This airline only gets a 2 because the food experience was a 0.5. And i was starving at best. Allergic to cheese,every meal in every flight had cheese...the pizza,the pasta.And surprisingly no alternate options.So try traveling 21 hours on snacks. Also how will the main meal be pasta,alongside pasta salad and cake as desert?Too many carbs in one sitting. I would have been happy to purchase my own meals during layover but given the fact that it was 1 hour with which we had to make a health screen line and an immigration line,there was no time to do so. Everything else was okay. Hope this comment leads to a much needed change before my return flight.

I arrived when there was a queue, the service was excellent and within no time I was served. The lady was kind, professional and looked out for ways to serve me better. I'd want to come back here. Awesome people! Elizabeth is her name... Thank you for going beyond the call of duty!

KLM will be the quickest service provider that enables you get quick visa to any country around the globe. They are located on Level 3 of the Jubilee insurance building on the parliamentary avenue. Why suffer looking for where to get the visa. KLM will fight your battle.

It was OK. I was just disappointed that we were not given in flight breakfast on return journey when they knew we had been travelling for hours without food. The airport has no charging ports if yoi come from UK with a different adapter.

KLM is the worst airline.Over a month and still no luggage. Won’t compensate for any loss. Unable to get KLM on the phone. Left me with nothing, no medication,no clothes,no shoes,nothing. Unbelievable, never take KLM again, worst Airline

I had no problem here,I had a problem cancelling my flight online and needed to change the date because I couldn't fly on the day I booked. They took my details and I had a new flight in minutes.

I badly needed to use the washroom, and the staff shared the key. He had a long queue of customers to attend to, but offered a minute of his time to get the key to the washroom for me. Thanks

For the shorter distances i recommend it. It's very good. But for longer distances you will need the mother; Emirates. Nice airlines
