

The quality of the dining tables and chairs are very poor. They promised if anything was to happen they would fix or oversee it. This was verbalised continuously to us by the manager and staff. We brought dining table and chairs from the first week we realised there was loads of errors in the make. We contacted K Furniture for assistance they said to call insurance. One of the staff, Ali who promised he would help any way did nothing to help on this matter. One of the managers Kam, performed fraud on our receipt without letting me know. Pointing out that we brought display chairs and we had been aware that was the case if there were any issues on the furniture. But that was never the case and he changed that on the receipt very stupidly. I would not recommend for anyone to shop here as they do not deliver to their promises of helping and supporting customers when there is clearly issues with their furniture.

This company should be shut down! They supply faulty goods and effectively make you sign away your rights by forcing you to sign a delivery note after they have delivered/ installed the furniture. If you find any damage after this, they say you signed the delivery note stating you are happy with the furniture. We purchased a dining table and paid extra for it to be delivered and fitted. They arrived and quickly fitted the dining table. My husband signed the delivery note thinking it was to confirm they had attended and delivered/ installed the goods. Afterwards upon a detailed inspection, we found the table had a crack in it. We reported it to the store who said the delivery driver had said there was no damage and we therefore needed to pay extra to replace the broken element!!! I will never purchase anything from them again and warn others before you need to go through the same experience I did.

I drove from Birmingham to London on my day off work with two small children. After an exhausting day trip which cost me 3.5 hours of my day, I must admit I was welcomed and shown around the store with such an outstanding customer service that I forgot how tired I was. I was given a superb customer service and was shown around the store for my interest in dining tables and sofas. I was shown a selection of choices with an enthusiastic sales approach. The sales advisors were equipped with professional expertise knowledge on their products and guided me through the various technical layering of material. I would definitely recommend this service to any one who is looking for a comfortable environment to enjoy their time in a luxurious home store whilst feeling comfortable and assured about the companies products. Thank you for an amazing service and be sure to see us again in the near future!!

Only giving 1 star so I can write a review! Worst experience bought dinning chairs from harriw branch in obtober got delivered in January turned out faulty said I would get replacement in a week a month later still no chairs delivered chairs back to store at my own expense got a full refund (I hope when I check my account) guy at counter was rude accused my of alchol breath when I don't drink no apologies given just so happens the manager is off on holiday when I spoke to the manager previously said he was jus a worker, guy in the shop starts telling me there a massive company which turns over 2.5 million in sakes blah blah blah does goes on to say he only there for the day n doesn't normally work there! I smell c@#p! Bunch of con artist selling cheap furnature do not buy from this company!

I bought lots staff from k furniture but the sofa leather bed was packed and didn’t open it same day as I wAs told told by drivers it’s simple and no fitting needed 3 days later I unpacked it and realised was faulty and saw a piece of wood and 2 screws in the back of the sofa was little damage I went to the store and complained I forwarded all the pics needed but the reply was the repair is chargeable despite one year warranty and manufacture faults They have ignored my emails now I am in contact with trading standards That was very rude from k furniture no customers rights respected They sell you goods but if they are faulty You are ignored I will not let it go I will fight for it M adoum Order number 2734

Very very bad experence. i have bought the sofa and dinning table form this company. they advertising as if we buy the sofa( 999 pounds) they will give offer 200 pounds worth dinning table free. But they did is that they given faulty dinning table. After two weeks( start to use the table) , the table screws are starting to fall down. I have called them to replace it but they said to me as it was free gift and they cant do any think. I would suggest to any one to plan to buy furniture then i would suggest to go big furniture shops like DFS or dreams. Do not waste your money to go buy from K furniture becuase their product quality was very poor. Only they are trying to sell the products.

