Very bad customer service. The Girl at the front desk was very rude over the phone and in person . I had my keys misplaced and every time I called to try and get some kind of assistance on to where they could be all she kept saying was “ we have no keys “ It was brought in with no keys “ . Very rude girl , no work ethic whatsoever. It’s a shame that it only takes 1 person to plant a rotten seed for the whole company . I had to track down the tow company and driver MYSELF to find out what had happened to my keys . It’s frustrating when you have your vehicle in a body shop and nothing can be done because people are to lazy to up and look or offer some kind of resolution rather than shut you up over the phone . I’d say if you ever happen to have your vehicle towed here , make sure you call and that they have the keys notated I’m the system . I’d like to note that when I spoke to the president of the company “KEN “ he “said he would go back and listen to the audio tapes and video recordings of the day my vehicle was brought in to review and see how the could have make the situation better . Let’s see if it’s actually what he says he’s going to do . Yes we all make mistakes and that’s ok . It not a mistake WHEN YOU HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WHEN ANSWERING THE PHONE AND HAVING A BAD ATTITUDE ABOUT YOUR JOB . . THERES NO SCHOOLING FOR THAT AND THATS SUCH A DAMN SHAME .

I went with someone who had their car towed and the customer service was horrible. The older lady behind the glass was very rude to the man in front us and lied quite a few times. She said her printer was broken and couldn’t print out a receipt for him but when we went to the window she printed our receipt. The gentleman was not rude to her at all. She was laughing at his situation when he shared it with her and had an attitude while also calling him a racial slur. She is Hispanic and he is African American. I did take photos because she needs to be fired. That was completely unacceptable. You shouldn’t kick people when they’re down. It was no reason for her to be that rude. When we got to the window she was very short and sarcastic with us. She had an attitude with us but I’m not sure why. We weren’t rude with her at all either. It seems as though she is just a disrespectful person. If you don’t have transportation is difficult to get around especially in Houston. Then to have the place where your car is being held for whatever reason be rude to you, it’s just very sad. I hope they replace her. Keep in mind this is not the tow company. This is the place where they hold the vehicles that have been towed. These are two separate businesses.

Poor customer service. I was trying to find out where my car was towed to and was hung up by a female staff member. Second phone call I was a completely different company name to where my car was towed to. Third phone call I was given a different address to where my car was located at and of course different company name was found on my payment receipt. staff on site could not tell me if they used a flat bed for my all wheel drive vehicle. Nor provide documentation proof of it being transported in a flat bed. They gave me a “ pro parking management” phone number to contact instead. Workers were named Eric and James that spoke to me. The rude female that hung up on me earlier was ignoring the whole situation and sitting at her desk. Both males were condescending when giving instructions on how to get my car out of the lot. It is sad excuse of professionalism. Especially. for a business and if it were any other type of business, especially if it was one with dealing with people in general or with people’s health, that such behavior and professionalism is even condoned. I will be speaking to management. Signed by a front line worker who worked the pandemic.

I have had my vehicle towed here twice now. Getting your car towed is ALLWAYS A pain in the side but, it happens. My first interaction with K T L Auto Storage was many years ago when I was much younger and I was working my butt of to come up with the funds.I was terrified I was going to lose my car to them auctioning in off because it was so very hard for me to come up with the funds. I called and spoke with the owner and Thank God, he was a fair and just man who knew I was really trying hard to get my car back so I could continue to go to school and work. This is the one and only time I have been blessed to get my car back from an auto storage. I am surely praying that the owner tomorrow morning has mercy in his heart for a single Mom with breast cancer who had her nephew who is only been in Houston less than one month and parked my vehicle in the spot next to my spot and unfortunately, my heartless neighbor who has lived in the same community for 13 YEARS .....had my vehical towed. To me, that's just raunchy.

Forgot to hang up my placard so my newly bought new car was towed. Wasn't upset about it at all until I called and spoke to someone very rude over the phone at this tow yard. Phone call started off good until she kept reiterating it'd be extra after midnight when I had just told her I'm on my way and asked for the price. The 3rd reiteration is where I lost my patience, telling her I understood that the 1st time but I wanted to know the current cost and she didn't have to continue to antagonize by reiterating that. She told me she hoped I had a nice day in an extremely passive aggressive tone and hung up on me. The lady at the window was way more pleasant and professional to deal with. If I ever needed my car towed this isn't the place I'd do business with. They also charge you for inspection to sell your vehicle which was totally unnecessary on a 2020 car with paper dealer plates still. But whatever! All-in-all, it was quick even with 3 other customers ahead of me. Was out in 20 minutes.

