We are currently at the branch, we ordered the new sandwiches crunchers we were at the branch at 2am and we wanted to dine in (branch closes at 3am), they gave us the sandwiches at 2:15am but the staff does not want us to dine in we told them that we will only eat for 15mins but staff looks rude and said that only for take away, we opened the sandwiches and they were cold so I asked the staff to pls warm it, the staff said that they cannot warm it anymore coz it's already time. I asked them nicely to just give refund and manager came out and just gave refund. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY IS BAD AS THE SANDWICHWS WERE COLD. I hope they dont repeat on other customers. We might go to other branch but NEVER to this branch anymore.

Located opposite to centrepoint burjuman and next to pizza hut , ample seating area .best for group/ party dine in. You can order food through various kiosk to skip queue. You can ask assistance for using the kiosk if you need .Seprate washroom for gents & ladies. Only bad experience i had is the wash area is not clean. Everytime you visit the tissue dust bin is overloaded. Rest everything is good. RTA parking available.

Mr Ronnie ( philipino ) guy who was serving me he has given me wrong order after I was explaining him instead of saying sorry he said to me #stupid and shutupp # How he can say one lady bad word disrespect to one lady after that also he not saying sorry behind the staff he listen he said sorry to me. Kfc is not good service kfc this branch staff and manager they show very rude face to customer as being manager he was supporting staff instead of taking an action on him this is uae never expect this kind of disrespect that also in kfc Kfc is responsible for this behaviour need to take swift action on staff

Was a bit dirty when we came in. Tables not cleaned, literally one table downstairs available. When waiting to pick up my order there was customer arguing about being overcharged as some items listed on his bill was missing. Though it's just one off. Then man who ordered before us checked his takeaway and had missing items as well. Then finally I've picked mine and surprise, surprise chicken from the zinger meal was missing!!!!! Also, few items including drinks were not available.

When is KFC a bad idea? Especially when they have their own Cafe with music and fast service. It's quite a big restaurant and I like the fact that orders were served fast. I ordered for shrimp popcorn which was hot spicy and nice. The chicken as usual was nice since we ordered a strips. Their burgers are also nice but just not picture perfect. Nice place , kiosks are there now which makes us to avoid standing in long queue just make the order pay and wait till they call out for out order once ready Clean , kool place to hangout with family and friends to enjoy a peaceful dinner

I ordered some chicken stripes and these were freshly made and because of that it was one of the best KFC meals I have every had. The chicken was warm, tasty and juicy. Also I had a dynamite burger unfortunately there are no original (no spice) burgers available. What I would advice is to to add biscuit to the menu instead of burger buns and have original chicken in burgers as option!

I ordered a sandwich at 1:30am from smiles and delivery time showed 1 hr the thing is restaurants is like 10mints walking from my place Now its been 3:11am still not yet delivered cannot contact the Restaurent or anything Ducking service guys (Delivery is done by kfc only) smiles can’t have this type of chits

Third class service only 1 ketch up for 1 snack box great !!!! Other kfc outlet is giving more than 3 but this kfc first time I came to eat but third class policy. Madeena Mall KFC is the best even staff are very nice

Spicy Chips and Fried Chicken and Wings

not too much of a crowd and less Q, Have to add more staff and make sure that some of them are informed that we pay for our tasty KFC and not free haha. I've ordered a Ramadan Feast Pack it's a nice combo for 79AED.

Have been wanting to give up fried food for ages, and am so glad I went to this branch of KFC, they helped me make sure I never eat KFC again. By far the worst fried chicken in my life. There was more oil on one piece than all the global oil fields put together.. a good way to end my fried food endeavors. (The photo is the oil from just one piece) #kfc #horriblekfc

Typical kfc restaurant, the service is okay but the staff is a little bit rude and not welcome, today when I ordered the guy who hand over the order threw the straw on the delivery deck instead of giving it to me and he simply walked away. Beside that, the washroom was not tidy, water is overflow in the small toilet and the hand drier is not neat, see the photos

The KFC food quality was good earlier, now its just excessive oil...totally downgraded. Although the staff is good but they tend to cut down on providing essentials like tissue to like 1-2 only... weird!

Always a KFC lover, taste is always good as per expectation. Bucket consists of spicy and original taste is enough for 6-7 people. Staff were also helpful. Hi I just received my order by noon. I ordered 2 buns but you just put it inside a plastic like this,without being sealed for protection against contamination during delivery. It should not be kept like this. We just thrown it away.

Love to have quick bit3s here since there is no much crowed you get fresh and fast orders. It gets ready quickly have fresh and hot food. Very rare to get two major fast food chains together and this is one of them having KFC and McD together.

Place is really spacious and interiors are also good. Somehow I didn't like staff both the times I went there. Even food quality. Somehow not that good experience at this particular outlet You may experience it differently. It's my opinion.

My go-to place for chicken. Loved their strips soo crispy and tasty. Perfectly cooked and was warm enough. Their popcorn has been my favorite since childhood. Had a great week ending enjoying some delicious chicken with Netflix.

Very bad service and every time burger are not available only chicken pcs and very rude staff we will never go there and very smelly environment.
