The KCCA Library is in good location especially if you are in the central business district and you need a silent place for reading. I love the practical books section for all your DIYs, gardening, computing, carpentry, catering, writing, languages etc. This is quite an equipping library for young people.

It has books on various topics. Using the library a day is 2000shs. Monthly membership is 30,000shs and Annual membership is 80,000shs. To borrow books to take home as an Annual member u need a Nation ID. It's silent and convenient for reading. It also has an Internet Cafe place.

  • Richard Ndagijimana

Friendly ambiance and well stocked library. Computers are connected to internet which is quite fast. Its an Adult Library kids will hardly be engaged here. Personal laptops are allowed and can be used on the second floor.

  • Christopher Thomas Ssekandi

Its a great place for day reading. Open from 9am to 6pm during week days. Has a quiet room upstairs if you want to do your personal reading. WiFi and computers ( down stairs) if you want to review online materials

It's really squeezed and they don't have most novels and books also I didn't expect to pay money for a public library.Tho I liked that they had computers.