The rudest place on planet earth, PERIOD! customer service is very mean and unhelpful. I talked to Jasmine at customer service and then with their manager and they both were rude and mean, Curse and talked to me with very bad attitude. ALL THIS 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE PAYED FOR 100%, if you don’t believe it just go inside and ask for some info about something. It took hours to get done with 5min thing, they got done literally with all their own things before helped me to solve my thing, and let me mention it all happened when there’re no customers besides me there. I asked them politely not to curse, and talk calmly, but they said, “that’s the way we talk here, you don’t like it, it’s your problem”. I’m sure that one day or another all this will come back to them one way or another they will payoff, because simple they can’t treat people like that, I hope some legal departments will keep an eye on them and shot this place down one day. I’ll report this place if I knew where!

These people collect money for Tow Trucks. My Car with handicap plates was taken right outside my garage. It not only had handicap plates. My wheelchair was in it . The sad part for people with disabilities is People that Tow Cars for a living have no compassion or thought about the disabled. They take away a disabled person's abilities. I had to pay a ransom of $240.22 in order to get not only get the car back, but my my wheelchair to. Sense it's my car I had to come out of my house. I hadn't left in weeks during a pandemic. Potentially exposing my to Covid -19. On Thanksgiving day! Causing me undo stress and anxiety. Life is already unfair to people with disabilities. People doing a job with no awareness and or compassion towards people with disabilities needs to be analyzed. It is a unfair practice to tow a disabled person car without concern for the equipment in the car.

They are nothing but crooks. They will do whatever they can to keep you from retrieving your car. It's even laughable that they will ask more paperwork than the police. No one asked them to do what they do (but that is what they will pretend) because obviously they are not the only ones in this business and other behave in a more professional and compassionate way. But the only thing they forgot is that Karma always comes back ten fold and in different ways affecting their personal lives. I was able to bring any kind of paperwork that they ask for the car that they towed but I feel for any other person that could have been missing something or not been able to produce what they need it knowing that some people livelihood depend on having a reliable transportation. Praying that they go bankrupt and stop enriching themselves on the back of misery.

They kept my car for an hour after I paid to get it out. They don't keep employees there with a CDL and block in cars with flatbeds. I asked the girl at the front desk to have the flatbed moved and she called a guy to come to move the truck. She told me 15 minutes. That was a lie. Every time I asked for an update she said 15 minutes. She pointed to where he was on an active map and he was very close, but still didn't come. Finally he arrived in a tow truck. I can only assume that he was out trying to find a car to tow while making us wait. My car had also been broken into, but I believe that it was the towing company who did it. I know they work together on a contract so it's not their call how the towing companies operate. Also, I hope that girl is being paid well. She should not have been there by herself late at night.

My car got impounded here (parking in wrong parking spot at my apartment complex) I was charged the maximum fees allowable by law, which was fine by me, however the staff was extremely rude, the manager was extremely polite, however while my car was on the lot, my car was extremely dirty from the dust, and the manager's response was, "You shouldn't have gotten your car towed, then you wouldn't have to worry about your car getting dirty." After spending $316.60, I got my car that looked like it it had been through hell backwards. They also charge $45 to jump start your car, and refuse to let you jump start it yourself. (I didn't have to do this, but I saw the signage stating so.)

just really rude hateful people - the real slime of society - I just can't believe people act like this to other people - I was just dropping a friend off who had his car towed from his apt because the tow company could not see his sticker which is another issue but these people treated him like he was a criminal and when he asked questions about how to pay or what fees he owed acted like he should already know all of that - just crazy behavior - then they started yelling at me - I told them that I was just dropping someone off (very calm and nice) and I heard the clerk mumble "ass hole" just loud enough for me to hear - just a shame a business like this is allowed to exist

now, I understand the process of towing. I have had my car towed twice before. What I don’t appreciate about this place is the fact that I not only showed up, but after paying the correct amount to receive my car back they had parked a car in front of me, and “tried” to call the owner to come pick it up. My issue with that was: how did they even know that the owner had money to pick up the car today? How did they know the owner was even prepared to pick up the car? This is poor service, and after I have done my part I feel that a tow truck company should do theirs, and release the car properly instead of trying to up charge on the spot. Horrible place!

My car was towed by my HOA. My transmission needs to be replaced & apparently leaving my, in otherwise perfect condition, vehicle in the carport that I pay to park in, was reason to have it towed. It took a total of 15 minutes & 3 phone calls to get the charges. Once I got there I was in & out fairly quickly. As someone who works in an office I found the staff a little unprofessional (profanity) but I mean it's a tow storage lot. I don't expect business attire & perfect grammar. They were kind to me & answered my questions. I legitimately hope I never see them again but that doesn't have anything to do with them or their service.

