I am disappointment with the service I received at clinic. Recently, I called this clinic to inquire about some information, and I was appalled by the rude behavior of the staff member who answered the phone. The receptionist who assisted me had a very unpleasant tone of voice and seemed to be in a hurry to end the call. It was evident from her tone that she was irritated and impatient with me. Every time I attempted to continue my conversation, she rudely interrupted me, and her voice was loud and impolite. As a result of this unpleasant experience, I have decided not to visit this clinic in the future. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the nature of their inquiry or concern.

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Klinik Shri Sam especially to Dr muthu for taking the time to address my medical concerns professionally. He was very warm and assuring which made me feel less worried. The staff are also very polite and welcoming. All in all, im very satisfied with this clinic and surely will come back again!

A caring and patient doctor. Good explanation given. Clinic also equip with machine that I can know my blood test results immediately which save my time. Recommended.
