My Experience with Kaaba Travels I am hoping they can improve the following for future. Overall Experience with travel agents they are quick in booking dates based on requirements I had a positive experience with them overall 5/5. Ismail Bhai 1/5 overall lacks communication and was upset as we took our time to get on the bus from the airport however it was his duty to provide clear directions can't assume we know the direction of the new airport always rushing things. 1. Doesn't reply to texts or pick up calls will give a reason I don't pick up unknown numbers Faraz Bhai and Ismail Bhai (volunteer) overall 5/5 experience always on top of things instantly available when needed always communicated I was booked under a 3-star hotel Manar Al Huda Hotel due to my availability. it is 750 Meters from Masjid Al Haram which is 10 minute's walk from the hotel on an overall 3/5 however the catering service wasn't good overall 0/5. Diyar Taiba 3-star hotel with an overall 5/5 is one of the best hotels in Madina it's a 4 min walk to Al-Masjid a Nabawi. The catering service was decent overall 4/5.

We were looking for a travel agent to apply and get our Umrah visa for us. We are a family with 3 children. What complicated the matter slightly was that my baby son is born in Australia and is an Australian citizen by birth with an Australian passport. Where as rest of our family holds Indian passport. I contacted some reputed agents and all of them simply said that it won't be possible to get the Umrah visa for the baby from India. Quite convenient to reach Haram with hotel’s shuttle service. Madinah’s accommodation was a 100meter walk from hotel until the gate of Masjid-e-Nabawi. Really they work hard for our smooth go at both the places. They keep tract of us until we reach back to our destination .