They towed my mom's vehicle from the apartment complex (Copper Mills Apartments) without reason!! the vehicle has it’s valid sticker, it was parked in an appropriate place and correctly, they just towed it away, without picture of what she did wrong to be towed as it should be done according to the complex and still made her pay. Before filing a report of the theft, we investigated with the complex's office if it had been towed and they assured that it was only a truck, since they only had a photo of that, so this place just wants your money, they tow your vehicle for pleasure, stay away from them.

The employees lied to my friend’s face. Gave him a paper to fill out to get his car back. When he filled it out they said it was no good. That put him over the time limit and the charge went up. They then told him how to fill out a notarized paper, which if he did it that way would have been lying to a notary and would have been illegally filled out. They backtracked pretty quick when I mentioned I used to be a notary. Funny how that changes things. Total scam artists, either intentionally negligent or so poorly trained they are reckless.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This company illegally towed my car last night! There were no markings and no signs anywhere that would tell me my vehicle was parked incorrectly! I have pictures to prove it! I was parked in my brother-in-law‘s parking space at his apartment complex, and KTL towing ran my plates and noticed that they were not his plates and towed my car. Not five minutes after me leaving the vehicle! Shame on this company for participating in illegal business practices! We will be contesting their $280 towing fee!

My car had gotten towed and was transferred to this facility. As I called multiple times to locate when my vehicle actually made it there, Laura had the worst attitude. She hung up on me multiple times while telling, with an attitude, me my car still wasn't there, even though the towing company told me it was. Will definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB. There was another guy who answered the phone and laughed when I told him not to hang up on me again. I didn't get his name cause he wasn't in the front when I went get my car.

just left this place and it’s a joke. I was towed at an apartment complex at night, im guessing around 10 or 11 and i didn’t notice it until the next morning. The apartment complex was less then 3 miles from where they keep the cars. I call and they give me a price. I show up around 11:15 and tell me it’ll be $30 more because i picked it up after 11 am therefore charging me for another day of storage. I figured that picking up a towed car wouldn’t be an enjoyable experience, but I didn’t know a company’s unprofessional demeanor could bring the bar so much more lower. From the cursing, to the impatience, the rudeness, it’s a reason why the currently have a 2.8 from 200+ reviews. As I’m typing this a staff member is boasting about how a customer offered to show her tities in order to get her vehicle. I’m not sure what the short white round lady’s name is, but she’s hell on earth. She looks exactly like her attitude.

Decent place if you had to have your car towed away some place. Some staff at the counter was friendly and helpful others not so much but that's probably to be expected considering the type of business they are in. Had a stolen vehicle taken here and they were able to tell me right away over the phone the total to collect. Didn't like that it took them 2 days to send a letter notice they had the vehicle and the 3 days for it to be delivered which gave me 5 days of storage to pay for.

People who make a living treating others badly, you arrive at the site and the lady who is in front speaks to you badly, she does not look at you when she speaks to you, she tells you that she does not know where your car is, that you go in and see where it is. you get This site should be closed for mistreatment of people who go there to pay to pick up their car, no one can get cars out of there for free, at least everyone who goes there should be treated with respect.

Joann was extremely rude and unhelpful. While people are already in a stressful situation having someone intentionally be rude and disrespectful is disturbing. It would be helpful if this company had someone assist customers find their car, especially with the weather being the way that it is. Older woman with long gray and brown hair with glasses EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I asked her to have the wrecker move their tow truck and she said, "They'll be out in a few minutes, wait outside!" I told her I'm not waiting outside it's over 100 degrees outside, can't you just ask the wrecker to move their truck so I can get my vehicle and leave? I paid $280 to get my vehicle back and they didn't even have it 24 hours and it was less than 2 miles from where it was towed!!!!

Scammers. They towed my vehicle for being a little on the line even though, in the parking lot right across from me, was a old Mazda parked diagonally across 3 spots. The photos they uploaded, before the towed my vehicle, were on fresh white lines with the big concrete blocks in the parking lot. My job's parking lot has yellow lines and no concrete blocks. They were nice when I showed up, but I still had to pay to get my blue car out. Scammers.

The young man at the front desk at the storage office was very Kind and Friendly! The storage place itself appeared to be nice and clean for an auto storage. HOWEVER!...THE FRIGGIN WRECKER DRIVER who towed our vehicle, DAMAGED IT VERY BADLY! It is a handicapped vehicle and now the ramp will not come out, it has a loud noise due to it being bent and cracked under the carriage, and many other things...I AM SO TICKED AND DISAPPOINTED!

The old ladies have a resting b face and get bothered by simple questions beings asked. Super unorganized company as well, they don’t tell you where your car is, they just open the door and you have to go look for it yourself. Had hard time with Britt. who was "very professional" enough to went off at me. She is the young lady behind the counter. Granted i was agitated and confused with my mother's car towed away in front of my car port for 15 mins. But she made it more difficult in the way she received customer, the way she communicated - very brash and raw with tons of attitude. And she blew up on me. Nobody likes getting their car towed but the people here made it much less painless than I expected it to be. Staff is highly professional, especially the gentleman I dealt with named Dan. He was extremely courteous and helpful to me and my family. The facilities are clean. With that being said, I hope I never get towed again! But if I do, I hope my car comes here bc all the other impound lots I've been to were absolutely awful.