Beware of them. Never ever go near them. I bought a dinning table and paid 10% deposit. Within 24 hrs I called them to cancel the order as I realized I made a mistake and table is not fit for purpose. These cunning people made me sign a contract which I didn't read in full unfortunately, as per which I can't cancel any order. I requested them to keep the deposit but cancel the order on good will bases but they completely denied and threatened us to take to court. Unfortunately I had to pay full price to avoid legal action for something which won't fit. I would advice to stay away from K Furniture and avoid being their victim

My husband purchased two wardrobes for our home. One for the kids room and one for our room. The same week the wardrobes were built the draws wouldn’t close. We were told by K furniture, that this was due to the floor being unlevel. Which is a wild statement to make as we previously had wardrobes and this never happened. We were promised someone would come out to fix the issue but no one did. Shortly after the wardrobe door fell off from the hinges on both wardrobes. I think K furniture items look lovely, but they are cheaply made and not sustainable. I will most definitely will be sticking with Ikea.

Worst company to buy furniture, bought damage dinning table from this worst company they took 9 months to get it fixed, add on gift was promised, compensation was promised nothing was given, after so many attempts calling and visiting Kenton store the manger behaviour was very rude. Never ever recommend anyone to buy furniture from this company. Regret dose not make things right, We are still waiting for your responsible action , compensation and additional offer which was clock / light or mirror. Kfurniture is the worst furniture shop in London I ordered an expensive item their which I quickly wanted to refund but the refund process was disorganised I tried to get my money back in 24 hours once they take the money it will be difficult. Personally the items might be bang average but once you buy an item don't expect to get it back so customers before you buy an item make sure and read every letter carefully most tiring thing I have done with a company terrible service and I will make sure no one will be in this same position I was to my friends and family

Buyers beware! Paid for a dining table and then realised that the told material differs from the online description so tried to cancel straightaway. They make you sign a “contract” essentially giving away return rights in the fine print. They wouldn’t accept cancelling my order and started billing me for “storage”. I had to get legal advice and involve my bank to get my money back. Also lots of fake “sales” prices. Update: such a bunch of unprofessionals and liars. Emails could be provided if needed, as well correspondence with the bank. AVOID!!

i would highly recommend people to buy from kfurniture as they are not like dfs harveys etc... they welcome you in polite and they service is spot on, i did have a problem with the one of the product on day of delivery i rang the hatch end branch immediately and james the branch manager sorted the problem within a couple of day i would defo recommend my friends and family, cant wait for the easter sales to begin as i am looking furnish my bedroom... see you in easter guys!!!

Was very surprised to see lots of variety. If you want that new look for your home it's all there to mix and match. For new couples or someone buying new place and want to start somewhere to set up their home, there are some lovely tables and chairs from small round/ square to expandable and ofcourse theres the lavish long tables with amazing dining chairs. Staff are accommodating to help you. Worth a visit especially the cricklewood branch

Love It!!! Table and chairs are fantastic quality, great style and very easy to put together. Looks great in my new dining area and friends/family love it! Chairs are really comfortable and very stylish. Table is easy to clean with micro fibre cloth but i use leather placemats to protect it. Easy to make the table extend as well. Excellent communication and delivered promptly. Will definitely recommend and will be back for some beds soon!

They say that you don’t truely know a company until you have a problem!!! Well I ordered some sofas and one I discovered was damaged on opening the packaging. I emailed them and straight away they agreed to an exchange. I went in and then put a spanner in works by wanting an armchair instead of a two seater, again this was no problem and I even got a goodwill gesture Five stars all day long.

Excellent service. I ordered an L shaped garden sofa on Tuesday and it was delivered 2 days later. When I unpacked the sofa I discovered one of the seats had no feet. This was dealt with promptly and a replacement sent within days. Really pleased with communication throughout and will be ordering a rattan dining set to match as soon as they are back in stock! Just need some sun now.

Experienced the same issues others have noted below. Ali recorded the incorrect details of the bed and refused to take ownership of his mistake. I've paid £300 along with delivery and fitting charges for an item that I don't want. Customer service is absolutely appalling and they haven't bothered to respond to any of my emails. K Furniture are reliable and very good at what they do. Good Quality home furnishings, for the average home. Delivery and construction service for wardrobes and beds saves time and is competitive. I have made several purchases and Andrew was absolutely amazing guy. They can get busy but if you are patient they always give 100% every time. When they build it -it is solid.
