Came into the highpoint store today. I didnt even get a hello or do you need help I asked a worker if she could put my clothes in the change room while I still look around. And instead she ignored me. Then once I had finished looking I walked into the change room there were two workers standing there just talking and not even looking around to see if everyone was ok and if I needed help. I then finally get there attention. I try my clothes on come out needed my top done up got ignored so got my partner to do it up for me. If it wasn't for my partner I would of been standing there waiting and waiting. Then I asked for a size for an outfit and it was like an inconvenience for her. It's about customer service no customer service at all here. It's just about talking and having a catch up . All staff at this store were rude I have gone into the Chadstone store and the Eastland store and have never had bad service at all always helpful and friendly. It's disappointing as I have spent so much money at your store to leave unhappy. I went to pay and the girl had a smirk on her face when I asked her nicely if I could have these items in a packet as thats the service I have got at every other kookai store. No one was happy to be working there. I've been in customer service for years now and I would never ever treat a paying customer the way that they treated me ..I'm paying these staff basically to keep them in a job .. Need to hire a new team at HIGHPOINT!!! if you want returned customers.

Purchased the dress from Kookai store in Highpoint on the 26/12/17. Wore it for the first time yesterday 2/1/18 and this happened. The brand is well know and the price is not cheap, by the quality is very bad. The service was horrible, I went to tried on a few dresses in the change room, selected the one I like and walked to the counter ready to pay and placed back the one that I did not wanted. But the staff somehow thought that I steal the clothes and hide it in my bag. “ because I am ASIAN” When I make the payment they questioned me of where was the other the clothes that I held inside the change room. I show them all of the bags that I purchased from Other store until they satisfy with the outcome that none of their brand clothes was not in my bag. “ how would you feel when I treat you the same when you walk into my store???” I would like the manager to have a look at the staff what work on the 26/12/17 behaviour and avoid this happen to any other people. Your are a well know brand please act like one I would rate your service

I wore kookai many moons ago. I still have some tops stashed away. I loved the brand. Recently I visited the Highpoint store and unfortunately had a Julia Roberts ‘pretty woman’ experience. I’m now a middle aged cashed up size 14 mummy. Not one staff member acknowledged me for the entire 10 minutes I was there. Staff were more occupied in their own conversations or other teenage size 0 customers cashed up with mum and dads money. If I ever need to buy something for my daughter or nieces it will be from your competitors (sports girl). I work too god damn too hard to be treated second rate from youngsters with very little good customer service skills. Coincidentally I work for an organisation that employs 18-20 year olds, and I’ve always found them to be restpectful, hardworking, non judgemental. My question to you is, ‘ what are you training these young future female workers to become?’ Very disappointing kookai!! Get with the times and grow a social conscience.

I went to Kookai at Highpoint yesterday and experienced appalling customer service. I walked in the staff member looked at me and turned away, no smile or acknowledgement as I wasn't young. I stayed in the shop for about 20 mins, not once did anyone approach me. I was looking for a present for my daughter and their sizing is different to other stores so I had to ask the shop assistant about sizing, she replied and walked off. The whole time I was there staff ignored most customers, talking amongst themselves about beauty procedures they were getting. As a business owner, if any of my staff treated our customers in that way, they would not have a job. Some advice ... just because someone doesn't fit your demographic don't assume they are not 'customers'. I was prepared to spend up big. I took my money elsewhere...big mistake.

Went to Kookai, Highpoint today with only an hour to find a dress. Gabby ended up helping me, picking out a few dresses for me to try on. And wow, I’ve not felt this confident in over a year, especially with my covid-lockdown weight gain. Gabby you really made my day, and made me feel beautiful. I can’t wait to wear the TWO dresses not one, on my anniversary. Thank you for your amazing costumer service, and for being easy to talk to and having a great sense of humour. I hope your manager recognises this, because I will be back again as a regular customer!

I’ve been into the Kookai store in highpoint on multiple occasions and NOT ONCE have I been greeted or served or asked if I needed assistance in the store, whether it’s been busy or not. I have been a customer for years, and always have shopped at Chastone and chapel street stores with raving reviews for their customer service, however the highpoint store lacks the same customer service sadly. Haven’t purchased anything from their store and probably never will purely based on their customer service.

Just wanted to give a massive customer appreciation email to the beautiful Gabby that works in your Highpoint store! She was so lovely and helpful today as I was looking for a birthday dress. Being pregnant and not 100% confident right now she sure went out of her way to make sure that I was looking great for my event! I could have purchased everything she picked for me! Wish I got service like hers every where I went! Thanks heaps gabby and looking forward to coming in store and seeing you again!

Yesterday I had the wonderful experience of feeling worthless, a staff member at highpoint store telling me I should go to a cheaper store ( in here worlds , best you go to an Asian store ) cause they have nothing I could afford. Hahaha so I can’t go shopping in a tracksuit cause it makes me look like I can’t afford to buy anything in your store!!! What a joke The staff there should never under estimate what someone can afford or not afford by there appearance . Never going to this store again

Today went to the store in highpoint and honestly can’t found words what a customer service I received. All the girls there were absolutely wonderful but two of them one with white dress and another white pants we’re beyond and above. Not only running round to found me the perfect outfit they even babysitting my 10 months old baby for more than 30min. I got out from there happy and extra outfit Thank you girls And thank you Kookai for training amazing customer service for us ❤️

My daughter is trans and recently shopped at Kookai Highpoint. She was a little nervous going into the shop but was greeted by the lovely staff members. She spent a lot of time in the change rooms where she as assisted by Claudia. Claudia made her feel very welcome and helped her to find clothes that suited her. She left the shop feeling very happy and accepted, and will definitely be returning to shop again. Thank you.

