today was my first time at kookai and right when I stepped in with my gym gear on, the girls were so welcoming, genuinely friendly and so helpful. they were so patient with me who is quite indecisive and gave me encouragement when it came to going out of my comfort zone and trying on something I never would have thought! thank you for celebrating my weightloss with me, girls! I'll come back to see you all again, try on some more gorgeous dresses and dish the goss about my 25th this weekend x

I had the best experience as a customer from a lovely staff member who’s name was Angie at KOOKAI George Street, not only when she was serving me was she the most sweetest and kindest throughout the whole experience but she was genuinely such a beautiful person inside and out. She went above and beyond in really creating a tailored and genuine experience and really went above and beyond in my expectations.

Rude staff on the weekends It's hard to tell who is a staff since they're just wearing regular clothes. Was left to wait by the staff after they asked me if I needed any help and she sounded annoyed I actually needed help with sizing. Told to wait while she got something for me... But I stopped waiting after 10mins, got changed and left. Go instore to test your sizing, but it's much better shopping online

The girls here are very nice. They are helpful and will attend when in need of assistance. Been shopping here for years since they are such a lovely team and this is definitely my favourite store in the Sydney region! Staff should be judged on character not on appearance. Shouldn’t matter if they are skinny or not as long as they do a good job then that’s all that matters...

This store is always very well kept and maintained, and probably has the most stock of all Kookai stores. In terms of customer service, it varies. Some of the staff are super duper friendly and helpful, while others seem to only greet customers who “fit a certain criteria.” In saying that, most of the time there are many girls working there and most of them are friendly :)

Store is very presentable and looks lovely. The quality of clothing is good. However, the prices for some pieces of clothing are questionable so use your judgement. They also sell small accessories (e.g. jewellery, bags, hats) but I think those are expensive for the quality offered. It would be a good idea to keep an eye out for sale promotions here.

I always find something nice from here. I do appreciate their quality and design. However, I always find the shop assistants stuck up and never ever helpful. It's almost as if they wanted to become models but wasn't good enough to therefore working as retail assistants and somehow it's the customers fault...

It was the first time I shopped there, and I noticed that all the clothes are made srilanka and fiji, but what I didn’t expect is that the quality is unsatisfying…when I wash them, not even put them in washing machine，one of the button just broken??? I haven’t even try it on for once…just got it yesterday

I found a clothing store that I really like. Not only are the designs excellent, but the quality is also great. The prices are reasonable, and the service from the beautiful saleswoman is excellent. I plan to come here often to shop for clothes in the future.

I love the brand, the materials are generally great but the service at this store is so poor. The store ladies are usually chatting between themselves rather than helping the customers. It’s fine if it’s not busy, but there’s customers waiting in line!

Great quality fabrics and styles at a good price. Known for their casual styles or dresses with one colour that is suited for cocktail parties. I always seem to pick up something when I visit the store. Friendly staff and clean bright store.

Literally best customer service ever, I can’t remember the girls names exactly - both had dark brown hair one with a kiwi accent maybe named gabby ? Idk but would totally recommend- they were really knowledgeable and gave great advice!

Today I went to KOOKAÏ CBD and Rachel was the employee who served me. She works very professionally. She was very helpful and I had a great experience at the store. I will definitely come back.

Lovely clothes but literally nothing above size 2 (Aus6). I'm an Aus8 and was kinda shocked at the lack of sizing. Even for a good store, most carry at least an 8 or 10.

I popped in to pick out a dress for a holiday party and everyone was so lovely and helpful. Can't wait to come back and build my post-lockdown wardrobe here.

We don’t stan brands that overtly bodyshame their customers. Maybe time to educate your employees on being..well I don’t know, nicer maybe?

My partner loves the shop for it's deals and thankfully have seating for men who want to sit and wait.
