I wanted to order the Sunday special for delivery from the KFC app which is R99 for family treat but the app did not work as it kept saying no delivery available. I then ordered a more expensive order with less items for collection from the KFC. When I got to the shop there were 5 motorcycles standing around doing nothing. So I would have to say zero rating for KFC and there app since it seems that those specials only work in certain areas they want it to work. When I collected my more expensive order since the app did not allow for the delivery order to be placed, I got the incorrect order from the shop with one 9 piece bucket missing and had to return to the shop to correct the order. I also would like to know why they never give you any tomato sauce and chili salt with your take away. Not the 1st time I have received no condiments with my order. I give credit to the manager who tried to assist with the useless KFC app and who took the time to call me later the evening to apologise for the incomplete order given to me.

New KFC... ordered there on 2 occasions... first time the chicken (barrel and 10 wings) were pale in colour and tasted weird, didn't take it back there was no time. Second occasion bought a barrel again (big family lol)..21 piece was filled with only leg and thighs nothing else and was tasteless again and looked less pale but not the original KFC colour also the mash and gravy was runny and pale... Went back this time to complain and the manager came and said "but you asked for leg and thighs" which I didnt she checked the slip nothing stating on their about this fancy request. Then in the same breath stating that another customer asking ordering a barrel same time as me and our orders were probably switched. Hmmm... lies I was the only vehicle in the drive through that day and there was people in store but they were eating already. Anyway enough rambling... I dont recommend this KFC

What an amazing experience going to the drive through. After placing my order and paying at the cash point. My order was packed wrapped and sealed when i got to the collection point . Good friendly Manager called Sherman, with the biggest customer services, just to end of the buying process. However i faced a general customer issue and remembered Sherman's words whilst leaving. "Sir have a nice day call the number on the till slip if you find and problems" . I called Sherman explaining to him about a general customer issue. He just said i am so sorry for the inconvenience. Would you please be so kind to bring the till slip and the order, and i shall rectify the problem". Now this is a person that needs to work at Killarney KFC Milnerton to teach their managers about Customer services. Welldone Sherman, KFC needs more people like you.

Always disappointing....the Attitude of the staff is the last point, the food....sometimes It just makes you feel like you like really should've made food instead....I get it, if you going for takeaways, don't expect anything good, but like you paying alot of money for the food so the least I'm expecting is proper standard food....I asked for 'no dry pieces'...on the slip it even said 'no dry pieces' as an instruction, I checked the bag, a whole barrel full of dry pieces, 2 large chips looked like they could've been put in one portion....then I told the lady about the food and she looked like she had an internal fit, walked off, and someone else came and asked "what is the problem with your food sir"....the 2nd star is because the ice cream machine worked on this day

They are very helpful friendly nd always clean... Their foods always fresh... I was thr yesterday wth my granson...nd my granso did not like tht piece of chicken he got... I ask thm if they could change it... Nd wth a smile they helped me... Not like at some pf the other KFC'S... The other KFC'S pple are rude literally grab it from your hands nd they rude no manners talked in their language rolling their eyes as of u asked them to give it to u free... I cn mention which branches they are tooo... Nd dont talk abt thr chicken u can taste tht the oils have bin use tooo many times.... I can rate the worst of the lot is Westgate Mall branch... I must admit, this KFC is by far the worst ever. I wanted wings and the lady went to the back to check if they have and then never came back, 20 minutes later a drunk man entered and maraculously someone appeared with the name of Rashieda and helped him FIRST and I was still.standing there unsure if they had wings or not. Not only was the service bad, the staff looks unprofessional, their uniforms are dirty and Im disgusted that they're allowed to even work with food. I left and went to Bonjour KFC. Best decision I ever made, professional, neat and extremely friendly service. Westridge KFC branch is indeed a disgrace to the KFC brand. Go try Bonjour!

Extremely dissatisfied, not my first time biying here , but definitely my last , I ordered a bunch of items , Dunked Wings , Zinger Windgers , Burgers , Streetwise 2 , the works..... and i end up having food poisoning!!!!! Firstly the cashier was very friendly, secondly the 8 order numbers after me was called out before mine however they were awaiting on the zinger wings when ask to the reason why my order is not ready the attendant behind the counter simply told me "do you see any order here that's ready". Was so shocked and when I eventually got my order ,when I got home the snack burgers was not in and had to drive all the way back. Not a work of sorry however they rather spoke in Xhosa for me not to understand.

Ordered through UBer eats. What's the point of stipulation specific chicken cuts and it being totally ignore. We ordered a large family sized meal. Received no napkins. 2 ketchup and 2 Chilli salt. No spoons for the coleslaw. The coleslaw was mostly cabbage with 1 small minute piece of carrot. Also the wings were inedible hot. Why? When I order wings elsewhere the spice is delicious and manageable. Always at the branch its ridiculously spicy. Dissapointed.

This was the worst experience since they opened the new store with the drive through. I went inside to order. Waited for more than an hour for chicken. I spent R450 and watched people that came way after me, leave before me. It took me another 20 minutes to get my money back, as the so called "manager" kept ignoring me. She looked like just another worker who ddnt care. I will go there again. I used to love the old eestridge kfc. But the new 1 will never see me again.

Very disappointing as I buy there regularly. Today I ordered online. Received my delivery order chicken was cold and dry. Laid complaint via the customer service and received a call at 16h28 to let me know they will replace it. Only received the replacement after 18h00 again cold and dry. Immediately sent it back with the driver. Received warm chicken at 18h45. By now the appetite is gone. What was supposed to be an early supper is now a very late one.