I must commend Kookai Highpoint not only for their stellar customer service but also for their impeccable choice in staff. Every time I visit, I’m greeted by employees who aren’t just skilled and knowledgeable, but also exceptionally attractive. I was served by Dekota in Highpoint store and she is so nice and helpful! Really appreciate her patience and her efforts in helping me find exactly what I needed. Definitely served in the best interests of the customer which is something you don't see often. She should definitely be acknowledged for her best customer service, it was exceptional. Absolutely appalling customer service. The girl who served me was incredibly rude and treated me with contempt after I asked her nicely to check if she had a new top in the back and she flat out refused until I had to pressed her on it, and there was. Really disappointing. Such a stark contrast to the amazing service at every other kookai especially kookai emporium.

We visited your Highpoint store on Friday morning and received exceptional service from all staff members we encountered. We were warmly greeted on the floor, the fitting room team could not have be more helpful and our transaction was handled efficiently and also received farewells from a couple of the team as we exited. A really enjoyable experience. Thank you.

I recently took my teenage daughter into the Highpoint store and was so happy with their customer service . The girls were friendly , helpful and super kind to my daughter who was looking for an outfit for a special occasion . They suggested a number of outfits which were appropriate for her age and body type . A happy shopping experience for mum and daughter !

I went into highpoint this morning looking for an outfit for an event. The staff were so friendly and really helpful!! From the ladies on the floor helping me choose some outfits, to the lady in the fitting room helping me decide which one I should choose!! The staff at the checkouts were also really lovely. I ended up walking out with two beautiful dresses ❤️

As soon as I walked into the store Nikki was so helpful and kind. She presented with a smile and I was comfortable enough to ask her to pick some items that would suit me as I’m updating my wardrobe…I spent over $300 and got so many beautiful things. This wouldn’t of happened without the help of Nikki. God bless her, we need more people like this is the world!

I was waiting for a really long time at the counter, which was empty. All the workers that walked past didn’t acknowledge me. When a worker finally came, she didn’t even take the security tags off. It became a huge inconvenience to come back to have them taken off. When I came back, the same worker served me and was apathetic. Not a pleasant experience.

I went in today in the afternoon. Worst customer service! The ladies there are so rude, I asked for help and the lady said I'll get someone but then Noone came. The girls there are Soo stuck up! Seriously if you don't look like them then you won't get any service. They obviously only employ young girls that only care about there looks and gossiping.

A massive shout out to the wonderful Tanya B from the Highpoint store. She was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She was extremely helpful even going to the offsite storage to get the size I needed. She was also so friendly and giving me ideas on how I could wear the pieces that I bought. Even my son mentioned how lovely she was.

I visited your Highpoint Store on Saturday 18/3/23 for the first time and was so impressed by the way the girls greeted me, they were all lovely. I had Claudia and Jenette help me in the fitting room and I felt totally comfortable considering I’m not your regular Kookai shopper. Good job Kookai, these ladies are amazing, I will be back :)

Terrible customer service every time I’d visit the store. Even on a quiet day during the week, I get ignored when I enter the store. Is it because I’m Asian or is it because I’m not tall and skinny? This is why I rather shop online so I wouldn’t have to feel humiliated or inferior :) If I could give this store zero stars, I would!

Went into Highpoint on Saturday, shopping for my girlfriend and I’s anniversary. One staff member in particular named Abbey was exceptional at helping me find the perfect gift and she was very well presented. Definitely will be coming back for my Mrs needs and asking for Abbey. Great customer service, 5 stars for Abbey.

The store was well-organized and had a great selection of clothing and accessories. What really made my visit special was the excellent service I received from a very nice girl named Kate. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of her way to assist me with finding the perfect outfit.

Today I went in the store and there were 3 staff in particular that were so helpful! Dakota, Abbey and the store manager (sorry I didn't get her name) - they were so kind and just such lovely people! Thank you ladies for helping me, I really appreciate it :)

I went into the Highpoint store today ( Friday 27.12.19 around 8pm) Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 sales assistants and NONE of them were there for customers to help. Please train your stuff to multitask and be more friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed about the low customer service level at the Highpoint Shop, working in fashion is more than wearing high heels and make up, I´d rather get someone friendly, helpful and specially with KNOWLEDGE about customer care !!!!

I shopped in the store last week and found the staff very friendly and had a great shopping experience. The girls gave me great service and had great product knowledge. Will visit Kookai Highpoint again.

Decent quality items but the size range is limited. It also seems that items are never re-stocked when a size does run out. You will find many items with only a size 1 and no size 2 or vice versa.

I came twice to buy a nice present for the misso, Didnt get any service, not even a greeting or a goodbye. But nice to see other shop assistants in highpoint help me out. end result happy misso.

Very helpful staff and a lovely varied selection of styles. Lovely place to shop and the assistance was warm and attentive. I found so much I loved and came away smiling.