Joanna was completely rude and unprofessional from the get go. I was getting my car recovered after being towed and started to cuss under her breath at me and make snarky comments like asking me to not place the cap on the pen I returned to her to sign a document. When we told the girl behind the counter we can’t hear her she said okay and didn’t repeat what she was saying n just told us we need to pay. Then wouldn't release the car to me I had to call my grandmother to get it out. Probably the nicest facilities you will pick your car up in. Your attitude depends on how fast you will get your car. The state/ 3rd party drivers dictate pricing, not the lot. They just charge for what you owe while keeping the Carr at their facility. These people didn’t tow you there, a tow company did. It’s not the storage lot that has bad practices, take it up with the tow company.

I didn’t an expect positive experience since tow yards are notorious for rude unprofessional behavior which is why they work there because it does not require a higher education much less a GED. However, at the very least tell me where my car is located within the city dump of a “storage lot” so I don’t end up looking as dusty as the workers who work there trying to locate my vehicle.

They wanted to change us 45$ for just moving the car outside.they only allow just one person to go inside and when I told them where's my car they told us go find it.

The ladies here are extremely rude. My father is a double amputee, diabetic, and 65 years old wouldn’t let him use the bathroom then they told him go find his car in a junk yard knowing he can’t walk. Then when I found the car it was blocked in. Then come to find out they do have a golf cart but for their use only but took a girl on the cart that clearly could walk!

Took 3 times just to get a person on the phone. First, try and said that this Google number does not work. Second, said leave a voicemail. Third, I finally got someone and they took me what they thought the apartment rules were. Been parking at the apartment for months now but the morning I have to go somewhere important both of my husband and my car are gone.

Horrible customer service! My car was towed which they did not have a sign where I parked. I called the first number given and was told where my car was. Then I called the place where it was and this rude girl answered and said it was not in their system yet.They charged almost $300 to get it out and they left a dent on the car. Very unprofessional!

The people were very nice. The towing company ON-SITE Towing, were unprofessional, the driver took 3.5 hours to delivery the car to the auto storage. The comex HE towed it from was only 20 minutes away. Towed the vehicle at 8:45pm and dropped the car off at midnight. Even though On Site web site said the vehicle had been delivered 3 hours before

It's an impound lot, how great can it be? I certainly wouldn't say I loved it, but I've been to worse. They were fast, they had a decent attitude, they didn't cuss me or anyone else out, they had their rates clearly posted on the wall so there was no b.s. about hidden fees or other such nonsense. All in all, a decent experience.

Exploits people to get their car back. Charges $40 cash to jump your car, because you are not allowed to "work on your car", on their premises. If your car doesn't start it is $150 to move out of their storage. The people working their are so rude, and insensitive. I wish there was a no star rating, because they deserve it.

My truck was towed from a place where the tow away sign is not visible. My son was driving it and he had parked in the same spot before. Be really, really careful of the forms they try to get you to sign when you go to look at your wrecked vehicle. It allows them to remove parts to determine an estimate and the charges start right there. I declined out of common sense and was shown why I made the right decision by my insurance company.

They are the Biggest Thief in Houston area. Very Rude, Unprofessional People. Charge $2500 for semi Truck towing for only 12 Miles tow. They removed drive shaft for towing but won’t put it back. They tell you to bring your own Mechanic to put drive shaft back which is another 200 to 300 expense

They work together with camden cypress creek apartments. Lack of proper signs indicating visitor parking from permit parking. They pick and choose what cars they tow. They like to go for the pricy ones. Completely just scamming people. Terrible business practices. Will be reporting to the BBB

Horrible customer service. My car was tow for being parked at my own apartment complex. I just got the car and wasnt parked illegally. They add all these exuberant fees $ 280 to be exact to get my car out of tow from their dusty POS parking lot. Trashy company. 0 stars!!!!!!

Extremely rude customer service. Joanne is the worst person to deal with. Worst place to get your car stored. My car was towed twice, when I went to go pick my car up the battery was dead both times. They intentionally drained my cars battery just to make an extra $45.

I always hated towing companies but I couldn’t hate more them. They are extremely overpriced, they charge for very big amounts for the very tiny “service “. No one is happy to get their car towed but , they just abuse the whole thing.

These ppl have some sort of deal with the tow truck co. So they can lie about the date and time your car was taken in and charge you extra. Ask for video surveillance of when your car was brought in. Hire an attorney if possible.