I will always give this place a one star as the service I always get is bad no matter how many emails or calls you make they just don't get back to you , and when you wanna speak to a manager he or she is busy Also when they say you just wait for food, I expect my food to be warm when I get it , kfc needs to check that timing systems as the people who work there says the order is out but its actually not and that is terrible Terrible service

Absolutely horrific...stood outside the store for 40mins,had to force my way in too place an order. Customers inside the store was shouting and staff and complaining about their waiting times,customers waited up too 45mins. I stood infront of a till point for 20mins after my 40mins delay outside. Had to call for a staff member to take my order. Its so so sad that this is the case at this branch all the time.

The worst kfc in history! The wings are ALWAYS bloody inside. We were asked to wait outside for 10 mins for old wings. The sprite tasted like bitter soda water. The chicken on my burger was so chewy and just absolutely disgusting. Ladies are very nice when taking order etc. But the worst food ever. Rather take that few mins to drive a little further but don't waste your time with this terrible food.

The heater is on 100 in the winter it's unbearable I was sick the next day

Horrifing experience. I ordered a wicked zinger box meal, large pops and 10 zinger wings. The box meal and pops came from the kicthen but the zinger wing came from under the front counter then when i said please i dont old wings please they placed it back on the hot pass and tried to give it to me again after i got furious they provided 10 fresh wings. That kind of service is appauling .

Bought 10 piece family treat via drive thru, tonight. When we got home, 8 pieces of chicken, and I paid for 10 pieces. Gonna cost me more in petrol to go back to the store for 2 pieces of chicken. Just disgusted that you actually robbed me. Lesson: count everything before you leave. No option to select zero rating!!!!

When I walked in approached cashier, she announced your online order is here, 20 mins later. Epic fail, what's the point of your online order system if the turnaround time is worst than ordering in store!

Had to bad experience already one was a piece of chiken fillet that only covered half the roll and the other was going through the the drive through to order and the tild to park and wait for my food , waited 10 mins and then had to go inside anyways to fetch my food

This KFC is not particularly great with their service. They constantly get orders wrong and the food is not always up to standard. Thankfully, tonight being a first, I got service with a smile and the food that I expected. I would advise management to look into training staff, should they want to keep customers in this area coming back.

Went on Sunday, the wait inside was 1h,why cause the staff was mainly helping at the drive thru and the Uber eats pick up guys. People inside the store was getting angry cause it was very full with people waiting on food. Just over a hour for 2 box meals is way too long.

Kfc westridge thumbs up for a great satisfying meal. Thanks to Jimmy on duty who saw to it, all foods was warm as requested. My kids said kfc food is never so hot and fresh as well as packed neatly. Well done to the team on duty.All this after a very disappointing visit to kfc Tokai on the main road.

No point in phoning in your order. Got there and was told they couldn't find it. Still had to wait on them to prepare it. Wasted my time and airtime to phone them.

Very clean, covid safe store. Staff are friendly, focused on their customers and overall seem very happy to be there. The security guard, the kitchen staff and the people at point of sale, all seem to have the same excellent standard of work and great people skills. Genuinely impressed

Since my last review KFC drive through liberty Promenade, it was a pleasure going back just after 8pm on 16th Jan and this morning just before 11am, the security is 100 times better no beggars in store or by the drive through.... Thank you KFC for listening to your customers...

Great Service... I ordered via Q-Skip and went to fetch my order 5 minutes later and it was ready. The Quality of their food is amazing which makes them one of the best KFCs is the area.I buy here regularly and they are consistent. Highly RECOMMENDED!!!!

I would actually give a no star rating. Their drive through was not working for after hours so you had to go to one window to order pay and wait... Then you get home and the chicken is dry.... Live down the road but Rocklands KFC is still the best for me

Today I bought a family treat and a colonel burger at the kfc in westridge to my horror the burger tasted like the chicken was off. It was inedible to say the least. I will def never purchase anything from them again.

At first I normally like only westridge Mitchell's Plain Kentucky and Colorado but since a few years ago can't take the smell of it nevermind eating it I don't buy there anymore other than that I don't have a problem

3rd time trying to purchase food at this kfc and we are always asked to park so we end up leaving and asking for refund. Waiting times are ridiculous and people are always arguing to get their food on time.

I purchased ice cream sundaes but there were no cups. A long debate took place in the back which I could hear on how twirls was needed to complete a sundae in another cup. Staff lacked enthusiasm.

Only had fresh chicken once since this KFC opened for business and since I've received most breast pieces that none of us eat unless it's in a salad. KFC Westridge lost a loyal customer …

Today my experience not pleasurable at all... I bought 4 x 1 pce meals at westridge KFC the chicken so dry it's actually disappointing. I will not recommended Westridge kfc .

Waited 45 minutes for our food. Place has a very unpleasant smell. It's my first and last time buying from this branch. I would recommend people to buy at west gate KFC.

The food was not fresh !! My burger roll was stale and the chicken was cold. Over and above this I had to wait for my order in the parking area, yet they were not busy.

When I got home, i saw the chicken was baked in old brown fish oil, and I had a request for chicken, and what i requested and received was totally different........

They are getting there, when it come to customer service. Not too bad. Just needs a good manager that can take control of the business. But they are getting there.

Service is bad and the Quality of your food is bad. They make mistakes all the time with your food which result tht you have to check your food before you leave.
